About: When you board your dog with us you can rest assured that your dog will come back happy and tired. We live on a farm in Garrison, and with being recently retired at least one of us is generally home all day long. The dogs are our priority. Simply put we are dog people! We make sure the dogs are outside and able to run and play as much as possible while we are moving around the property. I’m retired and home all day long. I have a very high drive and high energy 1+ year old German Shepherd and I make sure my dog is exercised during the day so she’s calm at night. A tired dog is a happy dog and a happy dog is a well behaved dog! I have a fenced in area if your dog is not recall trained. I can also work on this while your dog is here. We also have several long leads and a ton of fetch toys for the dogs. I love working in basic obedience training, and while I don’t consider myself a “dog trainer” I have a very well trained German Shepherd. I really try and find ways to introduce training into every play opportunity.

It’s always a bit unnerving leaving your loved ones with someone else and I’ve had mixed experiences using Rover, but this was a very positive experience. Ming has a nice house, fenced yard and works from home, so he was able to give my dog a good amount of attention. He was very good about checking in every day and sending photos and, overall, a very responsive communicator. I will most definitely use Ming the next time I need a sitter!”

About: As a teenager I was a pet sitter and dog walker for several neighbors and was very involved in the cae of our family dog. My family now has a dog and we would love to welcome other dogs on our home! I am a stay at home parent with a flexible schedule and can take walks and car for your dog on their schedule. We are a family of dog lovers and will love your like our own! I am currently a stay at home mom and can give your dog lots of love and attention! I walk my own dog almost every day and play and work on training frequently. We would love to have your dog join in on the fun! My dog has free access to our house and is crates at night. We prefer dogs to be crated at night but can be flexible We have a fenced in back yard so we can let them outside as much as they want to go.

She gave our cat her own room to make sure she didn't get overwhelemed by the new surroundings. Ashleigh also sent us daily updates with pictures and videos, and she even managed to get our cat to come out of hiding for pets and playing which is something no other sitter has been able to do.
