Latisha had no issues (even when other dogs were around, she controlled and handled Coco well). We also have an old/grumpy cat and she even got our cat to come out and play while she was at our house. She sent lots of photos every day. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Kristie made sure that Josie was comforted and had all the extra love and care so she didn't feel lonely. We also received daily pictures and updates so we knew Josie was well taken care of. Having lost a dog before we left, we were uneasy about leaving Josie behind. But Kristie made us feel 100% like Josie was in the best hands and we knew she genuinely cared for her like she was her own. That was very meaningful to us. And, when we returned home, Kristie left a very thoughtful gift for us, which was a plant in memory of the dog we had just lost. I can't say how much that meant to us.
