“Nathan is a trooper, all in no matter what "in" entails. When we left Sam, Nathan immediately took time to connect with him - he met our dog's excitement with a peaceful, calm demeanor. Unfortunately while we were away, Nathan had an accident resulting in painful injuries. Due to flights, the earliest we could get back was a day early (he didn't ask, we offered.) I felt terrible, but there was nothing we could do from our end. When we did pick up our large and active pup, he was happy, peaceful, clean, and seemed to be cared for. She gave multiple updates with pictures and video throughout the day. I feel bad sometimes because I don’t even response to them as much as she send them! She asked for dietary restrictions, patient with my dog when she first met him. She even gave him food topper from her own! He is eating better than when he is with me! When I have a delay to return, she make sure that my dog is actually being put in a good hand and not with the old dog sitter who did not treat him right.
