“Sana did a wonderful job taking care of our 11 month old puppy. It was the first time we left her for more than 1 overnight. We were gone for 11 days. Sana sent pictures or videos everyday to let us know how JoJo was doing. When JoJo was showing signs of discomfort, Sana went above and beyond taking care of our pup and making sure she was as comfortable as possible. It was obvious Sana loved our puppy as her own and that our puppy loved her back. I was appreciative that Sana let me know something wasn't right with our pup without worrying me too much on vacation but also being respectful and considerate by reaching out for my input on how to handle the situation. Sana was also very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We had a meet and greet ahead of time which helped ease our minds about everything.
