About: I've been taking care of pets since I was 13 whether it was my own, friends or family. I love to house sit and spend time with animals, I can feed them, take them on walks, and have play time with them. Im currently getting my brother on/off the bus 8am and 4pm and I am looking for something I enjoy doing to fill in the time I have open and available. How I care for different pets depends on how you want me to take care of them and if there are certain things you do and don't want me to do.

About: I have been pet sitting for two dogs for the past 10 years. One is a 100-lb. yellow lab and the other is a 30-lb. Shiba Inu. I have watched both of them when they were sick as well. I play with them and stay for a while petting and cuddling them. I have had small to medium-sized dogs, kittens up to adult cats, fish, birds, rats, hampsters, and snakes. I currently have two bearded dragons and I frequently watch one dog and 2 guinea pigs. I live in a mother-in-law apartment connected to my daughter's home and we have a fenced back yard and miles of walking trails. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. My daughter has one dog who loves to be around other dogs. Since I have my own apartment connected to the house, any dog I board can mingle or not depending on his/her social needs. I am a nonsmoker and am available seven days a week. I am able to board up to 2 dogs. Thank you for your consideration! As I am semi-retired, pet care fits in anywhere needed into my daily and weekly schedule. The pets in my home are part of the family so their needs are always met. Since my kids are grown, I enjoy having pets around to keep me company. I am able to care for pets in my client's home or in my home. When caring for pets in my client's home, I let dogs out twice a day or walk twice a day, check water and food, clean up where needed, give medication if needed, groom if needed, and play for awhile so they have some human interaction. I am able to watch cats in my client's home but I can watch dogs in my home as well. I can watch reptiles in my client's home or in my home if client has a travel setup. For cats, I also clean out their litterbox. At my home, dogs are let out several times a day as I have fenced back yard. For dogs who need more exercise, I walk around the neighborhood. I can run for short distances with them and play fetch and tug-of-war in the backyard. I have 2 bearded dragons. For them, I make sure they have a salad daily and insects 2 to 3 times a week. My dragons go to the bathroom in the shower so they are put in the shower at least every other day. They get UVB light for half the day and I allow them to free roam in separate rooms the other half of the day. They also have a climbing wall up to the window so they can bask in the sun and they take turns riding in the car.

About: I've taken care of many of my friends pets, dogs and cats when they are away. I absolutely love doing it! Pets are part of the family! I am currently working part time doing instacart so I am on the road and can stop whenever I need to let them out or take them on a walk. I am also starting school this summer so I will be available after classes as well. I usually stay over at my friend's house whenever they are gone to watch their fur babies. So they feel comfortable and safe in there own space.

About: Since I could remember we always had animals part of are family from dogs all the way too horses. So I’ve come to love and care for all type of Animals from small to large, young to old. About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life, growing up with them and continuing to care for dogs for friends and others over the years. I’m also the proud owner of an 8-year-old Newfoundland/Collie mix, so I’m very comfortable with larger dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and plenty of affection. However, I also grew up with dachshunds and love the little ones just the same. One of my strengths is reading a dog’s personality and responding to what they need. I’m naturally affectionate with friendly, social dogs, but I’m equally comfortable giving shy or timid dogs the space and time they need to feel safe. I never want to force an interaction—I’d rather let a dog build trust at their own pace. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and stick closely to their normal routines. Communication is also very important to me. I know how reassuring it is to receive updates when someone else is caring for your pet, so owners can expect me to be responsive and keep them informed. For dogs staying with me, I have a fenced backyard and live in a very walkable neighborhood, making it easy to provide outdoor time, exercise, and walks throughout the day. My pup, Drogo, is very kind and loves other dogs and he's especially gentle with the little ones. He can be a little grumpy with puppies, so that is a case-by-case basis (and I would encourage a meet and greet beforehand). Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. Whether your dog wants walks and playtime, lots of pets, or simply a calm person nearby, I’m happy to meet them where they are and make them feel comfortable. I have a very open and flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time to make pet care a natural part of my day rather than something I have to squeeze in around other commitments. Your dogs will be my priority. My flexibility also allows me to be responsive to owners and accommodate changes when possible. I want both you and your dog to feel like they’re getting plenty of attention—not like they’re just another appointment on my calendar. Safety, trust, and making your dog feel comfortable are always my priorities. I know every dog has their own personality, routine, boundaries, and quirks, so I’ll take the time to learn what works best for yours rather than assuming every dog needs the same kind of care. For dogs staying in my home, I have a securely fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and live in a very walkable neighborhood for regular walks and exercise. My dog, Drogo, is friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, but I think introductions are important. I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so everyone can get comfortable and we can make sure our dogs are a good fit—especially with puppies or dogs who may need a little more time to adjust. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of both your space and your dog’s established routine. I’ll follow your instructions closely regarding meals, walks, medications or special care instructions, doors and gates, and anything else that helps keep your pet safe and comfortable. I also pay close attention to a dog’s body language. Some dogs want to be best friends immediately, while others need patience and space before they feel comfortable with someone new. I’m happy to let them set the pace. And of course, communication is a big priority for me. I’ll be responsive and keep you updated so you can relax knowing your dog is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention while they’re in my care.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience raising my own golden retriever, who is now seven months old. I’ve personally taught her everything she knows—from basic commands to leash manners and good social skills—and she’s already a very well-behaved dog. This experience has given me a lot of patience and understanding of the consistency puppies need to thrive. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors, and always pay close attention to each pet’s unique routines and personalities. I have experience in veterinary medicine, pet retail as a nutrition specialist, and as a dog trainer specializing in reactivity and behavior modification. I work on the weekends at a pet vaccine clinic, but I am home during the week and my husband is home on the weekends.
