About: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve owned and cared for both small and large breeds, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I spent years volunteering with All Breed Rescue & Training in Colorado, where I gained experience supporting rescued dogs. For a year, I traveled across the country providing in-home pet care through TrustedHousesitters, staying with pets in exchange for room and board. This allowed me to care for dogs in many different homes, routines, and regions—learning how important consistency, communication, and trust are when owners are away. Today, I share my home with my own small dog, so I understand firsthand how much your pet means to you. Whether your dog needs playtime, structured walks, companionship, or just a calm and reliable presence, I treat every animal like they’re part of my family. I currently work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule. I am available for drop in visits and walks in the middle of the day and check in on your baby. I treat every dog like my own but also respect every dog's individual needs. Whatever approach or structure is needed to make your pet happy, I am happy to follow.

About: Been doing this for 7 years now and absolutely love it. I take in all sizes and breeds of dogs and have recently fenced in my backyard. Your pets will get the best 1 on 1 care at my house. I work full time during the week. The dogs will have free run of my upstairs or if you prefer they be in a kennel I can accommodate that too I recently fenced in my backyard. Huge play area for the dogs to run and play . I will provide the best 1 on 1 care for them

I have about 15 years of experience with both cats & dogs and have 4 dogs of my own. I have 3 little girls who are 5, 4, and 9 months 😊 We live in a ranch style home and have a fenced in backyard. They will be crated whenever we are not home to ensure they’re safe unless they’re used to free roaming and won’t have accidents or be destructive.

About: Hello I’m Joy. I live in Oxford where I work remote for the University of Iowa. I have been passionate about pets my whole life! My family always had pets; dogs, cats, birds, etc while I was growing up. I am very outgoing, I love taking my dog Rosy to the parks and on walks. I want to see more happy more happy tails in the neighborhood! I’m looking forward to meeting your pup, and getting them out for much needed exercise or just some nice couch cuddles and scratches! I work remote from the University of Iowa, so I’m at your pets beck and call! Just my chihuahua mix, Rosy and I will take at least 2 walks a day. I am flexible to what your pet needs; lots of walks to lap time cuddles! My apartment has a generous front and backyard, as well as plenty of sidewalk paths for walks in every direction. I have crates if your pet finds kenneling comfortable, or many sizes of dog beds in most every corner.

About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.

About: Experienced in walking all size dogs and looking for a walking buddies on regular basis in the Cedar Rapids area in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule I am looking for a dog to walk anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the dog and day and can be flexible with the time. I do have a fenced yard and can entertain at my house for short periods of time. But I am willing to take care of each individual dog depending on its regular routine.
