“Cary did a wonderful job taking care of my cat. I enjoyed receiving the pictures and updates. My cat is usually shy around new people but they hit it off. When I got home my kitty seemed happy. I will definitely call her again when I’m going to be out of town.”

“Ellen is such a caring and thoughtful sitter. She is quick to contact us with any issues and I trust her to care for my pets while also ensuring the safety of our home. As usual a great job!!!!”

About: Hello 👋 and welcome! 🐾 Though I’m new to Rover, pet sitting has actually been my very first job and to this day, at my ripe age, I’m proud to say I’m still doing what I love. What began as helping out friends and family eventually blossomed into a trusted and established side business that’s been going strong for over 20 years. It’s been a journey of love, learning, and lots of wagging tails! Over the years, I’ve cared for pets of all kinds: spunky puppies, shy cats, curious kittens, and senior pets with special needs, including blind and paralyzed dogs requiring extra care and attention. I also spent a year working at a local veterinary clinic, where I received hands on training and deepened my understanding of animal health, behavior, and emergency care. From giving medications and preparing special diets to long cuddles and playful zoomies, I provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care tailored to each animal’s needs. Whether you’re heading out of town or just need a helping hand, I’d be honored to care for your beloved pets like they’re my own. Looking forward to meeting you and your fur (or scale!) babies soon! 🐶🐱🐰🦎 Pet care is naturally built into my everyday life, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. Since I attend college fully online, I’m home throughout the day and can give your pet constant love, supervision, and attention. I build my schedule around the pets I care for, making sure their needs come first whether that’s walks, feeding, medications, playtime, or just cozy companionship. And if I ever need to step out briefly for a grocery run, doctor's appointment, or an errand, don’t worry a member of my family is always home to continue providing care and attention. So please be assured that your pet is never left unsupervised and is always in safe, loving hands. For boarding in my home, your pet becomes part of the family! I provide a clean, cozy, and loving space where they can relax, play, and stick to their usual routine. Since I attend college online, I’m home all day to provide 24/7 care potty breaks, walks, mealtimes, playtime, cuddles, and more. If I ever need to step out, a trusted family member is always home to make sure your pet is never left alone. You'll receive daily photo and video updates so you always know how your furry friend is doing. For drop-in visits, I care for your pet right in the comfort of their own home, following their routine exactly as you prefer. Each visit includes feeding, water refills, potty breaks, playtime, and love. And yes photos and videos are sent every single visit to give you peace of mind and a smile during your day! For walks, I make sure your pup gets fresh air, safe movement, and plenty of sniff time. Whether it’s a quick potty walk or a longer stroll, I tailor the pace and distance to your dog’s energy and needs. I’ll also send photos and a little walk summary with every outing so you know how it went and how your pup is feeling.

“Alex was great. She dropped-in on our 11 yr old Maine Coon cat, who takes a while to adjust to new visitors. Nonetheless, Alex provided updates daily and did her best to socialize with our cat, while also respecting his comfortability. She gave us great peace of mind while we were away.”

“Dayna was perfect! I don’t trust many people but I took a chance with the Rover app. I really couldn’t have gotten a more reliable person. She kept in contact with me and did everything she was asked to do. She’s also a pet lover and just a sweet person in general. I’m beyond happy that I found her and will definitely ask for her services again in the future. I cannot thank her enough for such a wonderful experience. Gram says thank you too!!!! ❤️❤️”

“Andrea was awesome! She took great care of our cats and was flexible when our plans changed”

“My 2 kitties got care from Kate for 2 drop in visits. Everything seemed to go exactly to plan and everything was clean and in order when I returned. Kate sent updates as agreed, and it was easy to meet and schedule with her on short notice. Thank you!”

“Laurie was great with my kitties and sent me lots of cute pictures!”

“It was immediately apparent to us that Heather loves animals (in our case, cats). She communicated promptly (daily) and sent us pictures of the cats enjoying themselves. She was conscientious about caring for our pets and for our home. We definitely recommend her highly, and we will not hesitate to request her services again.”

“Marie continues to be my go-to when I’m out of town. Even my more standoffish of the pair takes up residence on her lap during drop-in’s. I really appreciate how much attention and care she gives my girls.”

“Joe did an awesome job. Not only did Riley come to him right away, he seemed great when I got back. Elder cats, regardless of how they live, can be a special challenge when their owners are away. Joe jumped right in trying to befriend Riley, and it worked. It's hard enough leaving our fur babys. Joe is already booked for a repeat, he was that great with my kitty.”

“Christa is always available when I need her. She’s great and happy to send updates with pictures and Bruce loves her. I’m never stressed when I book with her. It’s always convenient and I never have to worry about Bruce getting his walks and potty time. Thanks for being Bruce’s sitter! :)”

About: I can give medications in different routes, help with senior care, and basic puppy needs like training tips and tricks to make puppy life easier and fun. I’m working with pets all day long from dogs and cats to exotics like reptiles and pocket pets giving them love and care when needed. I’m very trustworthy and have worked in the veterinary field so I have experience with pets of all shapes and sizes. I have knowledge that some pet sitter may not have.

“Karen did great taking care od my shy senior kitty! Sent nice pictures and thorough rover cars. Followed all instructions for my cat's medication and he was a happy and healthy camper when we came home. Would use again!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, starting with my own pets. I have experience with small and medium-sized dogs, and currently share my home with a sweet, mild-tempered male mini Australian Shepherd who is neutered and gets along well with other dogs. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets and those with disabilities or medical needs. I understand how important it is to be gentle, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique care routine. In addition to dogs, I absolutely love cats. I’ve raised a few of my own since they were just weeks old after their mother passed away, so I’m familiar with bottle feeding, kitten care, and building trust with shy or sensitive cats. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or prefers a slower pace and extra snuggles, I’ll care for them like one of my own—with love, respect, and plenty of attention. I’m a full-time local teacher and lifelong animal lover who’s currently on summer break. With a more flexible schedule this season, I’m excited to spend my free time doing something I truly enjoy. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or cat sitting, I have the time and heart to give your pets the attention they deserve. In my home, pets are cared for in a safe, loving, and well-supervised environment. I have a spacious, fenced-in yard that allows for plenty of outdoor play and potty breaks. My dog, a 4-year-old neutered mini Australian Shepherd is friendly, well-socialized, and does great with other animals. If your pet prefers more space or alone time, I can easily accommodate that too. My cats can be kept completely separate, and I’m happy to follow any routines or preferences your pet is used to. Whether in my home or yours, I always aim to create a calm, clean, and comforting space so your pet feels safe, happy, and loved.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of all breeds since I was a young teen, from Mastiffs to Dachshunds, walking, brushing, baths, you name it! I am comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities. I currently work with both dog and human aggressive dogs. I am comfortable with special needs pets, and am able and happy to give any medications they may need. I will love your dog as my own, and look forward to working with you and your pup! I’m also prior military so I have base access! I'm available everyday! I have classes currently on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it's only for 3 hours in the morning. I finish the semester late May, and will update my school schedule when full time classes start again in the Fall (around August of 2025). With the four dogs at home, they each have very different needs. One is not friendly with other dogs, and 13, so I like to keep him comfortable. One is a senior boxer, who is still very active and I am constantly playing with her. One is an older frenchie, who honestly is only interested in cuddling, so I make sure to cuddle up with him whenever possible. The last one is a young golden retriever. He is high energy, and cuddly. I take him with me on hikes, and am constantly training him on correct behaviors.
“Kodi and her family were wonderful! They treated my girl Biscuit (ferret) like part of the “Fam”. I’d definitely call on her to watch over her for my future travels. Thank you!!”
