“We feel so relaxed leaving Gus with Nikkole, knowing he will have tons of fun and tons of snuggles. It’s so convenient that she does drop off and pick up as well.”

“Simply THE BEST! She was amazing and completely saved us by taking our Ellie girl on super late notice for a 10-day stay. Communication was flawless —we received great updates daily, and she was incredibly flexible with drop-off/pick-up times. Her and her family were sweet, genuine, and provided exceptional care. The peace of mind she gave us was invaluable! Highly recommended and we will definitely be rebooking!”

“Amazing is all I can say!! She had great communication and Finney loved his time with her ( not sure he wanted to come home 😂😂). We will definitely be rebooking her in the future”

“Leslie was fantastic with our senior dog. We were very worried leaving here since she has a lot of separation anxiety. Leslie was able to provide love, attention and affection to such a degree that our old girl did very well and all of our fears were for nothing. She even had a birthday party for our girl while we were away. I think my dog will want ongoing visitation visits going forward. Leslie, we will definitely come back to you on our next trip! Thanks so much for the level of care you gave our baby. 😊”

“Ingrid was great with Zoey! We really appreciate all the updates and videos. She was easy to work with, very flexible and accommodating. Will definitely use her again!”

“Another stellar stay with Dana. She always seems to find a way to fit us into her busy schedule. We totally appreciate it. Maggie and Brutus, again, seems to have a fabulous time with her and the other dog guests. Came home and bithbwer asleep quickly on our couch. Chalking that up to a lot of playtime in Dana's care. 100% recommend Dana!”

“I'm grateful that Linda answered my last-minute request for two drop-in visits. She kept me informed with multiple texts, sent nice pictures, and said she'd love caring for my two little dogs again. Highly recommended.”

“Kathie was amazing and super responsive! My pup was well cared for and seemed to love being at her place as evidenced by the fun pics Kathie sent during her stay. Kathie's house was ideal for a dog that is used to having access to a doggie door. I am so thankful for Kathie and her family!”

“Katrina and her family were great with dog, Louie. We were in Thailand for two weeks but the pictures and updates that Katrina would send helped us to miss him just a little bit less. They took great care of him and we are already planning our next trip :)”

“McKenzie was so great! She cared for our dog so well. Our dog has anxiety and is very timid in new situations and she made him feel right at home. She sends updates and photos every day. Definitely will recommend her and have her dog sit for us again!”

“Keri & Kerry provided a home away from home for our dog, Aithusa. Communication was excellent and the pictures they sent gave us a sense of ease, seeing him happy while we were away.”

“Kristine was amazing!!! This is our third time using Rover, first time using Kristine. She was by far the best person we have used on this app! She had great communication and daily pictures. We had to book last minute for a family emergency and she was super understanding and easy to work with! Unlike one of the other people we have used on here, she actually operates out of her home so you don’t need to worry about your dog being in a kennel all day! He got plenty of playtime and love from what it looks like and he was super happy and tired when we picked him up! We will 100% use Kristine again!!”

“Katie and Mike, you are the best hosts for our pup! Thank you for putting up with his crazy behavior and teenager ways and loving him anyway! We are so blessed to have you guys!”

“Anna is absolutely amazing with Zeus. From the moment we met her, we knew he was in the best hands. She treats him like family, giving him so much love, attention, and care. Zeus always comes home happy, well cared for, and relaxed, which says everything about the environment she creates. Her communication is great, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable and safe. Anna is the one and only babysitter we will ever use for Zeus. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

“I had such a great experience with Mariko! She was absolutely amazing with Hazy and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I got regular picture updates, which really put my mind at ease, and I could tell Hazy was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. It honestly felt like Hazy was on a little vacation of her own. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and loving with their pet. I’ll definitely be using her again!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our high-drive dog than Esther! From the start, she understood that Mia isn’t just looking for cuddles — she needs structure, engagement, and plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Esther immediately put us at ease with her confidence and clear experience handling energetic, driven dogs. While we were away, the regular updates and photos showed a happy, focused dog who was clearly thriving under her care. It was such a relief knowing she wasn’t just being watched, but truly worked and engaged in a way that suits her personality.”

About: Hello! My name is Nova, I am a life long pet lover and pet care advocate. I have experience with small dogs, nervous dogs, large dogs and reactive dogs. I also have experience with a wide variety of cat personalities. I would love to come hang out with your pet and provide them with fun and enriching experiences! I am a college student on summer break so I have a lot of free time to care for your pet! I am available almost every day! I am available for dog walking, drop ins, and occasional sitting! I am very hands on with pets and have experience with a wide variety! “Taylor is a wonderful and dedicated sitter. She kept us informed each day on how our two kitties, Bella and Rudy, we doing. Sent us photos and videos which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Taylor.”

About: My family got our first cat in 2011 and I have been a cat enthusiast ever since! I’ve taken care of up to 5 grown cats at a time and have experience with litters of kittens! My favorite part about cat sitting is seeing how long it takes for the cat to lay on my chest and seeing what they get up to at 3am.
“Leslie is great! She checks in on my cat when I am out of town. Making sure she gets her meds, food, and a clean litter box. I definitely recommend her to look after your pets!”

“Amber took great care of our kittens, providing regular updates with pictures. She even stayed extra time to ensure they got a chance to play. Highly recommend booking with Amber!”

“Andrhu is awesome. I work long hours and my cat has never been a solo pet before now, I realized she was stressed out while I’m away for work. I found Andrhu and he’s been amazing for her. She isn’t desperately meowing when I come home anymore - and he makes sure she’s fed and sends me picture updates every time he sees her. I can’t tell you how awesome it is to come home to a calm pet instead of a desperate & stressed out pet. So thankful for Andrhu. He’s super responsive and flexible, always communicating with me about when he’s going over. It means a lot in a time when I need extra help and my fur baby does too.”
“Susan did a great job taking care of our kitty when we were away. It was our first time leaving him for more than a weekend and she put us at ease and we felt good knowing he was in good hands. She was punctual, reliable, followed instructions, and very sweet with our boy. I would definitely recommend her to others!”

“Chelsea is amazing and took wonderful care of my two kitties. They are very different cats with unique needs and she was very patient and loving towards them, as well as detail oriented. I can’t emphasize how much I appreciate her approach and care with my cats.”

“Abbie was so wonderful! This was the longest I’ve ever left my cat, but she did such a great job of updating me throughout the stay. You can tell she really cares about the animals and that gave me lots of peace of mind.”

“Keegan did an exceptional job taking care of our elderly cats while we were away for 10 days. We had her stay at our house so that she could feed them prescription foods and keep them both safe as they don’t get along too well. She sent us pictures regularly and provided updates so we could relax. We will definitely hire her again!”

“My dog had a small incident where he attempted to run away and odalys and her husband handled it so well even got injured making sure he didn’t run away I truly can’t thank both of these two for how they handled the situation and how professional they are and will definitely recommend them to people”

About: I have been working with/training dogs & training horses for over 20 years now. Working with animals is always something that has come natural to me & I can't imagine doing anything else. I currently have the most amazing 2 year old Belgium Malinois/GSD. (River) She has taught me so much about life this last year. She's made me a better trainer & continues to push & challenge me to learn more each day. I also have a 1 year old male Cane Corso (Mountain). I've known him since birth & River has been helping me raise him since he was 9 weeks old. He's been the perfect addition to our pack. I started training dogs when I was 13 & I realized I had a natural gift for it. My neighbors growing up would ask me to watch their dog or walk their dogs & I even trained a few of my neighbors dogs. Which is the first time I began to realize this was something I was not only good at but that I LOVED to do. I spent years studying & learning about how dogs learn, behave & interact with each other. I wanted to understand them more. (Their pack instincts & such) All of this research has helped me understand how to teach many different kinds of dogs in all kinds of areas. Training dogs is what I do for a living right now & i work with my own dogs every day and keep them well trained, behaved and ready for any dog friends to come visit. I'm available pretty much 7 days a week. (Give or take) Caring for pets is just something I've always done & I can't imagine myself doing anything else. I have a HUGE fully fenced in back yard. I have an 12 year old amazing boxer/lab who helped train & teach my Malinois how to be a good canine citizen & now they are both continuing to teach my Corso how to be a canine gentleman. So now I have some amazing dogs who do a really good job of welcoming any dog into their home and making them feel right at home.

“Leslie was great with our pup. With this being our first time using Rover I was a bit nervous leaving our guy with someone. But Leslie allowed us to do a meet and greet with my pup and her and her dogs, and they hit it off great. It was comforting to know that he’d be treated with the same level of care as when he’s home. When the day finally came to leave him, my pup was nervous being left behind and I was nervous leaving him, but that anxiety was eased by regular updates with texts, a picture and a video. She really was amazing and her husband was pretty awesome too with supporting her. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again! Thank you Leslie for being so awesome with your care of my fur baby:)”

About: I have had all sorts of pets from chinchillas to parakeets to dogs and cats. I have experience taking care of neighbors pets as well as my own. I am available most mornings and evenings throughout the week. I can provide both pet walking service and overnight at your home. I am flexible and will do my best to fit your schedule. I take my dog for a couple walks every day. We crate when not at home. We mostly free feed and our dog is fully housebroken. I understand many pet parents have their own pet care system and I will follow that system.
About: Hi! I’m Jen — a lifelong animal lover with over 4 years of hands-on experience working at an animal shelter, plus many additional months caring for dogs and other animals on a small farm property. If there’s one thing I truly understand, it’s dogs. Especially the shy, anxious, and misunderstood ones. They hold a very special place in my heart! There is no greater feeling than earning the trust of a dog who needs a little extra patience and understanding. At the shelter I worked with every type of dog imaginable, from easygoing family pups to dogs with more complex needs due to past trauma. I was trusted to walk and handle even the more anxious or sensitive dogs, helping them build confidence and learn to trust new people. I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and adjusting my approach so each dog feels safe, respected, and understood. One of the dogs I worked closely with, Donald, needed a trusted handler present while new volunteers learned how to walk him safely, and I helped train others so he could get the exercise and enrichment he deserved. I also helped start enrichment initiatives at the shelter, including treat puzzles, mental stimulation games, and a “dog play buddy” program to give the dogs additional socialization and activity. One of my most special experiences there was helping care for a mama dog who gave birth to a litter of 10 (10!) puppies. I helped care for and socialize those puppies as they grew until they were ready for their forever homes. I also have experience caring for senior animals and understand that older pets often need a little extra patience, gentleness, and attention to their comfort and routine. Beyond dogs, I also have experience caring for cats and bunnies. Over the past few months I’ve helped care for my landlady’s 1yo kitty, and I’m very comfortable providing drop-in care and pet sitting for cats and small animals as well. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting/boarding and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, comfort level, and body language so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is simple: every animal I care for should feel safe, so very loved, and understood. Pet care is my primary focus, so my daily routine is built around providing consistent, hands-on care. I structure my day to include regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, exercise, enrichment, and downtime, depending on each pet’s needs. I’m home for the majority of the day, which allows me to provide a high level of supervision and attention. Pets are rarely left alone for extended periods, and I’m able to adjust my schedule to support different energy levels, routines, and personalities. Whether a dog needs more activity and engagement or a calm, low-stress environment, I’m able to tailor my day to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I care for every pet based on who they are — not just a one-size-fits-all routine. I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and comfort cues so pets feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. In my home, dogs stay on a fully fenced 10-acre farm property where they can safely explore, play, and decompress. All outdoor time is supervised, and I’m intentional about creating a balanced environment — active play for dogs who love it, and plenty of quiet downtime for those who don’t. I have a friendly Mini Goldendoodle and a very mellow senior pup in the home, and I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully. I’m always prepared to separate or crate dogs if needed to keep everyone comfortable and safe. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to your routines and preferences so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. I keep things calm, consistent, and predictable, which is especially important for anxious or sensitive animals. I’m very comfortable with a wide range of personalities, including dogs who need a little extra patience or structure, and I pride myself on creating an environment where pets can relax and just be themselves.
“Andrhu is such a wonderful walker for our family, our girls really see him as a friend and playmate. He is so caring and really keeps our girls happiness and safety in the forefront if each visit. We feel such comfort knowing they are safe with him and that they have a great time playing, exploring and getting the daily stimulation we can't always provide when we are working”

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, and am familiar with many other kinds of animals. I have sat for non-family/friends and well as them included many times before! I have managed taking care of 5+ pets at once, given proper meds, care, playtime, etc. This experience ranges from kittens/puppies just a few days old, to older aged animals. I work “full time” but I work around 30 hours and I have a lot of split shifts so time before or after to check-in with the pets. This looks like morning feed, going outside, if any meds or vitamins need to be taken or same with after depending on the time of day needed. Depending on circumstances of boundaries and rules of each pet, I easily find a solution and adapt if needed. I will watch your dog/cat outside or on a leash front or back of yard. If there are off-limit areas inside our outside those will be closed doors or if there’s a gate it will be put up per clients request. If there needs to be check-ins with owner that be applicable, I am attentive to my phone, when and if necessary.

She sent pictures and route of thier walk and communicated when needing to adjust the time of one of his walks. Aithusa was happy when I returned home from work. I think thier walks helped him not miss his mom, who's away.”

She is a family dog who is always with us and rarely ever needs to be crated.

“We feel so relaxed leaving Gus with Nikkole, knowing he will have tons of fun and tons of snuggles. It’s so convenient that she does drop off and pick up as well.”

“I'm grateful that Linda answered my last-minute request for two drop-in visits. She kept me informed with multiple texts, sent nice pictures, and said she'd love caring for my two little dogs again. Highly recommended.”

“Jessi was amazing! She was very understanding and flexible when I messed up the drop off time and sent daily updates! I would definitely recommend using her for your fur babies! Finn came back so happy and tired from all the playing!”

“Kristin and her family as always are amazing! She does a phenomenal giving our dog Weatherly a home away from home. The whole family chips in to provide the love, care, and attention to our dog. We've already rebooked her for our next vacation.”

“My dog seemed to be very happy to spend time with Roger and his family, specially his mother was a stellar in taking care of my dog for 3 days, and I think my dog really love to be around with his little friend, Amazing communication with lots of updates. I will definitely be having Roger sit for me again in the future!”

“Harlie took such great care of my Belgian Malinois Sasha. I appreciate her for playing with her and giving all the attention she deserves. Sasha has had so much fun and I can tell she loves her too!”

“It’s nice knowing that my dog will be treated with love when we are away. She is tired from playing with the other dogs, but I can tell that she is very happy. Thank you!”

“This was my first time leaving my dog, and I’m so grateful to Janessa. She responded to all my questions quickly and kept me updated with photos and messages, which really reassured me that my dog was doing well. I would definitely love to book with her again in the future!”
