About: I’ve taken care of neighbors dogs for over 15 years while they are out of town. Not every dog is the same or needs the same amount of care. ***I won’t accept a job unless we are able to do a meet and greet ahead of time.*** I work from home so my schedule is really flexible. I can make most requests work for your needs. Being patient with older dogs is not a problem! I won’t take care of a pet unless I do a meet and greet first and make sure we are a good fit and I understand what you want and how you take care of your dogs so I can do the same.

About: I have cared for a variety of animals while pet sitting in client homes and farms; my experience includes caring for up to 4 dogs at a time, 3 cats, turtles, and farm animals. I also care for kittens and young pups. I will treat your animals with love and care to ensure comfort and safety while their owners are away. I am available early mornings for feeding/walking/check-ins, most afternoons & evenings for care, as well as the weekends. I work during the week days until about 3:30/4. I work the public school calendar and have built in breaks and time off, including summers. About: I currently own 3 Golden Retrievers with my significant other. Over the years we have also had a Lab Golden mix and an Australian Shepherd. I volunteer for a nonprofit Retriever rescue and have fostered many dogs through the organization, and for the past 8 yrs I have served as a Medical Intake Manager for the rescue. I absolutely love dogs and treat all dogs like they were my own. Our home sits on 1.25 acres which includes about 1/4 acres of fenced woods with trails, our own private wooded dog park! We also have a medium sized fenced backyard with grass. Our 3 dogs are super dog friendly and love to play. We have a 2 & 6 yrs old spayed female Goldens and a 5 yr old neutered male Golden. We live in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with lots of private roads for dog walks. I have a very flexible work from home job and am always here to attend to your pups needs. The dog would get lots of attention throughout the day and be able to play and have lots of fun here! We have a fenced medium sized backyard, and our back woods are fenced as well which is accessible by a separate gate. I have XL wire crates on hand and can crate if needed. Super experienced dog owner from my previous fostering experiences.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, cats and rabbits! I’ve done German Shepherd Rescue, fostered with other rescues and have always had dogs in my house since as young as I can remember. As I get ready to transition to retirement, I want to give back to all those who helped me with my pups while I’ve traveled or worked. I know how important it is to ensure the pups have a break while away at work, but also with someone you can trust. While my schedule is limited now, in the next few months will be opening up more. Also understand how important it is to meet first and make sure you feel I’m a good fit as well. I’m retired, so my schedule is flexible. I’m available early mornings through early evenings. I wake at 5 am each morning, so can be available for early morning walks if needed. My pups are spoiled. They are treated as if they are my kids. I allow them on my furniture (dog covers to protect), if they choose, can sleep in bed with me. They typically choose to sleep on their own. When I’m away, my older pup has free roam, but my golden is still a pup, so he is crate trained. I never leave them more than 5 hours alone. Either I return home or have a friend come and let them out. Fully fenced yard. I don’t believe in dog parks and don’t believe in leaving dogs off leash on trails. After being a foster for rescues, learned there is a lot about a dogs behavior you just can’t predict. They are beautiful creatures and cannot impose our human expectations upon them.

About: Hi, my name is Hailey and I’m 28 years old. I am currently going to nursing school full time and I am trying to make some extra money on the side to support my family. My husband and I have had our one dog(Kota, female) for 6 years now and another dog(Ash, male) for 4 years. I also have 2 outdoor barn kitties and 8 chickens. I love to homestead, grow my own veggies and read in my spare time. We have had our dog Kota(English-setter, 11 years old) since she was a puppy and my husband and I decided to adopt Ash(boxer, 6 years old) when he was only 1 year old. He was labeled free and the previous owner could not take care of him, plus he was not trained. He had never experienced grass before so when we first got him his paws would bleed and I got the opportunity to help heal him and hone in to correct his bad behavior skills. I would dedicate 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night to train him for a year before he started to trust me and we developed a wonderful relationship like we have with our Kota. I love all of our animal immensely and I believe that animals are not some inanimate object you have but a true companion in your life that deserves to be treated like family. I would love to care for your pet and I can provide some training while doing so in a positive reward environment. I do not believe in animal abuse or keeping animals without having dedication in creating a relationship. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile, I look forward to working with you. I have school in the mornings during the week and I have study time after that. I can work with your pet most likely afternoons and weekends as long as I’m not busy that weekend. I am flexible, it just depends on the requested times. I believe in reward training and care. I have worked with my own dogs through kennel training and rewarding good behavior. Abuse is not a form of training in my mind, I believe any animal can be trained as long as you put the time and effort into them. Doing this creates a stable and loving relationship between you and that animal.
