“Crystal was awesome and the perfect sitter for my Eskie "Scooter". I could tell on our last minute "Meet and Greet" that she was really special and was likely the perfect fit for my dog and during his weekend stay, she kept me up to date on how he was doing and behaving since this was Scooter's first trial with a "Sitter" rather than the old traditional boarding where he always came home tired, hungry and somewhat dehydrated. Crystal went out of her way to make Scooter feel like he has a second home and as a result, I plan to book again with her several more times in the oncoming months. She was a straight up blessing for me and my little man who has gone through so much since losing his "Mama" in 2012. He was raised by us in his initial year during Covid not being around a lot of people and/or other dogs, and not being around kids although he's been such a good mannered dog. About: I’ve had cats since I was a baby. I had a diabetic cat who also had seizures. I nursed her basically back to health and she lived 5 more years after her first seizure. We are home a lot, so we will have plenty of time to love and spoil on your baby! I can administer medication, feed, toilet and love your baby! Your pup will love running in our yard, playing fetch, walking around the neighborhood, and relaxing on the bed in the heat/ac! We will not let you down! We also live 15 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge in Lagrange. If you are coming for a weekend and hate to leave your baby at home, we would be glad to keep it while you enjoy your stay! I am a school teacher and I am flexible after school hours (3pm). My husband works lest control and he is available when I am teaching. I have a large yard that your dog can safely run around in (on a leash or I have a wireless electric fence if your dog has a collar). I also have 2 friendly dogs your dog can play with!

I will attend to all details no matter how in-depth they are and make sure your pets and home are content and safe when you return! Our pets are our world and we will soon be volunteering at CHS. We can schedule a meet and greet at my home for you and your pup to meet me and I y’all. I’ll be very flexible on the schedule of that. I walk them twice a day if your babies are accustomed to leash walking and have them out on the deck with other guests for playtime twice a day. You will receive at least one picture of their romping or napping everyday. I charge by the calendar day. The day you pick up (or I pick up) your pet and the day you drop off (or I drop them off) are both days that I have to accommodate you and your pet into my schedule and pet care is provided.I offer the service of taking your pet home the day of your arrival so that they will be there when you arrive home. About: This is my job. I know how hard it can be to leave your fur babies when you go outta town and I want to be able to provide comfort and care for your animals while you are gone. About: I have had dogs and cats for most of my life. I are especially fond of labs and have had several. When the last one passed away around 5 years ago, I have just not been able to replace her. Since I am retired, pet sitting would be perfect( just like the grandchildren… spoil them and give them back!). I have a fenced in back yard and a basement with a doggy door where he/ she can go in and out. I can assure you that your fur baby would be loved and well taken care of. I am retired, so available to give your pets the love and attention you would want them to have. My schedule is flexible including weekends and holidays I have a fenced in yard and a basement/ man cave with a doggy door where your pet could come and go. If you are crate training, that will be okay as well. I also have no pets or small children in my home, as this can be a concern to some.

About: I’ve been a “dog person” (personally & now professionally) all my life, and have experience with big and small pups of all breeds, ages, and energy levels. I work at the vet school and have lots of home/yard space, time, and a social dog of my own that would happily welcome your fur baby! On weekdays, I either wfh or go into the office just 5mins away, so I’m always able to come home midday for potty breaks. I’m an active dog mom & love to walk around the neighborhood or nearby trails, but also have a large private fenced yard and a million toys if your dog prefers to get exercise that way. I also love & welcome the couch potatoes - all furniture is open for lounging and cuddles. I have been fostering & training dogs for the last 15 years and have basic medical training - so if your pup has any special considerations just reach out to discuss! My life pretty much revolves around my own dog, with a regular feeding/potty/play/lounging schedule, so guests would fit right into that routine. My schedule is very flexible & pups are never left alone for more than a few hours at a time. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to zoom and sniff around. I have a ~2yr old mixed breed dog (Mac) who is extremely social and loves making people/dog friends. He is playful, but often goes to dog parks and seems to adapt to whatever energy level the other dogs are, so he’s adaptable & loves chill time just the same.
