“This was Gus's third "vacation" with Jeremy and Katie. We are very fortunate to have found them - the peace of mind we have knowing he is in good hands is priceless. :)”

“Sarah was extremely easy to work with and Jasper had a great time with her dog Jimmy and her family. Communication was excellent and Jasper loved his time at her home!”

“My pup Pickles stayed with Brody for a week while I was out of town. Brody has great demeanor and command with all the dogs he takes care of. Always seems to have multiple on site which was a bonus for me as it gave Pickles lots of social time with the others. Every dog that was there, when I was present, listened well and and seemed very happy. I had the chance to check out the set-up before booking and there's plenty of room to roam, play or relax - whether each dog wants to socialize or just hang out by themselves. Finally, his "dog cave" (think Man-Cave/She-shed) was perfect for the dogs to cool off and sleep in a climate controlled and peaceful environment - with each dog having their own crate to call home. Brody provided pics/videos of Pickles to ease my mind - knowing he was being well taken care of and happy in my absence.”

“Elizabeth provided excellent care for our dog Chloe for a week. We received regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. They took Chloe on walks and even brushed her out. We came home to a happy and healthy pup, and highly recommend the their services.”

I would absolutely recommend Kristin & Seth to watch your dog!”

“Hope and her family are animal lovers and it shows. They were flexible about drop off and pickup times and weren't offended when I asked for a meet and greet before leaving our dog.”

“You'll notice multiple reviews from me and this is why: I trust and appreciate Chanelle - and cannot recommend her enough. She takes care of your pet as her own. She supports you as their owner because she has been a pet owner herself. She is wonderful.”

“Bridget was exceptional! Callie was in great hands with her. She sent regular updates and pictures. She was also accommodating and so helpful when I had a hiccup with my travel and needed to extend Callie’s stay by an extra day. We’ll definitely book with her again.”

“Pisco had a wonderful time with Alexis. Long walks, regular attention, and a nice place to relax. We appreciated her regular stream of photos. Highly recommend Alexis. We'll use her again.”

“Teresa took excellent care of our dog, Simon. She was very responsive to communication from me. She sent photo updates to us during Simon’s stay. Both she and her husband, Chris, were very friendly and Simon had a wonderful time with them. They had a great supply of toys for him and he got a lot of exercise with them. I would definitely send Simon back there if we didn’t live out of state.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for Zoey. Leaving your dog at someone else’s home can be stressful, but from the moment I met Jackie and Sammy I felt completely comfortable — and that feeling only grew while I was away. They took incredible care of Zoey and treated her like she was their own. I received multiple pictures and updates every single day, and it was obvious she was completely in heaven — relaxed, happy, and getting so much love and attention. Seeing her so comfortable made it easy for me to enjoy our time away without worrying. It’s obvious they genuinely love what they do and truly care about the dogs they watch. I am so grateful for how well Zoey was treated and will absolutely be booking with them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely wonderful with dogs.”

“Jessica and John were wonderful. They welcomed my dog into their lovely home with such warmth. Communication was excellent, responsive, and easy, and their whole family treated him like one of their own. Highly recommend”

We asked her to watch Toby the morning of the day we were to fly out of town. She was able to accommodate the last minute request. Made it seem like it was no trouble at all. House was clean when we came back home. Toby seemed well fed and taken care of. His litterbox was scooped, etc. Would highly recommend if you’re in need of a sitter! :)”

“Liliana was amazing! She communicated with me weeks before her visit to take notes and confirmed everything again the week she came. She sent tons of pictures during her visit and it’s clear my furbaby was smitten with her! I will definitely book with her again!”

“Becky was amazing with my boyfriend's cat while we were out of town this past weekend. She checked in every day, left us a little message about how our cat was doing, and I know Kitty was so glad to have such a good buddy to keep her company!! We will definitely be using Becky to drop-in on our cat on our next trip away. Thanks so much Becky!!!”
“Kate really came through for us last minute. She was very thorough at introduction asking questions to make sure we were on the same page for the care of our pets. Her check-ins were detailed and included photos. We will book with Kate again ! Thank you so much Kate !”

About: I have had a multitude of animals since I was young, which has led to many years of experience. I currently have a pet cat and dog. I’m a very active person and love going out in nature for walks and requests for longer walks beyond the 30 minute allotment are definitely welcome! I would love to build a strong relationship with the pets and owners I interact with to help build my experience even more and make your pets comfortable with a familiar face. I have a dog of my own that I walk and I’m a stay at home mom, which allows my schedule to be relatively open. In my clients home I will make sure the pet’s needs are met 100%. This includes making sure they have plenty of water, food and have had an adequate potty break. I will also play with the pet as long as their owner is okay with that.

About: I’ve cared for many cats in my life. I’m the go-to sitter for two standoffish orange boys, and spent some time living in a mixed household where my Henry had to coexist with two other males. I’ve watched every episode of My Cat From Hell multiple times and read several cat behavior books. While my efforts have not always been successful (because, cats 🙄), I do have a strong grasp of body language, behavioral needs, mood, and temperament. I’ve given pills to a super mean scratchy boy, and am generally unfazed if a cat doesn’t immediately want to be my best friend. I get them. I respect them. And they tend to appreciate this about me. If you have a kitten or a juvenile, I might be open to boarding if you need it, but we’d have to do a meet & greet first to make sure Henry would be okay.
“We are so happy to have found Kumiko for our pet-sitting needs! She exceeded our expectations for prompt and friendly communications as well as thoughtful care for our fur babies. I can't recommend her highly enough!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and understand that pets are family. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, personalities, and energy levels. Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, giving lots of affection, sticking to feeding schedules, administering basic medications, or simply keeping pets company, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs and routine. I know how important it is to provide regular updates, photos, and communication so pet parents have peace of mind while they’re away. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they receive plenty of love, exercise, and individualized care. You can count on me to provide a clean, safe, and caring environment where your furry family member will be happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my routine as a part-time commitment alongside my full-time Monday through Friday job, providing pets with reliable, loving, and attentive care . “When caring for my pets at home,I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment with plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both their pets and home with the utmost respect. I carefully follow feeding, potty, walking, medication, and exercise schedules while providing companionship and regular updates with photos, so owners can feel confident their pets are receiving the same love and care they would at home.

“Great daycare service! Brody was very easy to communicate with and was able to fit us in due to a last minute cancellation by our usual rover sitter. “Alyssa was absolutely amazing with my pup, Biggie! She took care of him while my family and I went to the Biltmore and out to dinner, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. She sent so many pictures and videos throughout the time he was with her, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She was incredibly accommodating, and it was clear from the moment we picked him up that he had the best time! Biggie went straight to sleep when we got home, which tells me he was happy, loved, and well played with. Alyssa and her family treated Biggie like one of their own, and it truly meant so much to me. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and loving sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again whenever we visit!!”

About: As a remote Registered Nurse (RN), I bring a clinical eye to pet care. I notice subtle changes in behavior or health that others might miss. I’m comfortable administering medications in any form, from pills to inhalers, and my own pets are on daily medication routines so it’s second nature. My background in farming gave me hands-on experience with animal health and handling, and I’ve worked with my own dogs on training from puppyhood. I’m home all day, every day, so your dog gets constant attention and care, not just a place to play and sleep. I work from home Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of time in the mornings, evenings, and throughout the day. I have lots of time for walks, potty breaks, and playtime, and my job allows me to step away whenever your pup needs attention. I can work from my office or the couch, wherever your dog is most comfortable. On my days off I tend to stay close to home, and if I do need to run an errand I won’t be gone long and can always accommodate you and your dog’s needs. I share my home with three animals who are very well loved. Haddie is my 7 year old spayed terrier mix, about 22 pounds, and my two cats are Zuzu, a spayed senior, and June, who is 4 years old and also spayed. Each of them has their own dietary and medical needs, so I’m already in the routine of specialized diets and medications. Your dog will fit right into that level of care. Haddie goes out every two to four hours and we walk together every day. There’s also plenty of backyard playtime. The backyard is not currently fenced, but a fence is going up soon. In the meantime I have a post with a long leash line in the yard and keep Haddie on a harness. I am always outside with her when using the leash line and never leave her unattended, and will do the same for your dog. My home is clean, open, and pet friendly. The furniture and beds are fair game for your dog. I do have a dedicated cat room with a gate that only the cats can fit through, so they always have their own safe space. All of my houseplants are pet safe as well. I also live at the end of a dead end street near the cul de sac, so it’s a quiet area with only local traffic and no busy roads nearby.

About: I have hands-on experience working with dogs in multiple professional settings, including 2 year of shelter volunteering, 1 year as a behavioral kennel technician, 1 year of pet sitting and 10 months as a foster caregiver.I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments, including infant puppies, senior dogs needing mobility support, reactive dogs, and dogs recovering from illness or medical conditions. My approach is calm, patient, and enrichment-focused, with safety and positive handling as top priorities. If you have a dog you want round the clock specialty care for book with me, as I’m hand on and do rover full time! Pet sitting fits seamlessly into my schedule so your dog always receives dedicated, attentive care. I currently do rover full time , which gives me flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and enrichment visits. With me dogs are never left alone for long periods and can get all-day care and companionship. This is my full time job meaning this is a priority for me—not a side hobby. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and routine are always at the center of my schedule. Your dog will have so much fun with me! As I have access to a private dog park where they can get in tones of agility or just somewhere to have zoomies! We also have access to a nice scenic hiking trail. For some of are couch potato friends, we have a nice spacious apartment with pet approved couch to lay on and just enjoy a relaxing, quite place! As for my furry friends that ill be sitting for at there place, I like to give them plenty of play time in there space and yards. Along with nice long walks through the neighborhood! Attention to detail, and love is what I thrive for when taking care of your pet!

“Alice was wonderful! Quick to respond, punctual and my dogs are so happy. She was even able to handle my 150lb dog! I will certainly be booking her again and I can’t recommend her enough!”

About: I've had pets my whole life. I did 4 years of vocational training in veterinary medicine throughout high school, and I also pet sitted for neighborhood pets during that time. Afterwards, I went to college and got a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences, focusing on Behavior and Well-Being. I had many animal related jobs throughout that time and am fully ready to return to caring for cats and dogs. I'm currently working full time, so I am a bit busy. However, I am trying to get a part time job so I can have more time to dedicate to your beloved pets. I prefer to care for animals in their own home, so they can still feel a sense of safety and comfort if they are wary around strangers or don't care for new environments.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was old enough to do so! I have experience with dog sitting, dog walking, and play! I am good with animals of all ages and love meeting new pups and cats 😊 I'm a college student who is home from break and currently working part-time. I am available on weekends, Mondays, and Fridays to look after your pups! I am also free Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings 😊 I have grown up around dogs and cats so I am very familiar with any service you need me to do. Crates, cleaning, diapers, medications, I have seen it all!
About: I’ve always had dogs and cats growing up. All have been taken care of from 2 months and onwards! I find joy in connecting with animals and serving them - as they have served my life in beautiful ways by just expressing their unconditional love and gratitude with their movements and actions rather than words. It is an gift to be loved by these beautiful creatures daily. I am currently working independently and using this time to create and spend time with nature’s gifts. My schedule is very flexible - and I am willing to work with you! I make sure that they are walked, legs stretched, bowels taken care of, fed, played with and loved. Following the rules as listed by the parent. Mindful of the surrounding environment and respectful of what is needed of me.

About: I am new to sitting however, I have been taking care of my own babies since I was in college, 16 years ago. I have always made them my priority and provided a loving home. I am currently working part time. It is mostly evenings and weekends. I’m available most of the day for hanging out, walking, and feeding. I am typically with my babies all day outside of work. We love to go on walks, watch tv, talk, and nap. I would love to split those hours with your babies!
About: I cared for family dogs, cats & horses through childhood & my 20s. Here in Asheville, I've had two dogs (one at a time) for 13 years. I am attuned to safety & health first; then I focus on play/walking to provide fun & exercise for emotional, mental & physical stimulation. In addition to having food, water, shelter & a comfortable temperature, all pets need to feel safe, loved & respected. I am gentle, thorough, attentive, & caring, & I follow all instructions carefully. I have worked with puppies through senior dogs as well as my flighty, 52-lb. 6-yr-old reactive Pit Bull/Cane Corso rescue, whom I walk daily & hike with weekly. I've used the Behavior Adjustment & Doggy Dan training systems with this sweet companion, who had been abused & neglected before I adopted her at 14 months. I have done drop-in visits for friends for 10 yrs. & can give medications orally, in ears & as injections. Before a first service, I do a meet & greet to get to know you & your furry friend & learn about how your canine relates to people, other dogs, cats, squirrels & rabbits. Activiies include playing fetch, tug of war, food puzzles & your pup's favorites. I'm available for drop-ins and dog walking between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Also I'm free between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. I am a fulltime pet care giver. At this time, I do not stay overnight with pets in my home or my clients' homes. Instead, I do 30-minute drop-in visits and 30-minute walks in clients' neighborhoods.
This includes making sure they have plenty of water, food and have had an adequate potty break. I will also play with the pet as long as their owner is okay with that.
About: I have lived with animals my entire life, providing me with years of dedicated pet care experience. Our past family pets include dogs, cats, a rabbit, ferrets, rats, a bearded dragon, a snake, and various insects. I also ride horses, so have basic equine care experience such as mucking stalls, brushing, washing, and feeding. I have administered oral medication to all of our larger animal breeds. I currently own two senior animals, a bloodhound mix and a small kitty. I only work with potty-trained dogs if they are adults, but am completely sympathetic with cleaning up messes from puppies and seniors who can’t help it. Now that I am on summer vacation, i’m looking for more regular work with animals! As of now, I care for my own dog and cat diligently, providing daily enrichment and cosmetic care. I am a gentle person, and work best with animals that are not defiant or high-energy. I love to provide long brushing sessions, cuddles on the couch, playtime, and treats.
About: Providing excellent and attentive care for your pets is my top priority. I want to give you and your pet peace of mind while you’re away. Currently this is my second half time job, so I’m able to dedicate the rest of my time to your pet sitting needs. I also have a flexible schedule, so I can tailor to your needs. I spend as much time as possible with your pets, that way they feel comforted and at ease while you’re away. For dogs I am able to go on multiple walks a day and provide play time for them to get all their energy out. For cats, we can play as much as they want to. I also have experience taking cats outside on leashes.

About: Hi! I'm a dependable, caring animal lover who understands that pets are family. I grew up with a dog, so I know the importance of providing plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while keeping pets safe and comfortable. I've also provided drop-in visits for pets, making sure they were fed, had fresh water, received potty breaks, and got the care and companionship they needed while their owners were away. In addition, my aunt has two cats, so I'm comfortable around cats and understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and detail-oriented. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or someone to spend time with them while you're away, I'll follow your instructions carefully and treat them with the same care and respect I'd want for my own pet. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend visits. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable and well cared for while you're away. If you'd like updates or photos during my visits, I'm happy to provide them. Pet care fits well into my routine because I currently have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to be available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. I enjoy spending time with animals and appreciate the opportunity to help pet owners who need someone dependable to care for their pets while they're at work or away. I'm happy to work with each family's schedule and follow their pet's normal routine as closely as possible. When caring for pets in a client's home, I focus on keeping them comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they have fresh food and water, take dogs out for potty breaks or walks, provide playtime and attention, and clean up after them as needed. I also make sure the home is left just as I found it and carefully follow any instructions the owner provides. At this time, I plan to provide care primarily in my clients' homes. I believe many pets are happiest and most comfortable in their familiar environment, where they can stick to their usual routine and experience less stress while their owners are away.
“Kumiko was great with my new rescue adult dog who can be very fearful and cautious of new people especially when we are not around. Kumiko was very patient with Ossie and even played with her after her walks! Would definitely book again when we need help!”

About: All my life, I have been surrounded by animals. As a mental health counselor by trade, I know how important it is to have animals and the connection that they have with their human counterparts. Animals are a part of the family, and I believe that they should be treated as our own. I am a very responsible and loyal pet sitter and I promise to provide excellent care to your fur-babies, so that you can have a restful and relaxing time away. I work full time from 8-5 M-F, and sometimes later. However, I am free most evenings after 6 as well as weekends. I have some holidays available as well so please reach out if you want to have me look after your pets! I have one dog and one cat. I take my dog on 2 mile walks a day and she is very friendly! My cat is my dog's best friend. If I end up taking care of pets overnight, I can arrange care for my own! I try to go to the dog park at least twice a day!

About: I've grown up around big dogs my whole life and love all pets more than anything. I believe every pet should feel loved and happy with the humans they around no matter how old, or young, they may be. With a very open schedule, I am happy to commit however long or short needed for your special companion! I am looking to find many jobs throughout my last semester at UNCA. I plan to schedule my days around walks or sittings I may have booked since I only have a few classes. I miss being around my dogs at home so helping care for your pets brings me joy! I respect the client and pets' space- no questions asked. Never hesitate to give me lists and lists of expectations, or just tell me to have fun! Whatever you need done will be accomplished!

“Joseph and Andrea are wonderful-- it was so reassuring to be able to leave Eliza in their care. We could tell from the pictures we received that she was happy, well cared for, and comfortable. We will 100% book with Joseph and Andrea again!”

“We had a fantastic experience with Alyssa and her husband Brian! They are sweet, welcoming, and their property is stunning and perfect for pets. They took such great care of our dog Mona and sent us so many pictures and videos throughout her stay. She had so much fun she didn’t want to leave. We would not hesitate to book with them again.”

“Such a great experience with Miranda. She was so easy to work with and kept us informed how our doggie was doing, sending pictures and videos which we absolutely loved. We’ll definitely use her services again in the future.”

About: Hello! I‘m Rachel, by day I’m the Packaging Quality Specialist at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, but by morning and night I’m taking care of your pets! I have two dogs and two cats at home, and I have helped tend to the river otters, raptors, and amphibians at the WNC Nature Center, so if you have it as a pet, chances are I can tend to it. I feel comfortable administering medication, and am more than happy to prepare special meals for animals with specific diets. I go the extra mile for any animal in need, and will ensure that you are comfortable leaving your furry (or scaly) companion under my watch! I work Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, and I’m able to walk and feed your animal before work, and after I get off as they need! If you live within five miles of Sierra Nevada I can pop over in the middle of the day as well. I have a big fenced in backyard and two well behaved female pups and a female cat to keep your pup entertained while I’m at work. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and if they prefer to sleep in the bed, they’re welcome to fight for space with my zoo as well!
“We left our dog Molly with Kay and Zada after she didn’t get along with another dog on our trip. So the stay was very last minute and we were very anxious about the situation. Kay and Zada were both so sweet and accommodating that we felt a ton of relief leaving Molly with them. Our dog can be temperamental when first meeting a new dog and Zada rolled with her style! Kay was also very obviously comfortable with and knowledgeable about dog behavior and body language. We really appreciated how she worked to make sure we were all comfortable before we left. Kay let Molly play with some of Zada’s toys and offered to give her Zada’s food as well! Zada was very cool with Molly laying on her bed and playing with her toys - she is such a cool dog! When we picked our dog up, she was being very lovey with Zada and gave Kay lots of attention. This made it obvious that Kay took amazing care of our dog and that she and Zada became good buddies! We cannot recommend Kay and Zada enough, they are an amazing duo! Communication was great and Kay was so flexible with our schedule! We will be leaving our dog with them anytime we’re in the area!”
