While on vacation we ended up being stuck at the departing airport for more than 10 hours Courtney and John went above and beyond to make sure all my worries were taken care of if we couldn’t make it home. About: I've been a foster carer for various greyhound organizations here (ATX and DFW) and in Australia. I get the hounds that are cat safe and get them used to living with cats. I'm always fostering, which is why I cannot take in more dogs for sitting, but I can do pop-ins. Before I fostered greyhounds, I used to petsit for friends' parents. I love to scritch ears, make up stupid songs for them, and play on the floor. My current pack consists of two sighthound mixes and two middle-management cats. Am I Katy or Mary? Both. The joy of going by either the first name or the nickname. You can call me Katy. The IRS can keep calling me Mary ... and please, if you're from IRS, don't call me. I am currently working from home and would love the excuse to get out and walk or, when it's really too hot, engage in play in the backyard. I am mindful of the various personalities I could encounter. I understand that not all pets want to play. Some want to chill and know that you're there. Others need to get that energy out. When doing pop ins, I would be mindful of what their humans say.

Amber gave us the best house sitting experience! Our pups absolutely loved her, and she was so respectful of our home. She sent tons of pictures and videos, which made being away so much easier. She brought in our packages and even let me know Honey’s food was running low so I could have more delivered that day. She then filled the food storage container and threw away the bag for us. Those little things make such a difference! We felt so comfortable knowing our dogs and home were in her care and will absolutely book her again! 🤍
Kirby is an amazing cat sitter - she really put me at ease during my time away from home (which is hard to do because I tend to worry about my cat and home). However, after meeting her I knew my cat would be in great hands. Firstly, Kirby is an excellent communicator and she takes the time to really get to know you and your pet. She made sure she understood what we needed, asked if we wanted daily photos and updates, and delivered on her word. I was really appreciative of the time she spent keeping my cat company, brushing him and playing with him during the evening hours when he is most active. Second, Kirby went above and beyond by feeding/watering some local strays that I care for outside my home, as well as bringing in packages left at my door. I am so grateful for her and the peace of mind that she brought me so that I could relax on my vacation. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her during my next trip.
Barbara, as always, was the absolute best! Not only does she make Toby feel so loved and make us feel completely comfortable whenever we leave him and travel, but she is also such a wonderful house guest. She always keeps everything so clean and tidy and even washes the sheets before we get home. We just love Barbara so much and feel so lucky to have someone we trust completely with Toby and our home!
Alice was an amazing dog sitter who took care of them and was exceptionally well. I handling their every needs we were unfortunately unable to meet Alice but given how communicative she was I doubt it would’ve been even been necessary and I would absolutely 100% recommend anyone who needs a dog sitter to book her . Thank you again Alice for everything. We will be sure to use you again if we ever need another dog sitter!

Jasmine was wonderful with our pets during her stay from July 19–22. She was kind, dependable, and made us feel comfortable leaving our pets in her care. She stayed overnight in our home, which gave us peace of mind knowing they had companionship and were not left alone. She communicated with us daily and sent thoughtful photo updates, so we could see that everyone was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We truly appreciated her care and communication and would gladly book Jasmine again.
Doloris and Don were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly responsive, always sent updates, and made sure to keep my pup safe and secure. I never had any issues or second thoughts, and when I travel next, I will be looking forward to having them watch my puppy. Could not recommend them enough!
We cannot say enough great things about her! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every way. She took incredible care of our dogs, giving them so much love and attention, and even worked with Javi on his pulling during walks, which we truly appreciated and saw improvement from. On top of that, she left our home absolutely perfect. She cleaned up baby toys, left the room and kitchen better than we left them, and thoughtfully gathered all dirty laundry and left it neatly in the laundry room. Coming home to such a clean, organized space was such a relief and made returning from our trip that much better. Most importantly, we had complete peace of mind knowing our boys were happy, safe, and well cared for. We are beyond happy and will absolutely be booking her again. Highly recommend! 🐾✨
