“Elizabeth was absolutely amazing with our dog, Cookie. Cookie is extremely shy and has a lot of anxiety around new people, so leaving her while we were away was something we were honestly very nervous about. Elizabeth immediately gave us so much peace of mind. She was incredibly patient, attentive, thoughtful, and trustworthy. She understood that Cookie needed space and allowed her to warm up at her own pace, while still finding little ways to build trust and make her comfortable. By the end of the stay, Cookie was following her around, letting her brush her, and even rolling over for belly rubs, which is a huge deal for her! Elizabeth also communicated with us constantly, sending detailed updates, pictures and videos, and letting us know about everything from eating and potty breaks to small changes she noticed. We never once had to wonder how Cookie was doing. It was very clear that Elizabeth genuinely cared about Cookie and treated her like her own. Being away from an anxious dog can be stressful, but knowing Elizabeth was with her allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip. We came home to a happy, well cared for dog and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely trust Elizabeth with Cookie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, attentive and truly great with animals. Thank you, Elizabeth!”

About: Loved and cared for two puppies, potty trained them and how to sit and shake. Currently caring for our second chihuahua that is 10 y/o I am currently taking classes on the weekdays for a Personal Training program—which is really flexible. The weekends will be needed for a second job. Treating every pet and home like my own, I follow routines closely by keeping doors locked, sending photo updates, and staying responsive throughout your trip.

About: I am a passionate animal lover and a Biology major on a Pre-Veterinary path. I have lifetime experience with cats and over 4 years of experience in dog care, with dogs of different breeds and temperaments. I am well-versed in walking, cleaning-up, feeding, play, and obedience. As a devoted animal lover, I care deeply for each animal that comes my way. I recently completed an Animal Behavior and Training course (with an A+) and am knowledgeable in reading an animal's needs, as well as with Classical and Operant Conditioning. My scientific knowledge of dogs' needs and behaviors gives me a specialized insight into their care and allows me to truly connect with each animal. I also volunteer weekly at the SPCA taking the vitals of cats and dogs coming out of anesthesia. As a college student, I am pretty flexible in my availability. I maintain cleanliness in my clients' homes, and thoroughly clean the feeding areas and scoop poop each day. “Jasmine was nothing short of amazing! She took care of our two dogs and our house for three days while we were on vacation. She is a natural with animals, making our rescue dogs feel safe and secure. They loved her! On top of taking them on walks and playing with them, she also kept our plants alive during the heatwave and fed the multitude of wild birds who frequent our feeders.
