Doggy Day Care in Waggner Ranch, Davis, CA

About: I’ve taken care of dog for with more than 5 years. I personally have two dogs in the house which are 10 lbs and 30 lbs. I’ve successfully trained 3 puppies in the past 5 years and also fostered before for a rescue. I’ve also been providing boarding service for my friends with at least 6 dogs, pictures are included in my profile. All the dogs will be separated when I’m out, and basic training can be provided if owner requests. I’ve successfully taking care of 5 dogs at one time including two puppies. I’m a recent graduate at UC Davis, and currently WFH all day. I will walk dogs twice a day and give them bathroom break at least 4-5 times every day. I have a fenced yard in the house. All the dogs will be separated when I’m not at home. For safety reasons, dogs will stay in the crate when humans are not around but they can be on furniture once humans are presented.

I have experience feeding, grooming, bathing, playing, walking, jogging, running, and basic training (sit, stay, down, leave it, paw, high-five, heel, leash training) with dogs and puppies of all ages. “Ann E. was a great sitter! I had a day-long event for work and reached out to Ann just a few days ahead to take care of my dog, Beau. She was super accommodating and even let me drop my dog off at 6am. Throughout the day, Ann sent me pictures of Beau looking super happy. About: I am back!! I was taking a year off to focus on my current job employment that I am returning :) Animals are truly a human's best friend. When I received my first dog, Barkley, I truly understood what that meant. He was my world, my best friend. I would do anything and everything for him, even sneak a piece of banana for him for being cute. One of Barkley's favorite things to do was being outside and walking. He taught me so much about myself, that I would love to share Barkley's and my passion for dog-sitting for other dogs and cats in our community. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved being surrounded by animals: teaching them new tricks, going on walks, or simply snuggling up on the couch. When I was younger, I would love to read dog training books and teach my family dogs simple tricks. As I have gotten older, neighbors and family have trusted me to walk, feed, and stay overnight with their animals. I would play with each dog, go on long walks, and even give the occasional ear scratches. I am also a volunteer at the SPCA kitten nursery for about three and a half years now. Most of my experience has been working with younger cats, ranging from 2-20 weeks. With the experience that I have had with my dog and previous clients, I can understand a pets' body language and behavior. I know that a stranger coming to any animal's home can be scary for some of them to understand. I want every pet to feel comfortable, so I will take my time to make any animal feel that they can trust me. I typically like to listen from my client on how their animal handles strangers, that way, I can make the best plan of action to make them comfortable. I make sure to make time for each animal that I am taking care for. If I see that I can't take care of an animal due to my schedule, I will make sure to let you know. I will always communicate with my clients about my schedule if something changes and what my availability looks like. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to taking care of your animal. I am spatially aware of my surroundings, and always make sure that where I am going or doing is going to be safe for the animal. Before I leave for walks, I make sure that I create a plan for where I am walking and the safest spots are to walk. I always make sure I have my checklist of everything that I need for the walk or need to do while I am at your home. I am also very communicative and responsible when it comes to the instructions, requests, and tasks that my clients have given me.

About: Hey there! I love animals of all kinds and enjoy spending time with them, I even have a dog of my very own named T’challa. I don’t currently have a job at the moment, so my schedule is completely open until August. I can stop by and see your furry friend anytime! I am open to basically anything. About: I have been a guest in many homes and am attentive to being respectful and responsible in other peoples homes. I have always had a dog in my life and lived with many animals before. In the past in my younger days did dogsitting. I am an artist and self employed and have a flexible schedule to work and move around. And when needed it is easy for me to stay over and be present for the needs of the house. My yard is fenced and safe to receive dogs, already has one small dog and used to having dogs in the house.
