“We left out high energy boy Rocky with Dan and Kevin for a few days. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Rocky was a bit nervous on the first day, and Dan took extra care to make him feel comfortable and at home - until such time he was able to settle down. Because Rocky is high energy- Kevin would take him out for runs to burn out his excess energy. During the stay- we ran short on the food that we had provided. Dan was careful to order the specific brand and make so that our pup wouldn’t have issues. All through the stay, she sent regular pictures. Oh by the way, she does an AMAZING job with the pictures. We would highly recommend Dan for your next need for a Pet stay.”

After spending time with her, I knew everything would be fine. Although I was out of the country, Maria stayed in touch with me and sent pictures of my cat, a very human-centric feline. It was so comforting to know she was getting such excellent care and, equally important, such attention. I knew I didn't have to worry about my cat being lonely and deprived of attention while I was away. What I didn't expect was to find my house so well-cared for, too. It was immaculate, with everything clean, tidy and laid away - much better than it looks when I'm living here! About: I’ve been caring for pets on and off since high school. In the summer of 2023, I helped my neighbor walk two dogs regularly—an older Golden Retriever and a young Pomeranian. I’ve also walked a large Standard Poodle and have experience with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Some friends have trusted me with pet-sitting at my home; the longest stay was nine days, caring for a medium-sized Poodle and a small mixed breed dog. I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in a new environment. In the past, I also raised a rescued orange tabby cat from kittenhood. He was with us for many years and remains a very special part of my life. I currently work part-time on weekdays and have flexible availability after 5 PM. Right now, I offer dog walking or cat care—this includes feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention. I’m not offering boarding services at the moment, but I’m happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their space and routines. “Absolutely gem of a human. Not only did she take extremely good care of our shy little cat, we got a huge ceiling leak while on vacation and she went above and beyond. She cleaned it up, called our maintenance at night, waited well over her scheduled time to free dinner for them to arrive. Came extra visits to check on our leak and that our girl was still okay. Even brought a huge bin to catch the water since we didn't have anything that could keep up with the leak for her to use. Because of her; not only was our sweet girl taken great care of, but so was our apartment. She even took a last minute request when our flight was delayed by 8+hours to go check on our girl and our leak one more time. She's an amazingly hard worker, and so caring. We were so lucky to find her and she has earned a client for life!”

About: I have had pets my whole life. I have trained puppies, given medicine and my pets live long pampered lives. I have 2 dogs now! I am not working so my schedule is flexible. I can make visits many times throughout the day. Overnights are not a problem at all. I do watch my grandchildren periodically so must get along with kids. I have 2 dogs and a fenced in yard. I am also very diligent about safety and keeping pets contained. I understand the dangers of lost pets. I volunteer with Lost and Found sites and rescues.

The time booked goes to ten minutes of potty time (or longer upon request. You know your dogs best!) after, it can be all play time (with a water bowl check) or playtime before feeding! My dogs always were set to perform 'tricks' for their food, using it as a reward. And yes, the turtle in the photos is Lord Myrtle. He is my home Security and chief Romaine Leaf inspector. Mostly working from home, willing to travel. Right now I have nothing for work other than working for myself and find myself wanting to work more with animals. I've been looking after animals since my days caring for farm animals. Now, I enjoy looking after those we call family for others when no one else can. When they are in my care, they are my family too. My home is very quiet, 4th floor apt over looking an active pool. Lots of sun in the morning and a porch garden with birds.

About: Hi there! I have been caring for animals since I was a child. In my teens, I became an animal rights activist, marched on Washington for rights for animals, and then became a deputized animal cruelty investigator. In my twenties, I went to law school to improve animal laws and enforcement. I developed the animal law program at my law school, and created an animal fighting task force for LAPD. Since becoming a lawyer, I have continued to advocate for animals and spend as much time as I can in the company of all animals great and small. Having worked in both animal shelters and a vet office, I have extensive animal handling, fostering, rescue, and pet sitting experience. I am comfortable with all breeds, species, and ages, and am happy to work with animals with medical needs. I enjoy eco-travel (to see the world's fauna in their native habitats), and it is a challenge to stay abroad for extended periods with pets, so I am down to just one sweet 18 year-old kitty that I've had since she was a kitten. “Awesome stay! I had been invited to a wedding out of town and needed someone to watch my dog. I’d never left her with anyone and she’s 3, so who I’d trust is very slim. From the beginning Diana and Jesse were very responsive and kind. We did a short meet and greet and I felt content leaving Leilani behind on this trip. Throughout the trip I received photos and updates about how things were going. We just got home, settled in, I’ve been unpacking and Leilani has been asleep the whole time. She loved her stay and is completely worn out ☺️ I’d definitely recommend Diana and Jesse to anyone! They keep your dogs routine, treat them as you would and make leaving your dog behind way easier!”
