About: Hi! I’d greatly appreciate the honor of welcoming your best friend into my home, or caring for them at yours! You will receive frequent updates as much as you like. I've been a dog dad for over 30 years and know how important your fur baby is to you. I have experience with all different breeds, ages and levels of health. My promise is to focus on your dog's happiness and comfort level during their entire stay; further, I will follow all nutrition/medication needs, potty/feeding/play time/walking schedules, and will truly ensure they're loved and cared for just like they were my own. I work full-time from home, same employer for over 20 years. I am available all seven days/nights for whatever attention your dog needs or wants, and any potty schedule your dog is accustomed to. I require little to 0 notice for bookings or cancellations, and able to travel as far as needed (within reason). My house is on a quiet culdesac with no through traffic. The back yard is secure and completely fenced, very enjoyable space for your dog to play in. Dogs are welcomed on all furniture. Home is smoke-free. I can also travel to the client's home for all necessary dog sitting/walking services.

I love to be active, so the attention that your dog needs will be received, while being assertive in behavioral boundaries. I am trustworthy and responsible. I have experience with dog walking and obedience training. I've owned a English Mastiff, Pitbull, Boxer, Chihuahua, and currently a Husky/Malamute mix, Banks. My specialty would be larger dogs that live in a smaller household that need to release their energy. Yet I can be relaxed and hang with the smallest, oldest, or laziest of the bunch :) My dog is always guaranteed two+ walks a day (weather permitting of course), as well as recall training. It literally takes 3 mins of my time to play these types of games with him and he LOVES IT! I make sure to adjust my schedule so that he is always considered! His happiness is my happiness. I move slowly and respectfully when I'm meeting a new fuzzy friend, especially in their home. This gives me the opportunity to watch them closely and learn their unique character and adjust myself to meet them.

About: My wife and I have had a dog for several years together and recently had to unfortunately put her down. We’re looking to get our puppy fix with your beloved pets! Our sweet girl had some reactivity issues and was on anxiety medication for as long as we can remember so we feel comfortable with any and all dogs! We know how important it was to have people we could trust to watch her when we were out of town so we just want to pay it forward! Feel free to reach out with questions, we’d love to meet your precious pets! ❤️ My wife works a somewhat flexible schedule which could allow her to be available for walks or drop-in visits later in the day. We’re also around on weekends! We’d love to try to accommodate whatever schedule you’re looking for! My wife and I do not have children, no other pets in the home, and have a fenced in backyard. We do not have a crate but are familiar with crate trained dogs and can follow your preferred instructions in terms of safety!

About: I have grown up in house full of pets my entire life, and am known within my family as an animal lover, I’m the one everyone calls when they need someone to watch their pets cause I love being around them and spending time with them. I can’t wait to meet and love your pets!! I am currently a student at Kirkwood community college, my schedule is pretty flexible but early mornings and mid to late afternoon works the best in my schedule I currently live in an apartment close to the Kirkwood campus, me and my three roommates don’t have any pets, but we live in a Great walking location

“How did I get so lucky to find a pet caregiver like Nadine. My 10-lb. Chinese Crested Terrier mix is diabetic and needed someone who had the comfortable skill of giving him his daily shots. Not only is Tiago pleased with my choice of his caregiver, but Dion, my Persian cat is thinking “purr-fect” for me too. Nadine enjoys her work - truly a pet lover and my pets know it. Tiago meets her at the door and Dion does to if he is up - needs his beauty sleep! Nadine is a ‘keeper’ and will be invited back time and time again in my home to care for my special pets.”

About: I would consider myself very experienced when it comes to caring for animals. I worked at a dog kennel where meeting and caring for all kinds of dogs was my everyday life. From the calm ones who need medication to the hyper ones who need an outlet, I was always happy to have the privilege of caring for them. At the kennel I did feeding, medications, play, doggy day care, and had many more responsibilities. I also have also taken my love for dogs to another level by fostering rescues. This is something that brings me so much joy, especially when they start out timid and I get to watch them come out of their shell. I recently adopted a puppy which has been so exciting! Unfortunately for the safety of his health this means I had to pause fostering. I think caring for your animals will help fill that hole in my life! HOUSE SITTING ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to having a puppy of my own I cannot do overnight stays. I absolutely can stay with your dogs throughout the day with a couple of breaks to take care of my own puppy. I am a full time employee for a flower shop typically working 8-3. If I gain clientele who are seeking availability during the day I am willing to switch to night shift but do not want to do so until I gain interest. As of now I am allowed long breaks so if you would like someone to care for your pet at lunch time I can. I would prefer to take clients after 3 PM. Please feel free to check in with me as my days off are varied! I treat all pets with the love and respect they deserve. I will do my best to always understand your pets boundaries and to earn their trust to give them all my love!

About: I have had dogs and cats since I was born. My parents share the same love for animals as I do, and I think I love them more honestly! I’ve dealt with losing a pet, and adding new additions to the family. In my eyes no breed of dog or cat is superior and I would love to meet all the pets I can!! I work part-time so I will put the days I am available into the schedule! On my days off I would be more than happy to take your dogs for walks or do drop in visits with dogs and cats! I also marked all days as available because my hours can be funky and I can sometimes work only 4 hour shifts. I take my dogs for walks frequently. They are a bit stubborn sometimes (especially my olde english) but after we get walking they love being outside! The summer heat gets to them both though, so I would love to get outside!

About: Hi! I’ve lived with dogs and cats of all kinds pretty constantly since I was born, and am in a situation where I can’t have a pet of my own. I’m doing this for a bit of extra income, but also because I just love animals and want some play time while helping out a fellow animal lover! I work remotely full time and have a fairly flexible schedule when I’m not traveling. I am strict but loving with my furry friends, ensuring that they are well-behaved no matter the situation. I have a few friends and friends of friends whom I dog-sit for regularly - breeds vary from Shiba Inu and Dachshund to Great Dane and Oodles of many kinds and well as cats with varying personalities. I work 10-6 CST and occasional evenings and weekends. I travel a lot too, but try to keep this calendar updated. I’m more of a night owl and like hanging with pets on similar schedules. I maintain respect of my clients home and only do things they have explicitly said are allowed, like pets on furniture. If you’re asking for overnight visits, love to cook and would likely use your kitchen. I would only have a guest if you’re okay with it and after asking.

About: I have always been a dog lover since I was young, I have had dogs basically my whole life and now I will be starting vet school in the fall! I currently am giving myself a break this summer before I start Vet School this August so doing pet care, walks, sitting will fit perfectly into my routine! I take my dog and my sisters dog for a 4 mile walk everyday. Growing up I had all the responsibilities of caring for a dog, feeding, walking, cleaning, etc. I have worked at two dog daycare boarding facilities for years (Heartland and Cedar Run)!
