About: I’ve always dabbled in pet sitting for the fun of traveling and meeting new breeds. Now that I’m semi - retired, I've discovered a new joy in providing care without the pressure of outside responsibilities. Having nowhere else to be means I can spend hours with your pets, letting them set the pace on our walks, and offering endless cuddles, allowing me to form trusted connections with every animal I watch. It is not that pet care fits into my life as much as pet care IS my life. It is breakfast, walk or read (depending on the species), groom, pet, games, naps, then dinner and repeat until bedtime. In follow the outline provided by the pet parent to work through the pet’s familiar daily routine. For dogs, I emphasize exercise and with cats, I emphasize stillness. For both, we find a compromise 😂

About: I have always grown up having pets of various kinds including dogs, fish, small frogs, and hermit crabs. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs because I believe they often get overlooked when they deserve a high quality of life, too. (Last year, my family lost our rescue dog of twelve years.) I have also had the experience of working with farm animals throughout the course of my life through participation in a junior farmer’s program, when I was younger, and then acting as a returning volunteer and frequent visitor ever since. I am particularly familiar with raising and caring for chickens. Any chance I get, you bet you can find me learning about, observing, or spending time with animals! I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish. I recently moved to Enumclaw, WA full time. In the upcoming year, I will be job searching for additional part-time work to start saving money while researching graduate school programs in the meantime. About: Hi! I’m Jen — a lifelong animal lover with over 4 years of hands-on experience working at an animal shelter, plus many additional months caring for dogs and other animals on a small farm property. If there’s one thing I truly understand, it’s dogs. Especially the shy, anxious, and misunderstood ones. They hold a very special place in my heart! There is no greater feeling than earning the trust of a dog who needs a little extra patience and understanding. At the shelter I worked with every type of dog imaginable, from easygoing family pups to dogs with more complex needs due to past trauma. I was trusted to walk and handle even the more anxious or sensitive dogs, helping them build confidence and learn to trust new people. I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and adjusting my approach so each dog feels safe, respected, and understood. One of the dogs I worked closely with, Donald, needed a trusted handler present while new volunteers learned how to walk him safely, and I helped train others so he could get the exercise and enrichment he deserved. I also helped start enrichment initiatives at the shelter, including treat puzzles, mental stimulation games, and a “dog play buddy” program to give the dogs additional socialization and activity. One of my most special experiences there was helping care for a mama dog who gave birth to a litter of 10 (10!) puppies. I helped care for and socialize those puppies as they grew until they were ready for their forever homes. I also have experience caring for senior animals and understand that older pets often need a little extra patience, gentleness, and attention to their comfort and routine. Beyond dogs, I also have experience caring for cats and bunnies. Over the past few months I’ve helped care for my landlady’s 1yo kitty, and I’m very comfortable providing drop-in care and pet sitting for cats and small animals as well. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting/boarding and I treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether a dog needs more activity and engagement or a calm, low-stress environment, I’m able to tailor my day to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I care for every pet based on who they are — not just a one-size-fits-all routine. I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and comfort cues so pets feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. In my home, dogs stay on a fully fenced 10-acre farm property where they can safely explore, play, and decompress. All outdoor time is supervised, and I’m intentional about creating a balanced environment — active play for dogs who love it, and plenty of quiet downtime for those who don’t. I have a friendly Mini Goldendoodle and a very mellow senior pup in the home, and I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully. I’m always prepared to separate or crate dogs if needed to keep everyone comfortable and safe. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to your routines and preferences so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. I keep things calm, consistent, and predictable, which is especially important for anxious or sensitive animals. About: Hello! My name is Abbie, I’ve lived with a dog since I was 6 years old and have many years of care for dogs, cats, bunnies and farm animals! About: About me: I am a Project Engineer for a construction company, we a have a little boy and a baby on the way, and we LOVE animals! We have two beautiful horses, three wonderful dogs, and two cats. Eventually I would like to rescue a few farm animals and foster dogs. One thing that breaks my heart is seeing animals in the shelter or up for slaughter. I think every animal deserves a second shot at life and I wish I could take them all on. However I have saved a few horses from slaughter and retrained them to give them a promising future! Basically I work hard to give my animals and future animals a wonderful life! In HS I was an active FFA member which gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge from just horses, dogs, and cats to dairy cattle, goats, poultry, rabbits, and swine. I also worked for a large animal veterinarian for 2 years as a vet assistant and gained even more knowledge on how to properly care for ALL animals. Ranging from exotics, livestock, equine, dogs, and cats. So your Fur baby is in GOOD hands! At this time I am only accepting clients for drop in visits or house sitting (I do not stay the night). As we just welcomed a newborn baby into our lives. However I am available at all hours to take care of your pet needs! I look forward to working with you! About: I've worked at an animal hospital. I've worked at animal rescues. I love pets all animals. They are what makes life worth living. I take care of animals as if they were my own children. I watch my own pets daily. If I were to watch your pet they would be well taken care of and make sure thier needs are met. For boarding at my home I have a huge space/room for your pet to stay. I have a fully fenced yard in back/front. Enough room for running around and playing. A separate room space indoor huge. Although our pets are friendly I would never have our pets around your dog while staying. They will be separated and taken out in the yard separately. For boarding at your home I would do anything your pet wanted run/walk/play/feed. I just have a baby so I can't stay the night. But I would visit morning and night. If I am able to book your pet I would make sure their needs are met and taken care of first and foremost. I would feed, play, and cuddle. In my home your pet would have a spacious environment. We have a big space for the pet to have their own room and privacy. We have a fully fenced yard for roaming and running. Your pet would be absolutely happy here. If I were to sit at your home I would make sure the pet is comfortable. I would obviously feed them to your preferences. I would take them in the back yard or walk. Overall I would make it feel like the owner never left as much as I could

About: Hi, my name is Hailey and I’m 28 years old. I am currently going to nursing school full time and I am trying to make some extra money on the side to support my family. My husband and I have had our one dog(Kota, female) for 6 years now and another dog(Ash, male) for 4 years. I also have 2 outdoor barn kitties and 8 chickens. I love to homestead, grow my own veggies and read in my spare time. We have had our dog Kota(English-setter, 11 years old) since she was a puppy and my husband and I decided to adopt Ash(boxer, 6 years old) when he was only 1 year old. He was labeled free and the previous owner could not take care of him, plus he was not trained. He had never experienced grass before so when we first got him his paws would bleed and I got the opportunity to help heal him and hone in to correct his bad behavior skills. I would dedicate 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night to train him for a year before he started to trust me and we developed a wonderful relationship like we have with our Kota. I love all of our animal immensely and I believe that animals are not some inanimate object you have but a true companion in your life that deserves to be treated like family. I would love to care for your pet and I can provide some training while doing so in a positive reward environment. About: I raised my chocolate lab. Potty, crate, and obedience trained. I have dog sat in my home town 4 dogs at once in a tiny home, that takes skill. I’ve taken care of all size of pups, and every age. At the moment I am laid off as a teacher so my days are free. I mostly am open on the weekdays, but some weekends I can make work ! I have a large fully fenced yard. Lots of room to walk or run depending on your dogs energy level. I have kennel availability and extra leashes for walks.
