About: I have 3 cats at home with my wife. We spoil them with everything they need to live a fun and adventurous feline life and we wanna do the same for yours. While I don't have any kind of professional background with pet care, I can make up for it with a lifelong history of loving and caring for my own. Pets are more than just animals but a part of a family. I can guarantee your pet will feel the same warmth and love I've given to mine. Even at odd hours I will be available. I'm currently part time so I have plenty of time to check in or watch your dog in the the day. I'm also available at night. I have a big backyard so I spend a lot of time with pets there. About: I’ve always been around animals and naturally treat pets like family. I’m patient, attentive, and good at reading animal behavior, especially with nervous, energetic, or stubborn pets lol. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I try to keep them comfortable, safe, and stress-free while their owners are away. I’m dependable with feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, cleanup, and giving pets attention instead of just “checking in and leaving.” I also know how important communication is, so I make sure owners stay updated with messages and pictures. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I’m used to being active throughout the day and handling responsibilities that require consistency and attention. I can work around feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medication reminders, and playtime. I understand pets need stability and patience, especially when their owners are away, so I make sure they get attention, exercise, and care instead of just being left alone. I also try to stay flexible for last-minute needs when possible. Cats have their own quiet, separate space where they can feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed without needing to interact with dogs unless they’re comfortable doing so. I understand cats usually do best with calm environments, patience, and giving them space to adjust at their own pace. 🐱

About: **Please note I am disabled and hard of hearing. I have experience with a variety of animals, including dogs and cats, horses and livestock, rodents and reptiles, and everything from basic grooming including nail trims and baths to basic behavior training. (See safety section for further details) I have experience with basic first aid. I have pretty much free and short notice availability, thought I limit bookings on WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS as my days off. I have a whole zoo worth of pets and need to stop by my own house throughout the day, so any house sitting will be based on regular visits. I have reliable transportation and excellent driving skills in case of needing to transport. My vehicle has a crash tested seat belt and I have a few crash tested harnesses if you do not have one, though providing your own sized for your dog is preferred. I will not provide transport for animals other than cats or dogs and cats and small dogs must be tolerant of being crated for the ride. I am great at working with your schedule with at least 2 hours notice, but Rover does not allow easy schedule changes. If you need to reduce your visits, CANCEL the booking and REBOOK with your new dates, as once Rover confirms your booking it won’t let you reduce the current rate. In your home, I offer basic cleaning services and can ensure any messes get cleaned. I can meet many varied needs and am meticulous with following your house rules for your pets. I do not offer boarding or allow client pets at my home. I will not provide food or other consumables, though I will confirm what treats your pets can have because all good pets deserve treats. I provide basic behavior assistance such as teaching your dog that jumping on people is inappropriate, basic tricks (sit, down, paw), leash manners, but I DO NOT OFFER PAID TRAINING. I am not a certified trainer in any capacity, though I have trained many of my own animals (including rats and cats!)

Considering my life long love of animals big and small, Rover allows me to help pet owners find someone dependable to help care for their fuzzy friends. I work remotely which allows me to have plenty of freedom to care for pets during most people's work hours. The only weekdays that I'm typically unavailable are Fridays during the Fall season. My top priority is always the peace of mind of the pet parent so whatever rules and routines you already have in place for your pets will be maintained while I care for them.

My goal is to succeed in helping and caring for as many animals as I can. As someone who has had extremely close bonds with every pet I've ever had in my life, I can also proudly say that they are not just animals. Our pets are like family. Animals are incrediblly smart and in a way are like humans. They deserve to be treated with love, gentleness and fully cared for. I can be reached at any convenience. I’m currently taking classes online therefore leaving me with more free time to help of those families in need of the extra hands. For pets staying with me I have an yard that leads into a 3 mile path that wraps around a lake which is perfect for pets that need to stretch their legs. But also in a pet owners home I am clean, responsible and worried about the pets safety at all times. I'm currently a stay at home mom, with plenty of free time during my schedule. I'm available Monday-Sunday, at all times. Please give me at most an hour to respond to requests during the day. And if reaching out overnight please allow a few hours for a response. Thank you!
