About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

About: I’ve had a family dog since my sister brought home our first pet a dashound puppy. In the following years I’ve had 7 more dogs to love and care for. I now have a little Cairn Terrier mix who adores other dogs and is very gentle. I will make sure your pet is safe and well cared for in my home. He/she will be fed, walked, etc. according to your instructions. I never worry about accidents. We will walk outside weather permitting and/or just hang out with plenty of cuddles and fun. I will contact you as many times as you want during the time your pet is with me. I can administer meds if needed. I am a retired teacher and I’m home most days and evenings for drop in care or overnight care. I will follow all instructions you have and you may contact me any time of the day or night. I will make sure your pet feels safe and cared for with as many potty breaks as needed. Your pet will be fed & watered on the schedule you have at home. I have many toys available or you can bring your own. Treats provided at your instruction. Exercise and walks given once a day. I'm a retired teacher so I'm home day and night unless for errands. I watch Dog TV and other dog shows if your pet enjoys that. If I walk the pet I will need a good leash & collar. Also my home is pet proofed meaning nothing is on the floor or counter that they could get into.

About: I've had animals in my family since I was a kid so I am very familiar and comfortable around all sorts of animals. I have cared for dogs of all sizes. Such as Shia tzus, Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepards, and German Shepards.I have experience giving a cat insulin and providing medicine day and night to both dogs and cats. I have taken care of puppies and older dogs. I have stayed the night at friend's houses when pet sitting and I have no fears of any kind of animal. Pickleball is only about 3 hours of my day so it won't interfere with any pet duties I may have. In my home we use a company called Halo to keep my dog in my lawn so I am familiar with electric fences its technology. I always stay outside when letting my dog out for the bathroom and know how to work a leash when talking them on walks. I clean litter boxes and pick up poop. I have experience taking care of pets in their home but since I have animals of my own and no fence, I will not be available to take care of pets in my home.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire adult life and have been caring for dogs for over 20 years. I currently have a 9-year-old Boston Terrier who is truly the love of my life, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog. I’m attentive, patient, and very tuned in to dogs’ individual needs and personalities. I love giving dogs plenty of time outside with walks, hikes, and safe play, along with calm companionship and structure. I’m experienced with basic obedience and fun training, including sit, stay, shake, lie down, roll over, heel, and more. I’m comfortable reinforcing routines, providing mental stimulation, and making sure your dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether your dog is high-energy or more laid-back, I meet them where they are and treat them like they’re my own. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize dog care throughout the day. As a photographer, I can plan my shoots around walks, drop-ins, and check-ins, and I don’t have many long, all-day commitments this year. This means I’m available for consistent walks, extended visits, and quality one-on-one time. I love being active and would genuinely enjoy filling my schedule with caring for dogs and keeping them happy, exercised, and well attended to. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always prioritize safety, routine, and clear communication. I follow all instructions carefully, respect your home, and make sure your dog feels comfortable and secure at all times. I’m attentive on walks, mindful of surroundings, and experienced with leash handling and basic training cues. About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

About: Experienced in walking all size dogs and looking for a walking buddies on regular basis in the Cedar Rapids area in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule I am looking for a dog to walk anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the dog and day and can be flexible with the time. I do have a fenced yard and can entertain at my house for short periods of time. But I am willing to take care of each individual dog depending on its regular routine.
