“Steve is one of the few people that can get my stubborn dog to walk further than just down the street. He has been very professional and detailed since I’ve been using his services. I would highly recommend using Steve if you’re looking for someone to look after your pet.”

“Yukira was great! She came in and took care of my pup with no issues. I was grateful she checked for accidents as my pup sometimes has them when I'm gone, but he did well. It was nice that she checked. I appreciate her flexibility and quick responses. I'd definitely recommend her.”

About: I have experience watching many different pups of all sizes. I have a gentle and loving approach to all of your furry friends. Can’t wait to connect :) I work flexible freelance hours so adding your animal to that schedule will be easy. With enough notice any day should work for me to be there for you. To ensure the safety of your pet I’m careful to bring a blend of my own love for pets while closely maintaining your furry friends normal day to day. My goal is to be a helpful addition, not to change their routine.

“Lindsey was so sweet with all three of my animals (2 cats and an epileptic dog). She provided consistent care and loved them like they were her own! She also let me know ahead of time that her schedule was changing — which provided me enough time to find someone new. But we’re definitely gonna miss her!!”

About: My dog, Jughead, is a 14 year old, 75lb Mountain Cur. He was raised from puppyhood by myself and my family, then independently by me starting 6 years ago. He is a senior dog with arthritis in his hips, and takes medication every morning and evening for his pain. I have experience and am comfortable giving dogs pills. I am available early in the morning and late at night for dogs on specific potty/walk schedules. Taking care of multiple dogs at a time is not a problem. I care about dogs and I want what’s best for them. I know how much a dog needs structure and how not being cared for on a schedule they understand can cause distress. My main goal for this job is to care for dogs that need it, whenever they need it. For this reason, I’ll do whatever I can to make your dog comfortable and keep them happy. I work from home with minimal meetings/scheduled activities, so I can pop in to take care of your pets pretty much any time! If your dog needs to be let out at lunchtime, or takes her meds at 11 pm, that's no problem for me. As a senior dog owner, I am very cognizant of how much energy dogs have, and what kind of mischief they can get up to if they don't get enough exercise. Your dogs will love taking long, exploring walks around the neighborhood with me.

“Ross was fantastic! He is so calm and chill and really supported our a high energy, anxious and sometimes reactive dog. Bosco responded really well to him and it has helped so much to have someone to get al his energy out when we are not able to. Would 100% recommend him and will utilize in the future.”

“Karissa has the magic touch with our senior dog. She takes the time to earn his trust and read his signals, which is tricky sometimes with his mobility issues. I always know she will get the job done!”

“Shaun has been awesome! She plays with my dog and makes sure she gets her energy out while I am at work. She has been working with my dog on her training and manners and it shows. She always sends great updates and cute pics! I can tell she treats my dog likes she is one of her own.”

About: I have experience pet sitting with cats, dogs, rabbits, and exotic fish. The highest number of pets I have cared for in one sitting is seven, 4 cats, 1 rabbit, and two exotic fish. Right now I cannot have pets of my own, so I am living vicariously through others and giving their pets all my love and affection. I am currently a graduate student (Veterinary Social Work) who does not currently have the time for a full-time job, but it's in need of money. I have time on the weekends and I can watch pets after classes or in the evenings while doing homework. I will be especially free during the summer and holidays. I will not be able to care for animals in my own home since I have members of my family that are allergic to both cats and dogs. In someone else's home, I make sure I know where everything is located and what to do in case of emergencies. I will also make sure that the environment is safe everyday and that I won't leave it anything that can cause harm to the animals.
