Before my trip, they both took the time to come over, meet us, and learn the cats’ routine. The fact that they both came was such a nice touch, and it also gives you a built-in buddy system. If one of them can’t make a visit, the other can step in without missing a beat, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It took Kevin and Sophie a little time to warm up to them, but once they did, the pictures and videos started flowing in consistently with each visit. That made such a difference while I was away. I could actually see that they weren’t just being fed, their litter cleaned, and then left alone. Nazneen and her husband spent time interacting with them, giving them attention, and making sure they were comfortable and happy. About: I’ve been caring for pets on and off since high school. In the summer of 2023, I helped my neighbor walk two dogs regularly—an older Golden Retriever and a young Pomeranian. I’ve also walked a large Standard Poodle and have experience with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Some friends have trusted me with pet-sitting at my home; the longest stay was nine days, caring for a medium-sized Poodle and a small mixed breed dog. I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in a new environment. In the past, I also raised a rescued orange tabby cat from kittenhood. He was with us for many years and remains a very special part of my life. I currently work part-time on weekdays and have flexible availability after 5 PM. About: I have had pets my whole life. I have trained puppies, given medicine and my pets live long pampered lives. I have 2 dogs now! I am not working so my schedule is flexible. I can make visits many times throughout the day. Overnights are not a problem at all. I do watch my grandchildren periodically so must get along with kids. I have 2 dogs and a fenced in yard. I am also very diligent about safety and keeping pets contained. I understand the dangers of lost pets. I volunteer with Lost and Found sites and rescues.

About: I catsat Agamemnon when my aunt, uncle, and cousins were out of town for spring break. The responsibilities I had while I was catsitting were litterbox scooping, sweeping litter messes, playing with the cat and feeding the cat. It was kind of funny when Agamemnon was pouncing at the broom like it's a toy. Since then, I could say that the broom is one of Agamemnon's favorite toys. My personal life is such that I am available to work most days, some evenings and at weekends. I am saving up to be able to pay my college tuition and for my degree right now so being at work helps me to achieve my goals. I would also be available to work at short notice at times if you need cover for any Rover work colleagues that might go off sick. I am committed to the job and I will work as many hours as my personal life permits me to do so. I care for dogs in my home and/or my client's home by walking the dog twice a day, feeding the dog, playing with the dog, and cleaning up after the dog. I care for cats by feeding the cat, playing with the cat, and scooping up the cat's litter box. Whenever I catsit, I would have to do it at my client's home because my dad is too allergic to cats to catsit at my home. Whenever I pet-sit at school, I would have to do it at the client's home because of the pet restrictions they have at the university, and I don't know if any of my suitemates are allergic to dogs.

About: Animals have been an essential part of life and continue to be. I have raised dogs, cats, turtles, and various others. None have left without kisses, tail wags, and wet noses! Training puppies and administering medications have been an everyday experience with my own pup throughout her entire life. Couch snuggles and long walks have always been apart of my pet experience. The time booked goes to ten minutes of potty time (or longer upon request. You know your dogs best!) after, it can be all play time (with a water bowl check) or playtime before feeding! My dogs always were set to perform 'tricks' for their food, using it as a reward. If this is something you like to do or are doing with your pets, I'll do my best to keep up the same work, hopefully helping your training along the way. And yes, the turtle in the photos is Lord Myrtle. He is my home Security and chief Romaine Leaf inspector. Mostly working from home, willing to travel. Right now I have nothing for work other than working for myself and find myself wanting to work more with animals. I've been looking after animals since my days caring for farm animals. Now, I enjoy looking after those we call family for others when no one else can. When they are in my care, they are my family too. My home is very quiet, 4th floor apt over looking an active pool. Lots of sun in the morning and a porch garden with birds.

In my teens, I became an animal rights activist, marched on Washington for rights for animals, and then became a deputized animal cruelty investigator. In my twenties, I went to law school to improve animal laws and enforcement. I developed the animal law program at my law school, and created an animal fighting task force for LAPD. Since becoming a lawyer, I have continued to advocate for animals and spend as much time as I can in the company of all animals great and small. “Awesome stay! I had been invited to a wedding out of town and needed someone to watch my dog. I’d never left her with anyone and she’s 3, so who I’d trust is very slim. From the beginning Diana and Jesse were very responsive and kind. We did a short meet and greet and I felt content leaving Leilani behind on this trip. Throughout the trip I received photos and updates about how things were going. We just got home, settled in, I’ve been unpacking and Leilani has been asleep the whole time. She loved her stay and is completely worn out ☺️ I’d definitely recommend Diana and Jesse to anyone! They keep your dogs routine, treat them as you would and make leaving your dog behind way easier!”

“Hongbin was an incredible dog-sitter. Him and his partner were so nice and accommodating for both me and my dog. My dog quickly warmed up and felt like home and was playing and relaxing immediately, probably because of theyre loving and welcoming energy. She had a great time and was tired afterwards from all the fun she had. Hongbin asked all the right questions about my dog and I’s preferences and was extremely attentive to my dog. He sent me many photos and videos updating me on all her activities and showed me she was enjoying herself and comfortable. They treated her like their own family and walked her many times and provided her with a new toy she loved during her stay. They were very communicative and everything a dog-mom could ask for. I would definitely use their services again if I need them in the future. Highly recommend Hongbin!”
“Cathy took on our quirky, energetic boy with optimism and open arms. She patiently took notes on all his behavioral quirks and was happy to accommodate his need for longer walks. This was our first time boarding him, and he seemed to thrive at Cathy’s and enjoy tons of snuggles and pets. It was so nice to feel so at ease about him while we were traveling and we highly recommend Cathy!!”
