About: Hi, I’m Zimi! 🐶 I’ve been caring for pets for around 20 years, including running my own dog walking and pet sitting business and studying animal care in college. Along the way, I’ve had the joy of working with all kinds of pets, from playful puppies to older dogs, and even travelling across Europe helping large groups of rescue dogs. This gave me lots of experience reading dog body language, understanding different temperaments, and making sure every dog feels safe and happy. I have experience with training and mental stimulation with fun games! I also have my own rescue dog who is reactive, which has taught me a lot about patience, calm handling, and understanding anxious or shy dogs. Because of this, I’m especially good with dogs who need a little extra reassurance and care. Right now, I don’t host dogs at my home, but I love walking, visiting, and spending time with pets in their own environment, giving them plenty of love, attention, and fun while you’re away. I’m patient, attentive, and great at following routines. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or shy and slow-paced, I adjust my approach to suit their personality and needs. I’m especially comfortable with dogs who need a calm presence, extra reassurance, or gentle handling. I’m currently working part time with an incredibly flexible schedule, so please feel free to ask about any timings that you might need and we can go from there. I take the safety and wellbeing of every pet very seriously. Every walk, visit, and in-home stay is carefully planned to ensure your dog or cat feels secure, happy, and comfortable! I own two dogs and one cat myself so know how to care for animals. My pets go on daily walks and are fed and entertained. I have been caring for clients, friends and family's pets for over seven years now, this includes: dogs, cats, small furies and reptiles. Having historically worked in a animal rescue, I'm pretty certain I've seen it all, from caring and raising new-born pups to providing palliative care for special seniors, administering medications and dealing with reactivity. At the moment, I work part time for a charity and fill the rest of my time doing what I love, which includes a lot of dog related activities. I travel the UK to raise awareness of the vulnerable native dogs breeds in the UK and compete at Crufts annually both to show and take part in Discover Dogs, in addition to other kennel club schemes. I have often had dogs come to stay and they always thoroughly enjoy a trip to our family farm where they can run through acres of grass and woodland or take a paddle in the lake. I am completely flexible and happy to work around you and your pet's needs by adjusting my schedule to fit your pet's routine. My house is a calm environment, I like to tire dogs out on walks and with stimulation in the home to that they are happy and satisfied to minimise stress. I have fenced garden and offer supervised outdoor playtime or sunbathing (weather/heat permitting). We have set meal times and my dogs are fantastic at calming any nervous individuals with their happy-go-lucky attitudes and love having other dogs come to stay and walk with. In any emergency our vets is just down the road.

During day care dogs are offered a walk (weather dependent e.g heat wave) as well as food and lots of cuddles and play time.

About: I have had cats for 19 years. Currently have 1 cat of 2 years old. My other cats reached 18. I love cats. They are so affectionate and great company. I work Monday-Thursday in an office but I am available on Fridays (I work from home) but that’s not a problem to do drop-ins. I can also do these at any time Saturday and Sundays I give cats lots of love and affection, stroking their fur and rubbing their bellies, feeding them, ensuring they have fresh water, toys to play with, ensuring they are safe, happy and secure

About: I have grown up with dogs since I was six years old. For as long as I can remember I have loved dogs as they bring me such joy and happiness to be around! Me and my family have three miniature dachshunds, who we love very much. They are all such characters, are so super cuddly and bring us all so much joy. I know how much our pets mean to us and how they become a vital part of the family, and I would love to help out by looking after your loved ones. I love taking doggies on walks, playing with them in the garden or at home, keeping them company and giving them lots of cuddles too! I have housetrained all our dogs so I’m happy to help out with puppy training too! I have a spacious grass fenced garden with three miniature dachshunds that love to play in the garden. Our house has two entries so it’s possible to keep your pet separate from my dogs if this is something they would prefer. About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals over the years from senior dogs to the eight cats I owned in Spain. I had fish, birds, turtles and more dogs growing up. I rode horses as a teenager too. I have most evenings available, some time at weekends and anyone in Peasmarsh & Rye I could fit in a visit or two midweek after 5pm. I have experience in everything from puppies and kittens through to ageing, old and sometimes infirm dogs and cats. I have experience in administering medication and cleaning up after the inevitable accidents when they happen. I am confident in caring for dogs of all sizes, from terriers through to Dobermans. I currently look after two large Dobermans which require extensive walks so it is important to be very fit and active which is something that I am. I have even looked after a small-holding for one family when they went away - this included chickens, ducks and sheep - and of course their beloved family dogs! I also have animal first-aid training.
