They even took her on little adventures to get doggie ice cream and nice walks around the neighborhood, aside from plenty of outside time in their own fenced-in backyard! Gabriela was super great about texting updates and super cute pics of my girl! And they even got her to eat a good bit while I was away even though she usually tries to go on a hunger strike in my absence. Gabriela met us for like 15 mins at the local park before boarding and got to know my dog and garner some info from me, which I really appreciated and not a lot of boarders do that! About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, including a German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, and Pitbull mix, so I’m very comfortable with both large and high-energy breeds. I also have experiences with extended stay puppy sitting where I managed feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and creating a calm, structured environment. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I feel as though lots of people want dogs but don’t care to learn how to properly take care of them so, I go above and beyond to take care of the dogs I am able to take care of within my power. I would like to have a meet and greet before I take on any assignments. I am a TA for Oak Park 97 school district. I love animals; especially dogs. I have a degree in Zoology and seek a career working with animals. I usually am free after 3:30 pm Monday through Friday and have open availability most weekends. I try to respond to messages as soon as possible and will work to accommodate your pets needs as best as I can. I make sure that my client’s pet’s feel safe as possible when they’re with me. While walking, I won’t let the client’s dog interact with other people or dogs because you never know how dogs will react with strangers or other dogs. That is unless the owner gives me permission to do so. If feeding is required I will make sure that the dog gets the appropriate amount of food for their breed or per the owner’s instructions. If need be I will also play with the dog and make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise that they need.

About: Hi, I'm Erin! Before I entered the world of office work, I was walking dogs and pet sitting professionally for local businesses in Richmond, VA and Naperville, IL. I have 6 years of experience in pet care, including some experience at a groomer and daycare. I love all animals and have worked with and owned all kinds, from exotics, birds, cats, and dogs. About: I have been petsitting since i was 5 years old. My love for animals started when i first met my neighbors pomeranians who i dog sat very frequently growing up. I recently stopped taking care of them because they moved to florida,but i cared for them from puppyhood until they were senior pups! I also got a pup of my own when i was 9 and trained him by myself although it was hard because he was a stubborn guy! He loved going on adventures so i would act like id take the wrong turn on walks and he'd be so happy! So if your pup loves long walks i am most definitely okay with accommodating to your puppys walk length. If your puppy is sleepy and doesnt like long walks thats okay too! I am in school, but i am available after school and on weekends! I am always available after 3 to take a puppy outside for a long walk or a feeding I am always making sure the pet is happy and comfortable. I like to make sure that they come to me when they want pets so that they can get used to me. I am always paying attention to body language and how they are reacting

About: since age 10 I have learned to take care of pets starting with small to medium sizes before getting to take care of my families now 8 year old 40+ pound GSP Whinnie at 8 weeks old. I work part time through the year with my semester fall starting at the end of August. I am available for house sitting , check ins and walks throughout the week, working with your schedule and pet care needs. I have consistent transportation and as well as coming to your home, I can also pick up your dog from the boarders/groomers if a pickup is more convenient for you and your pet.
