While my job does allow a flexible schedule, I do sometimes get caught up at client's homes past my anticipated time to address pressing needs or in the rare event of an emergency. It's part of the nature of social work, I suppose. Having said that, a time window allows me the flexibility to see your pup within a reasonable time frame, and still get our quality time in together! ~*MEET AND GREET*~ I schedule a ‘meet and greet’ with every new client as precedent to make sure that your pupper can become a little familiar with me before the stay begins. It also helps me to get an idea of what your pup's home environment and daily routine look like. If you chose dog walking services, I usually try to go on a short 'trial’ walk with you and your dog to make sure I can become familiar with your normal route, and to be able to observe how you walk your dog.

About: Growing up both my wife and I have always had pets in our homes. My family and I love animals. I grew up around cats and my wife grew up around dogs and between the two of us we have decades of experience. We currently have a dog and 3 cats living with us. We got our puppy when he was only 4 months old and I am comfortable with the demands of caring for such a young puppy and making sure their needs are met. We also believe in force free training of our pets and our puppy has been through professional training classes (both puppy manners and teenage manners) so we are comfortable providing our knowledge and expertise to your pet! Our cats are very aloof but we separate them when there are new pets in the home. Safety of our pets and yours is very important to us! Our cats have access to their food, water, and litter upstairs and away from new puppy friends so all the animals have a stress free time while your puppy stays with us. We are calm and patient people. We have both grown up with animals and understand that accidents happen. We provide frequent potty breaks during the day, encourage breaks in play time, and plenty of mental stimulation. We love taking your puppy for a walk or throwing a ball around to get out some energy. My wife works a hybrid workweek and we have a 16 year old who loves animals. Your pet will be deeply cared for. We love giving pets and snuggles and loving on your puppy. I have baby gates and a portable crate on hand (for large pups!). I have a fenced in yard and a friendly pup for yours to play with. Our puppy sleeps with us at night and is allowed on our couches but if that is not ok for your puppy we are comfortable following your rules, including crating at night.

About: - I’ve been employed at a veterinary hospital for a few years and I am trained to take care of all types of animals - Trained to administer medication of all kinds (injections, oral syringes, manually pilling, etc.) - Trained to evaluate new dogs to see if they are good to play in larger settings with 30+ dogs - Very patient with animals of all temperaments - All I want is for you and your pets to be happy and comfortable :) I work on a rotating bi weekly schedule, meaning some weeks I work 6/7 days and other weeks I am in 4/7 days. I don’t do anything outside of work so getting back to the animals/ taking breaks to see them throughout work is expected on my end and will not be an issue. I have a fenced in yard at my aunts house where I live with her and her Jack Russell Pug who is shy, but good with other dogs. I have an open yard at my parents home (Schwenksville PA) with lots of room to run and play under supervision. I also have a Staffordshire Terrier at my parents house who loves to run and play with other dogs while being supervised.
