“I absolutely loved Emily for the i day I had her, unexpectedly I had a son come home from out of town working who had got into a disagreement with his girlfriend and had been drinking who just came by not knowing I was out of town to stay the evening and she understandably didn’t feel comfortable completing the contract and couldn’t iboard Lucy bc she has cats. Piecing together alternate drop ins for the remaining 3 days did not even compare to her and was very disappointed to not complete the contract as she was very efficient, kind, easy to work with sent pictures communicated exceptionally well and knew I had nothing to worry about and felt complete at peace and assured my dog was in the greatest of hands. In light of the unexpected situation she thankfully didn’t terminate me on Rover and effect my account standing and was understanding of the unexpected circumstances and understandably not feeling comfortable staying overnight. I’m new to Rover and she was my first experience and will say inspite of the early termination and lost payment the experience I did have with Emily made it a great. I would recommend if new to Rover setting up contingency plans and or making sure if situations arise unexpected drop in services are ok as alternative to in house so you don’t have to double pay for sitters. In light of it all Emily was very understanding communicated well and bc of how impressed I was with the communication and the 1 day of sitter care I bought her a gift back from my vacation as a thank you for the pictures and constant reassurance Lucy was in good hands. I had to meet up with her to give her some things that she left at the house and was gracious and understanding of the unexpected circumstance and apologized for not completing the contract and feeling comfortable with boarding staying or changing to drop in. Thankfully my sister and friend were able to come by once a day and it eased the extreme stress of not having a sitter and not even anticipating making back up plans but as I stated was a learning curve with utilizing the Rover app. I would use Rover again but just make sure to discuss contingency plans and flexibility in case of unexpected circumstances.. I would also recommend Emily highly she was a great sitter but just make sure to discuss contingency plans for unexpected events or have a back up plan.”

“I have 5 dogs and because 2 are old I won’t board. I contacted Jamie and after meeting her and seeing her with my dogs I booked her to stay with them. I was so pleased with the experience. Jamie communicated with me while I was gone and even sent pictures. She took great care of them and I had piece of mind leaving them with her. I highly recommend and will definitely be using her again! Thank you Jamie!”
10. Savannah H.
“In 2011, I was a Tennessee Animal Control Director. Savannah came to me with her Girl Scout Troop, wanting to help animals! Just in grade school, yet she was already rescuing and caring for animals in her purview. Savannah has been a pet caregiver the entire time I've known her. She's observant, compassionate, and devoted to the best care for every animal. She's manages her 3 dogs like a loving pro! One geriatric, special needs, and a support dog, all needing different levels of care. Savannah is now in Vet School! We are friends and peers in many ways. We talk regularly about animal care, new and old medical and training technologies, and all possible options for animals. She's always adding to her repertoire. I'm proud to give this Testimonial to Savannah. I've seen her magic with animals, her intuition, and her growing knowledge for a decade. She's dedicated with a great sense of humor and responsibility.”
11. Maleaha H.
“Maleaha was the best! My doggies loved her the second she walked in. Her communication from the meet & greet until the end of the stay was wonderful. I received so many pictures and videos that I never worried once about my pups, so I was actually able to enjoy my vacation! I would/will definitely use her services again.”
12. Rachel M.
“Rachel was excellent. She came over before the stay to meet with me and Tucker and get to know Tucker's routines, and Tuck connected with her right away. Beyond that, she was super responsive in all our interactions. Would recommend!”
13. Chelsea L.
“Chelsea was excellent! She watched our two dogs and my moms two dogs all together at our house over the Christmas holiday. She was extremely responsive and organized. I could tell right away meeting her that she had a caring heart and our dogs would be very comfortable. I can’t say enough positive things about Chelsea.”

“When this woman took care of my dog, it came back to me happier than I’ve ever seen good oñe Pancho. I have a Great Dane and a Jack Russell terrier and when I left for Moracco , they came back best of Friedan house trained and she even groomed them herself. There is nothing bad I can say about Jessica, she truly is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had and Pancho and Booger can’t wait to see her again!”
16. Ashton E.
“Ashton is the best dog and cat sitter ever! She stays at our home when we need her to watch our furry monsters and she is great with them. Our dog Beaux gets so excited when he sees her coming because he knows she's going to love on him and throw the ball for him. She's trustworthy and will follow all of the feeding and bathroom schedules needed. Ashton has watched and cared for all 4 of our fur babies for at least five years and they adore her. So do we!”
