About: I have been involved in caretaking pets through local pet shelters over the course of two years. I have also pet sat for friends and relatives. I am very passionate about the well-being of all animals and have even received training at pet shelters in order to provide optimal care. I work gig jobs exclusively. This provides me with a very flexible schedule. I love incorporating pet caretaking into my day to day life. It is a big priority for me. I want to care for the pets based on their individual needs. About: Hi! I've been a dog dad for over 30 years and know how important your fur baby is to you. I have experience with all different breeds, ages and levels of health. My promise is to focus on your dog's happiness and comfort level during their entire stay; further, I will follow all nutrition/medication needs, potty/feeding/play time/walking schedules, and will truly ensure they're loved and cared for just like they were my own. I’d greatly appreciate the honor of welcoming them into my home. You will receive frequent updates as much as you like. I recently lost my dog of 17 years. Now live alone, and have a strict one-dog policy, so yours will receive the individualized 24/7 attention they deserve. I work full-time from home, same employer for 20 years. I am available all seven days/nights for whatever attention your dog needs or wants, and any potty schedule your dog is accustomed to. I require little to 0 notice for booking or cancellations, and able to travel when needed. My house is on a quiet culdesac with no through traffic. The back yard is secure and completely fenced, very enjoyable space for your dog to play in. Dogs are welcomed on all furniture. Home is smoke-free. I can also travel to the client's home for all necessary dog sitting/walking services.

About: I used to work at a dog kennel a couple years ago. For years I would also volunteer at the shelter in my home town. I’ve always had a dog with me while growing up and of course even now, I can’t imagine not having at least one! I’ve had dogs from all ages from puppies to old babies! I have 5 dogs (all different sizes) and 3 cats! I’ve baby sat my friends dogs and cats and neighbors pets like birds, rabbits, lizards, and handful of others plenty of times too! I’ve been around all kinds of animals and have owned a good diversity of animals. I absolutely adore animals and treat them like they are my babies. I’d love to help you out and take care of your pet while you are away or even let them come over for some doggy daycare! Pet sitting is becoming my full time job! I have plenty of time for my babies and I’ll have plenty of time for yours :) My life revolves around my pets! I have a fenced in yard for my dogs. I normally play with them in my backyard for at least an hour in the afternoon. They love to sunbathe outside so I like to sit outside with them and read. I have a kiddie pool that they love to play in too! In the evenings I take them on a walk through our neighborhood as well. At least one weekend day I’ll either take them to the dog park or on a longer hike/ walk which they absolutely love. I have devoted my days to pet sitting so I am available almost always. I take care of my own animals from sun up till sun down! I have a big fully fenced in yard that my dogs absolutely love! I normally am outside with them playing with them or just to keep an eye on them!

I was the kid bringing in strays and driving my parents crazy. Now that I'm an adult, I've been able to turn this softhearted hobby into a way to help out people and fur babies simultaneously. I've been on Rover for about 7 years now, and I love it! I can be active, I can be lazy... whatever suits your pet's style! I am currently working at Lucky Pawz, LLC Monday-Friday. I manage the Iowa City location. I do not have my calendar as available for those days on Rover. However, I am able to bring your pup(s) with me to attend daycare or have private boarding/play times (every 2 hours in boarding only). Then I can either bring them home with me or go back to your home. *All dogs must pass the screening process at Lucky Pawz, LLC to be accepted into daycare. What I Offer: - Personalized care (I only book 1 client at a time) -Private acreage (if you live in the city and want to book a walk for you and your pup, I allow these bookings also) -10+ years of experience I have plenty of room in my home and outside. Over 12 private acres to explore! I also am experienced at staying in the owner's home as well if that works best. I do not mind doing so if that is the better option. I do expect a clean and safe environment and require a meet & greet in your home prior. I can also do home tasks while you're away: watering plants, getting mail, trash, etc. Communication is key, I can send you check-ins or updates as frequently as needed/wanted. I understand this is a best friend or family member to you: they will receive the best and kindest care. About: I’ve had a dog since I was young so I know how to care for pets. I can provide them with companionship and care for you. About: I have had so many different pets growing up. I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, tarantulas, snakes, scorpions, and many different lizards. I personally believe in positive reinforcement when it comes to training animals and I have a special heart for senior animals. I will be home from Tuesday to Friday all day. I would do my daily exercise with the animals depending on the species. I am a very routined person and can follow strict and specific instructions. I have one cat at home who is friendly but can be kept away if animal doesn’t react well to others. Each animal will be taken very good care of depending on the instructions of the owner.
