About: I’m a recent Washington State University graduate with over four years of housesitting experience caring for a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I grew up with both a Yorkie and a Great Pyrenees, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities! I’ve cared for puppies as young as two months old through senior dogs up to 13 years old, and I truly adore spending time with each one of them whether we’re throwing the ball in the yard for hours or relaxing on the porch couch. I’m patient and consistent with young pups who are still learning routines and basic training, and I’m gentle and attentive with senior dogs who may need medication, extra comfort, or slower walks. Something really important to me is treating each pet as if they were my own, to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their parents are away! Pet care definitely fits very easily into my daily routine. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule to accommodate any specific needs, whether that’s early morning visits, midday check-ins, evening walks, or overnight care. I’m happy to adjust my day to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel happy and comfortable while you’re away! I am also available for housesitting and truly enjoy staying in a home environment so pets can stay in their familiar space with consistent care and just someone to hangout with! The pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always going to be my top priorities. At this time, I do not offer care in my own home, but I am more than happy to provide drop-in visits or overnight housesitting in your home where your pet feels most secure. I will most definitely work hard to maintain their normal schedule, feeding routines, exercise, and any special instructions you may provide me. Additionally, I’m very respectful of clients’ homes and treat them with the same care and responsibility I would my own. Clear communication is also very important to me, so I’m always happy to provide updates, photos, and any checkins you might want for peace of mind when you’re away!

About: Dogs have been part of my life since childhood, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve owned and cared for both small and large breeds, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I spent years volunteering with All Breed Rescue & Training in Colorado, where I gained experience supporting rescued dogs. For a year, I traveled across the country providing in-home pet care through TrustedHousesitters, staying with pets in exchange for room and board. About: I’m a veterinary technician with emergency and critical care experience, and an Equissage-certified canine massage therapist. I notice things most pet sitters don’t. I understand that boarding can disrupt a dog’s nervous system. Some dogs do better at home while you’re away, and my massage therapy background means I have techniques that genuinely help calm and settle an anxious or overstimulated dog in their own environment. During drop-in visits and walks, I’m assessing your dog the whole time. Gait, energy, behavior, subtle signs that something’s off. You’ll hear about it either way. I’m experienced with medically complex dogs, seniors, and anxious dogs, and equally comfortable with your healthy, bouncy lab who just needs a solid walk. Cats are absolutely welcome. Cat owners, I see you. Your cat has a whole life, a whole routine, and very strong opinions. I get it. Fill me in on the Royal Treatment and I’ll do my best to make sure it happens. I look forward to meeting you and your animal friend(s) soon. 🐾 I offer drop-in visits and dog walks seven days a week. Visits are typically 30 minutes. I send updates with photos at every visit so you know exactly how things are going. I’m a veterinary technician with emergency and critical care experience. I know how to recognize when something is wrong and what to do about it. All dogs are kept leashed on walks unless we are in a securely fenced area. If your dog jumps fences, we do not go off leash outside. I do not combine your dog with unfamiliar dogs without prior owner approval. I come to you. Drop-in visits and walks take place in your home and neighborhood, which means your dog stays in a familiar environment with their own smells, sounds, and routine intact. I treat every client’s home with respect and leave it exactly as I found it. For drop-in visits that occur at dark or during nighttime hours, I may occasionally have another person with me. This is for my own safety.

About: I grew up with dogs! I have two dogs of my own! They are the best. Looking to help with walks, potty breaks and play time! I am in school and work seasonally. Schedule may vary but I have lots of availability to help with potty breaks, walks and play time! I provide a safe, calm, and clean environment for every pet in my care. I follow all feeding, medication, and exercise instructions carefully while giving pets plenty of attention, affection, and supervision. I respect each pet’s routine and personality to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away!

About: I have been working in veterinary medicine for 4 years this January! I love and care for all animals but I also have a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and safety I am currently working full time, with Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. I do get a break in the middle of the day to take care of any of the animal’s needs! I currently do not have any pets in my home. Crate/kennel training or a fenced in yard isn’t necessary. About: Hello everyone! My name is Emily and I am a huge animal lover. I am located in Cedar Rapids and almost always available. I have about 15 years of experience with both cats & dogs and have 4 dogs of my own. I have 3 little girls who are 6, 5, and 1 😊 We live in a ranch style home and have a fenced in backyard. I am an active person and will give your pet plenty of love and attention. I will also take dogs on walks if they enjoy that. I have never had an owner unhappy with their pets stay. I work from home so I will be there most of the time to make sure you fur baby gets plenty of attention and play time! I have a fenced in yard so dogs can be out there and play around as much as they want to when we’re home. If they enjoy playing with other dogs I have 1 bigger one and 3 smaller ones. They will be crated whenever we are not home to ensure they’re safe unless they’re used to free roaming and won’t have accidents or be destructive.

About: I have dog sat for everyone I know. I am the first person someone asks to dog sit. I provide lots of care, attention, and play for dogs. About: Experienced in walking all size dogs and looking for a walking buddies on regular basis in the Cedar Rapids area in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule I am looking for a dog to walk anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the dog and day and can be flexible with the time. I do have a fenced yard and can entertain at my house for short periods of time. But I am willing to take care of each individual dog depending on its regular routine.

About: I’ve been taking care of and loving my own animals and my family’s animals since I was young and they’ve trusted me since I was a teenager to help take care of their animals and walk them when they are gone I take care of my own pets daily and make sure they get lots of enrichment. I love any and all animals and have always wanted to help other people take care of their animals when they need it I have a very friendly dog of my own but not a friendly cat so I will have to pet sit in your home for your pets safety and my cats safety. I make sure my animals are fed and taken care of properly and I’m not afraid to clean up messes when needed
