My partner and I live out of state, and knew we would want to have the pups close by (but not with us) during the days leading up to our event. Samantha responded quickly and courteously to all of our questions and even allowed us to adjust the reservation twice (!) due to changes in our plans. One of our dogs has a food allergy, and Samantha assured us that it wouldn't be an issue to keep him away from other dogs' food during his stay. The drop-off went smoothly and, based on the pictures we saw, it looks like our dogs had an awesome week with Samantha, Sarah, and their dogs. We received messages and update photos every day of the reservation - often multiple photos at once (which my partner loved)! We called in advance of pick-up and Samantha had the dogs ready to go when we arrived. They both looked healthy and happy, and slept like rocks for the three hour drive back to Chicago. :) We will definitely be booking with Samantha next time we are in the QCA! Thank you so much!!”
