“We couldn’t be happier with the care Matt and Patty provided for our Golden Retriever during the 10 nights we were out of the country. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. We were able to visit their home beforehand, and they have a wonderful setup, including a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for him to play. Throughout our trip, Matt and Patty sent us frequent updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. They took him on daily walks around the neighborhood, gave him lots of attention, and it was very clear that he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. What really stood out to us was how they handled a day when he wasn’t feeling well and developed some stomach issues. Matt immediately contacted us, proactively made an appointment with the vet, and made sure we were comfortable with him taking our dog in to be seen. Afterward, Matt and Patty followed the vet’s recommendations closely and even cooked rice and beef for his meals for several days while his stomach recovered. They truly cared for him as if he were their own. When we returned, we came home to a very happy puppy, and we could tell he had been loved and well cared for the entire time. We are so excited to have found Matt and Patty. Finding people you can completely trust with your dog while you’re away is incredibly important, and we feel very fortunate to have found such reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring sitters. About: I’ve had pets since I was a kid. Dog, cats, a bunny, all types. I currently have one adorable cat named Callie. I love any animal! I can feed your fur baby, change litter box, play or give all the pets and love. I am very reliable and punctual as well. I am a nurse (of people haha) obviously very different but I am comfortable with meds if that is something that is necessary as well. I am willing to learn how they are administered. About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: As a child I grew up with two dogs and a cat. I am a true people person as well as an animal lover! I have taken care of family, friends, and neighbors pets while they are away. I have fostered dogs in the past and currently have two cats at home! I am currently working as a registered nurse so my schedule is very flexible throughout the week and weekends. About: I have cared for all varieties of domesticated animals since I was a young child. I am glad to watch all variety of pets. Can’t wait to meet yours! About: I have been dog sitting for friends on and off since I can remember and always grew up around animals. I love to stay active and move but also just sit and play and take care of dogs and cats. I always seem to know just the right spot to rub with all the cute adorable dogs which is all of them! “Denise went above and beyond caring for my pup! He’s getting older and recently had back surgery (IVDD), and she was incredibly thoughtful — even buying a stroller so he could still enjoy walks. She also laid out blankets all around her home to prevent him from slipping and falling. I’m so grateful for the love and attention she gave him and will definitely be booking with her again. “Pluto LOVED staying with Marie. She sent many photos and kept me updated on Plutos stay. He was cuddled up in most of the photos and had the best time playing with Marie and her husband. Pluto got so much love and lots of treats during his stay. Pluto will be back to see Marie again soon!!”
