I was in a pinch as a loved one unfortunately passed, leaving me on a time crunch to find a sitter for a funeral. About: Although I do not have formal experience I’ve had two dogs growing up. One was a Beagle (Sugar) and the other was a Husky-Pitt mix (The Kraken) both opposite in size, temperament and energy level so no dog intimidates me regardless of breed. With those dogs I have attended both Petsmart and Canine Academy for training classes so I am familiar with basic training and behavior redirection techniques. I also care for family and friend’s dogs if they are away, my one set of friends owning 4 dogs of various sizes/breeds. I have also had three cats over my life, my current cat is Luna (14) and I have taken care of reptiles, snakes and ferrets for friends. Currently I work as a Body Jeweler full time so I have openings for evenings and weekends. PLEASE NOTE: For walks I can only do 5pm - 10pm, NOTHING BEFORE sadly Rover does not let me set these settings. I can do house sittings regardless of my schedule but I will be gone for 8hrs for work during the weekday. I truly will treat your pets like one of my own. This includes feeding and making sure they are let out before I go to work as well as treats and playtime. If only walking your dogs I will make sure they to enjoy every minute of their time outside. As for your home I will respect your space and should your pet make any mess while you are away I will let you know as well as clean what I can.

“Brian is an exceptional human being with tremendous integrity. We went away for two weeks and left him in charge of our home, our acreage, and our lively young cat. He was simply amazing in every way you wish a house sitter or a pet sitter could be. The phrase “above and beyond” came to our minds over and over while we were on our vacation. Our cat bonded with him deeply. In fact, she walked around the house crying for him in the evenings when we first returned home. She couldn’t figure out where her play buddy went. Brian was a fantastic communicator – – sharing all the ordinary goings-on‘s with the house and our cat, including cute photos and video clips. But he also really stepped up when a harder moment came. A powerful wind storm came through the area while we were away, and Brian did an outstanding job of prepping for a possible power outage— which did not end up happening. He also did a great job of communicating with us about any possible house or tree damage— which luckily also did not happen. What we appreciated most about Brian was his calm, warm, caring, and very-capable demeanor. We feel very blessed to have gotten to know him, and we plan to have him watch over our home and pets for years to come.”
