About: Hi!🫶🏼 I Would love to help care for your animals in any capacity. I have extensive experience with animals and have worked at a dog boarding kennel in the past in addition to growing up with pets. I have worked with aggressive dogs and am comfortable reading a dog’s cues to prevent escalation. I currently have a Bernese mountain dog who is always down for a play date and a cat who tolerates her antics haha. Bonus- I’m an ER nurse, far from a vet tech, but good for med admin if needed! With that, I do work 3 shifts a week(12 hours) that vary. So while my schedule can be sporadic, it can also be very open! I work full time 3 days a week and use rover sitters myself for those days. My schedule varies, but I am great for last minute needs as long as I’m not working! I try to stick to your pet’s routine and rules! I am also very good at recognizing body language/behaviors and therefore can prevent “incidents” from occurring like aggression on walks. I’m also happy to bring along my Berner for a play date if you’d like!

About: I’ve been walking my two dogs around downtown for more than 5 years—we know all the best spots! I nursed one of my dogs during surgical recovery and both are technically geriatric at this point, so I have experience with dogs of nearly all ages. Would love to get to know your fur babies! I work remotely downtown so my schedule is fairly flexible. Some days I have no meetings at all! Even when I do, they are few and far between. I generally tend to stay local to Downtown when I’m not working too. Plenty of walks and playtime, always making sure to keep an eye on them so they stay out of trouble. My dogs love to snuggle so we often curl up on the couch with a good show or movie!

Having grown up in a home full of animals my whole life, and now having my own fur babies, I personally understand what a big ask it is to trust someone with your furry family member(s). I also know what it’s like when that trust is broken, and it’s not a feeling I’d wish on anyone. That’s why I take the responsibility of caring for your best friend very seriously. Whether it’s a walk around the block, a drop-in, or longer-term sitting requests, constant and clear communication is essential for building and maintaining that trust. While I do not have a yard, I do have a spacious 2-floor apartment in an area that is super walkable and dog friendly! There’s also a dog park near by if your dog is friendly with other dogs. We would only visit the dog park with your permission, of course! Both my cat and dog are very friendly and tolerant of other cats and dogs. My mission is to spoil your fur baby like they’re my own so you have peace of mind while you’re away. I work from home Monday-Friday, so my availability through the week is very flexible, and my weekends are usually wide open! My calendar will be updated regularly. I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine - feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. That way they feel comfortable and stress free while you’re away. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise and affection, while also keeping a close eye on their behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. I’m very attentive to details and will always follow any special instructions regarding medication, training preferences or house rules. I can assist with bringing in mail or packages and will make sure everything is locked and secure when I leave. And, most importantly, I’ll provide regular updates with photos & videos to keep your mind at ease!
