About: Raised around dogs (and cats) and would love to care for your pets in my home or yours. Comfortable with senior dogs as well as others. I am retired and available any time. I would need a couple of days' notice, preferably. I live in an apartment with a beautiful dog-walking area and nearby parks to walk in. I no longer have pets of my own, having just lost my 17-year-old Rat Terrier. I am comfortable with all dogs and cats. I can administer medications and make sure they feel safe with me. I don't push, but let them come to me when they feel ready. Separation from you is anxiety-inducing, and I do my best to calm them and let them now they are not alone.

“This was my 1st time with Daniel & Joelle, who were very accommodating. My pup did a day long to get used to them & see if she'd be a good fit for a week upcoming boarding. Everything went well. Meelo is a very sweet old guy, which is great for my pup who's been bullied & is shy at first. Though it was her 1st day & so somewhat anxiety provoking to be left, she still seemed relaxed when I picked her up & asked everyone for scratches & pets during the day. It also seemed she took a liking to their daughter Esther:) She'll try a week there a few weeks from now.”
About: We are a dog loving couple located in Normandy Park! We are new to Rover, but we have years of experience in caring for dogs. We used to foster dogs until we decided to become permanent dog parents to our two Golden Retrievers! We both have had dogs our whole lives, so have extensive experience with all different breeds and ages. We are excited to welcome your pup into our pack! My partner works from home full-time, so your pup will never be left home alone. We also go on twice daily walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise (apart from running in our large yard)! About: Since being on my own, I have had some fur baby in my life. Both puppies and elders will be well loved here. We have a deep relationship with our own animals. All are fully vaccinated and attend their annual health checks. We also love on them when they ask us to, meeting their mental health needs as well. Husband is still working from home with no return to the office in sight. And we are a currently a multi-generational home. There will always be some human here to care for your furry family member. We have a huge, secure, fenced backyard and two dogs of our own. Your pup will be well exercised here and will come home exhausted (and maybe a little dirty). We also love cuddling with our fur babies, and will welcome any (reasonably sized) dogs onto our bed if that is where they feel comfortable, or we have room for a crate or any dog bed you want to bring. We feed our pooches 3x a day. But we find that most guests have a 2x per day routine, and will continue to hold your home routine. We also give oral medication to one of our pups, once a day.

My 4yo mini-Aussie is my only employee. We walk in the morning, mid-morning and afternoon but I’m available pretty much anytime as my daughter drives herself now. Whether your dog is walking with me or visiting my home, my priority is maintaining their unique routine while adding expert engagement. In my home, they’ll enjoy a safe, fenced space perfect for our soccer sessions and or puppy training. I provide professional, respectful care for every stay no matter how long or short. You can expect regular photo updates and a sitter who treats your dog like a lifelong companion.

I used to sleep in my family dogs pet pen with her because that’s where my family wanted her to sleep, I couldn’t let her sleep alone.
