- Before caring for any pet, I think it’s really important to know a few key things ahead of time to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I like to learn about their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs or allergies. It also helps to know their personality are they shy, high-energy, or super social? The more I know about their habits and preferences, the better I can make them feel at home and keep their routine consistent.
