We cannot say enough great things about her! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every way. She took incredible care of our dogs, giving them so much love and attention, and even worked with Javi on his pulling during walks, which we truly appreciated and saw improvement from. On top of that, she left our home absolutely perfect. She cleaned up baby toys, left the room and kitchen better than we left them, and thoughtfully gathered all dirty laundry and left it neatly in the laundry room. Coming home to such a clean, organized space was such a relief and made returning from our trip that much better. Most importantly, we had complete peace of mind knowing our boys were happy, safe, and well cared for. We are beyond happy and will absolutely be booking her again. Highly recommend! 🐾✨

Deborah was very responsive to our needs. Deborah sent us consistent updates on our dog with pictures and videos. Deborah took Coco on numerous walks and Coco was very happy when we returned. We would highly recommend Deborah and will use her an again. Rob Clements o bClements

I believe Deborah was attentive to my dogs. She sent pictures every day along with a note. My lower rating is because of what happened tonight when I was coming home. I booked her and paid her until 8 PM. I was flying home from North Carolina, and my flight was delayed by an hour. At 4:57 pm I texted that I would be an hour late. When I landed in Dallas at 8 pm I could not reach her. When she did finally get my message, her response was as follows. “Mina I am not glued to my phone. I am just now seeing this. I am actually at an event. To be clear, I am not obligated to continue communicating after a booking.” I find it unconscionable and irresponsible to leave two senior dogs (15 & 14) alone three hours before the end of the booking and then not be available to respond to my text or calls. What if my flight had been canceled and I was stranded in North Carolina? In all the years I have used Rover sitters I have never encountered someone who felt it was not their obligation or responsibility to be available to the owner “after the booking”. Extremely disappointing and callous.

Deborah was amazing. This was the first time I was away from my puppy. She sent a lot of updates, which I asked for and really appreciated. Yukon was so happy and I will definitely use her again!
