Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. We live 35 mins away from Dane and Alyssa, and the distance didn't bother us because we know our pup will be in good hands. We will book again and again!”

When is his medicines can be increased as needed for arthritis and she was able to see when Sherman was hurting and needed an increase in his medicine or a lower activity level… he’s an old boy ❤️. BooBoo was a great friend for Sherman to have an around during my extended vacation. Marlee kept me updated and sent pictures and Sherman just looked happy in all of them! She even gave him a bath before I picked him up!! And I broke my wrist while on vacation and she was more than willing to extend the stay by the extra day that I needed. I have not been able to find anyone willing to take on this challenging situation, until I found Cassie on Rover. I swear she can walk on water and is a cat whisperer. She took the time to come and watch me do a glucose test and insulin injection before the first trip I've been able to take in 7 yrs , knowing she would take good care of Punkin. I was gone for 8 days and she came twice a day and Punkin didn't hide from her like she does with everyone but me. I could not recommend her highly enough and will definitely be planning longer trips, using Cassie without worrying my cat would suffer. About: We don’t currently have pets of our own, but my experience with animals spans their entire lifetime. I raised both a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Tibetan Terrier from puppies into their senior years. They were truly part of our family, and after losing them, I’m not emotionally ready to adopt again. Pet sitting feels like the perfect win-win your pets will be showered with love, attention, and care, while also bringing that special furry companionship back into our home. I’m experienced in daily pet care, including brushing and coat maintenance. Since both of our dogs had coats that matted easily, daily brushing and regular grooming were essential, and I personally maintained and trimmed their coats myself. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and family during vacations, often caring for their pets for weeks at a time. I also worked as a nanny for several years, where I regularly cared for a German Shepherd who became one of my favorites. We took daily walks to the park, and I helped maintain his coat, especially during shedding season. My love for animals began growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and frequent litters of puppies and kittens. Being able to witness and help care for animals from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for them and taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion. Pet not good on walks, NO PROBLEM: Having owned a Tibetan Terrier who was incredibly loving with family and children, but reactive to other dogs on walks I deeply understand that every dog is different. If a pet is anxious or not good on walks, we can stay withing our private back yard. In the clients home: I follow the owners established routines and instructions to keep the pet safe and comfortable in their familiar environment, including tailored neighborhood walks.

About: Growing up, we always had dogs in the house & my favorite pair were the Chihuahua & German shephard, together. My most recent experience was with our 13yr old Corgi who we recently lost due to illness. His last months included multiple medications so I have experience with pills, tablets,etc. While the thought of another dog is out of the question, I would love to give my attention to another animal, if only for a few hours a day. Tho I have no "professional" experience, four walks a day, every day, rain or shine, 365 days a year x 13 years I believe does qualify me to show some love to a deserving pet. Cats, that are friendly & cuddly but not super "standoff-ish" are great too, I just dont have as much experience with cats as much as I do dogs. I provide dependable drop-in visits and dog walking with a focus on consistency, communication, and keeping pets comfortable in their normal routine. I’m comfortable with both cats and dogs and experienced handling feeding, litter boxes, walks, and general check-ins. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable in your home or with your pets, so I make sure to follow instructions carefully and provide updates (during) & after every visit with photos. I’m flexible with scheduling and respond quickly to messages, including same-day requests when available. Currently, my availability is incredibly wide open. I can do mornings, afternoons or evenings whatever is needed. If at all possible, I prefer to keep my clients close in case something comes up plus it just makes things alot easier. I do own a car & drive just fyi. While we do have a fenced backyard, we're just not ready to board a pet here at our home just yet thanks for understanding. While doing a "drop-in" or a "stay" I will treat your pets as if they were my own. Same goes for your place of residence. My goal is for pet parents to return to their homes making it look like I wasn't there, except of course for your happy, well-fed & well taken care of furry buddies. If your dog just absolutely LOVES to play, I have a tendency to stay a bit longer, at no extra fee of course just cuz I love to play too.🙂

About: Working as a vet assistant, groomer, trainer and sport and show handler I have built a unique set of skills that can provide your dog with an experience like no other! I am a stay at home mom with two kids in school. My day consists of staying at home so your pup will never be alone. I have a 6 foot fully fenced yard, plus a separate dog run area where I have cameras inside and out. Safety is my number one priority. Your dog will have eyes on them 24/7. Since safety is something I take very seriously these are some of the things I do to ensure your dog feels comfortable at all times. All dogs are fed separately, this includes chews and treats. Dogs are on leash if not in the fully fenced backyard. All dogs have their own drinking water to prevent any spread of illness. Food and water bowls are washed daily. The yard is chemical free, I do not use weed killer or insect sprays on the property. Pictures and updates daily to insure peace of mind while you’re away. Is your dog shy, submissive or reactive with other dogs. No problem, I have lots of areas in the house and yard where they don’t have to be apart of the group of other dogs. I have one cat who is an indoor outdoor kitty. She has grown up with multiple dogs in the house. She has been around many dogs who don’t like cats, you’ll normally see her up in the trees or on the roof. I do have two kids in the house who have grown up with dogs. Along with safety respect is also something I value. My children respect the dog’s space. If your dog doesn’t like children or is nervous around them that is no problem. I strive to make sure my children are coexisting and having little interaction with our dogs who are not child friendly. All interactions with your dog are supervised, there will not be any interactions out of sight with the children. We take dogs with all kinds of personality. While your dog is here their comfort and happiness is my priority. It’s very easy to keep your dog and the kids separated.

About: Small dogs only (<30 lbs) Adil and I love dogs and consider them part of the family! We are happy to take care of dogs of any age - puppy to adult to elderly animals. We can also take care of any special needs and administer medication. We both grew up with 3-4 dogs at home. Milo, our Yorkie Schnauzer mix, has been part of our family since 2020. We have had him since he was a puppy and take care of all training, medical, and grooming needs. He is our sweetheart and loves having other dogs around for company! We have also taken care of other people's pets, including special needs. The doggies play together at home and are allowed on furniture. We have had some dogs sleep in their own bed and some in our bed with us. We have a big, fully fenced backyard with a dog run! We also enjoy taking dogs for walks around our neighborhood. We will care for your dogs like they are our own and send frequent updates and photos :) I am stay at home mom and will be with dogs except for running errands. “Alyssa jumped in while Dane was out of town and made Lobster’s stay feel like a mini vacation. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. “Sherman was very happy and well taken care of while staying with Marla and BooBoo! He has medicines that he has to take and she gave them to him every morning. When is his medicines can be increased as needed for arthritis and she was able to see when Sherman was hurting and needed an increase in his medicine or a lower activity level… he’s an old boy ❤️. BooBoo was a great friend for Sherman to have an around during my extended vacation. Marlee kept me updated and sent pictures and Sherman just looked happy in all of them! She even gave him a bath before I picked him up!! And I broke my wrist while on vacation and she was more than willing to extend the stay by the extra day that I needed. I really appreciate Marla taking care of Sherman and I will definitely use her services again!!”

“Another great stay! We boarded our 2 male huskies with Jen for 2 weeks and they had a great time. We received daily updates and pictures which made our family at ease and able to enjoy our trip without having to worry about the dogs. Our pups were with her during the 4th of July and she made sure they felt safe and as comfortable as possible. She even took them out on walks which we didn’t expect her to do as our dogs like to pull on leash, so we were really glad they were able to go out and about. After a long 2 weeks we picked our dogs up happy and healthy. We would definitely want to board with Jen again in the future and highly recommend her for boarding as your dog will be cared for like family.”

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life! Growing up, I had dogs both big and small, as well as cats. Now I have a dog (June) and a cat (George) of my own. They are the loves of my life! I have experience with puppies and seniors, as well as administering medication to dogs and cats. I’ll treat your pet as if it were my own! I am currently in school, and it is self-paced, so my schedule is quite flexible! I can provide pet care basically any time, and adjust my school schedule accordingly. If I am caring for a pet in a client’s home, I will be sure they feel comfortable and safe with me.
