If I bring your dog on adventures or errands, they will always stay right by my side and will never be left in a car, tied up, or in any other unsafe situation. And lastly, we take "gentle hands" and respecting animals VERY seriously in our household, so even our most fragile senior guests can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay.

About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. My husband and I both predominately work from home so there's always someone around to love on a furry friend or take a break to get outside for a walk. I predominately work from home and I love frequent walks with a pup. We live close to many Piedmont parks which is a great place to go and visit other dogs or just explore some new grounds. I have a fenced yard and loving older gentle children who adore pets. I can crate your dog if desired to sleep, but also have an 8 year old that would be very happy to snuggle if preferred. You can trust that we will care for your pups as if they are our very own family dog for the duration of their stay.

About: I'm a very responsible middle-aged woman who works from home and would be happy to care for your fur baby. Eventually I'll get a dog of my own! Our household consists of me and my partner, Rocky. We both grew up with pets, but currently don't have any. I work about 15-25 hours a week from home so I have plenty of time throughout the day for walks around the neighborhood and trips to the Alameda dog park. My partner and I are homebodies and enjoy spending time working on our house and gardening. I have a fenced in yard and several rooms of my house can be sectioned off to allow for large spaces to hang out, if the dog needs it's own space. I also have plenty of room to set up a crate. I do not have any pets. I would love to get a dog, but I travel to Vancouver 4 times a year to visit my mom in long term care and occasionally I have to travel for a week or more for work and I don't want to leave a pet for that long. I'm trained in insulin injections and skilled at applying ear drops, administering pills, and other basic daily medicinal needs. About: Ever since I was a kid, I've loved animals. Growing up, my family had both cats and dogs, and I always enjoyed getting to know their unique personalities. I spent time playing with them, caring for them, and even drawing them. In 2014, I adopted my first pet as an adult, Momo, a sweet cat with short legs and a big personality. In 2020, our family grew again with Oogi, a playful corgi. Through caring for them, I gained years of hands-on experience with feeding routines, exercise, enrichment, grooming, training, and veterinary care. About: I have experience walking two bigger dogs,and cat sitting. The two dogs were blonde Retriever mixs one is a boy and his name is Blue. He is 6 years old and is about 90lbs. The other dogs name is Anika. She is about 70 pounds and is about 3-4 years old. Furthermore, Ive watched an older long haired cat that needed more attention because he needed mesicine and had a strict feeding schedule. During the summer I am available 7 days a week. Hrs after summer will be posted closer to fall/ Early August. Hoping to make/ meet regular clients If im walking dogs I make sure the dog doesnt chase cats,squirrels, or any other small animals. I make sure they are well fed and hydrated after returning from the walk. If the owner instructs me to do anything otherwise I do that as well. For cat sitting/dog sitting, I will do all things needed to ensure the well being of the pet. (administer any needed medication, go on walks, clean up messes, keep pet entertained)
