I was a bit nervous about leaving her while I went out of town for my 50th high school reunion, but Melissa and Dan put me at ease right away. From the start, my plan was to have Leia stay with them for two nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have a lovely fenced yard and several dogs of their own, which created the perfect environment for Leia to safely and gradually get used to being around other dogs. Dan works from home, so I knew she was getting plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. They kept me updated with several photos and messages showing how Leia was doing, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she was settling in well and getting comfortable in their home and with their dogs. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed her little “vacation.” I highly recommend Melissa and Dan for dog sitting. They truly love dogs, understand dog behavior, and provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment. I would not hesitate to book with them again.”

About: I grew up with two dogs (a German Shepherd and a Bichon Frise). They were the sweetest boys to ever exist!! I do not currently have any pets because I don’t think I could handle the loss. But, I have been pet sitting other people’s pets for over 5 years outside of rover. I have pet sit both cats and dogs :) I’m currently working full time remotely. So I have lots of time to spend with your pets! I do travel for work so there may be some weeks that I will not be available but that will all be noted on my calendar. I have a fenced in yard. Pets in our house are allowed inside and on furniture. If you request it I will crate your dog. I have a little sister who is 10 and she loves animals just as much as I do and respects their space but I do require all pets I take care of to be kid friendly.

About: I've worked with animals of all sizes since I was 12 years old. From volunteering on farms and ranches, to caring for small exotic animals and dogs of my own, I love animals of all sorts and enjoy just spending time with them whenever I can. I've spent the better part of my life involved with animals, I've pet sit for a number of families and have even worked on rehabilitating abandoned horses. I reside in a safe private community townhome with plenty of walking paths and a fenced in yard. About: Hi my name is Reina! I’ve been pet sitting with Rover since June 2024. I used to work full time at a bakery, but I would love more than anything to care for animals full time so I'm aiming to achieve that right now! I also volunteer at a cat shelter twice a week in my spare time :) I have three long haired cats and a goldendoodle that I love dearly. I'm comfortable around pets of all shapes and sizes, no breeds make me nervous. I'm able to give oral medication and have done this for clients before. My one cat even gets an inhaler! I strictly follow feeding instructions and have no issues cleaning up after any pets. I used to work full time at a bakery, but I would love more than anything to care for animals full time so I'm aiming to achieve that right now! I'm located in Trevose with reliable transportation. For house sittings I will stay the entirety of the sitting if that’s preferred! I am unable to provide boarding at my house but I can house/pet sit no problem! About: Hi! I’m Aster, I’m a college student, and I’ve loved pets since I was still learning how to walk! Since I was little I’ve lived with and cared for five different dogs, one of which I personally trained since he was a puppy, and two rescues that needed some more TLC than your average pet. I’ve walked and pet-sat for various friends and neighbors since I was five—for dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs and birds! I’ve volunteered at farms and worked with a variety of farm animals as well. I’ve cared for senior and puppy dogs, and dogs from 10 up to 90 pounds so I’m ready for any size of furball. My husky mix Sky has been with me for almost 11 years now, meaning I’m also used to handling dogs with higher energy or mischievous personalities (if you’re a fellow husky owner I know you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about haha). I’ve cared for a rescue cat of my own since she was about a year old, and also have some experience pet sitting for others’ cats. Any pet I take care of I always treat like they’re my own furbaby! About: I am a big animal lover, I have watched dogs before, and had a great time! I will happily walk, feed, play with, and cuddle with any dog! I’m currently a college student with lots of free time, so I will happily fill my day with taking care of and playing with dogs or cats! Currently I am a college student, so there wouldn’t be any dog or cat hangout at my place, however I would be happy to travel to and visit your pets.
About: I used to have a dog - he passed away this past year but he was a big golden retriever! I would love to get back in dog care and take care of your animal ! I am pretty easy going and fun - I love dogs - DM if you want more info. In terms of walking I love walking dogs and take them on excursions and adventures in parks and nature centers, dog shoppes and so much more. Just let me know your dogs triggers and behaviors on walks I’m pretty free during weekends but am also flexible during weekdays - currently I am waiting on starting work but it will be part time so if I am out of the house I will coordinate with you when I can sit I don’t have a fence but a big yard and a big house they can sleep wherever they feel comfortable and get lots of hugs and kissses

“Melissa and Dan were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Princess Leia. She’s a small terrier and very much a COVID puppy, so she hasn’t had a lot of exposure to other dogs. I was a bit nervous about leaving her while I went out of town for my 50th high school reunion, but Melissa and Dan put me at ease right away. From the start, my plan was to have Leia stay with them for two nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have a lovely fenced yard and several dogs of their own, which created the perfect environment for Leia to safely and gradually get used to being around other dogs. Dan works from home, so I knew she was getting plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. They kept me updated with several photos and messages showing how Leia was doing, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she was settling in well and getting comfortable in their home and with their dogs. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed her little “vacation.” I highly recommend Melissa and Dan for dog sitting. They truly love dogs, understand dog behavior, and provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment. I would not hesitate to book with them again.”
