I was nervous about hiring a sitter because I wasn’t sure how they would be able to handle this, however, Marisol made sure to ask a lot of questions and was able to give my dog all of her drops! I’ve always had family members take care of my dog whenever I go on vacation, but I moved out of state and so I had to rely on a sitter. Marisol was very responsive, she was on top of all of my dogs antibiotic eye drops, and helped put my mind at ease while I took a long weekend trip away.”

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! Although I’m new to Rover, I have years of personal experience caring for pets and I’m committed to providing safe, loving care and clear communication. I am currently a college student, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide consistent and reliable pet care. I am able to plan my classes and free time around pet visits, walks, and overnight stays to make sure each pet gets the attention they need. I’m available on weekdays between classes as well as evenings and weekends, and I prioritize being punctual, dependable, and fully present when caring for animals. My schedule gives me the ability to stay organized while still giving pets plenty of care, attention, and companionship. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where they can feel relaxed and cared for. I make sure they have regular walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, crate time if needed, and any specific instructions from the owner. I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel secure, loved, and stress-free while staying with me.

About: I've helped friends, family, neighbors, co workers and many more by dog sitting, walking, feeding, and giving medicine to their pets. Have experience with a wide range of breeds including Great Danes, Cane Corsos, Rottweiler, Frenchies, Cavaliers, German Shepherds and many different cats lol. Also have experience with houses that have both dogs and cats. Currently working a hybrid schedule so am able to work my schedule around by helping and visiting families who need that help with their pets. Have always been inquisitive and go the extra step by asking any specific needs and researching before hand the breed so I can be best prepared for the pet and give them the best care and attention possible.

About: I've walked and taken care of dogs for my neighbors since I was 12, including senior dogs with special medication and care needs. I am comfortable with homes with multiple pets and pets of all sizes. I have a dog myself and am familiar with dog care. I also have experience in taking care of cats. My summer is mostly open, although I will be on vacation in August. For the time that I will be taking bookings, I will be available for your pets at any time as I do not currently have any other obligations, though I do hope to start working part-time in addition. I care for pets by ensuring that any of their needs are met, including emotional needs which I provide by ensuring they feel comfortable and keeping them company. I am great at playing with animals and completely open to specific care instructions for things like feeding, medication, or walking.

About: I've owned dogs all of my life, worked with K-9 units during my 12 years in the military and I am a P..TS.D. service dog handler. I am trained in canine C.P.R and work in Emergency Veterinary Medicine. I am able to administer oral and injected medications if need be. I am also able to provide care for special needs dogs and have experience with senior dogs and puppies. I don't believe that there is such a thing as a bad dog or bad breed. And I know, being a dog owner and a service dog handler, that most pet owners are like me....they're NOT pets....they're FAMILY. Retired military and now retiring from Emergency Veterinary Medicine, so I'm now available 24/7 for pet care, walks and pet sitting, check-ins and even just stopping by to help administer medications, fluids or treatments prescribed by your veterinarian. Animals thrive on love and attention just like people do. Interaction and activity are crucial to physical and mental health. The only difference between humans and animals is that they're covered in fur and we have opposable thumbs.

I love to go on walks and can handle any situation. I’m a Texas Tech student with lots of free time, and I love caring for animals. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily work around your preferred times, from early mornings to late nights. I prioritize safety and comfort in every home. I follow the pet’s normal routine, keep a clean and calm environment, and make sure food, water, and medications, if needed, are handled correctly. I always double check doors, gates, and crates to ensure pets stay secure and safe as well. As the saying goes, I always aim to leave things better than how I found them.
