About: Hi there, I am Lisa. My wife and I work from home and we would love to have your lovely dog come stay with us! We currently have a gorgeous 2y old black miniature poodle boy (neutered) who is very friendly and easy-going. I also had another dog previously from puppy to 15 y old, so I am an experienced owner and comfortable with all sizes, breeds and personalities! We know how important it is to find someone local you can trust - we hope we can be those people for you and will care for your pet as if they are our own, with plenty of walks, playtime, cuddles and regular photo updates. Happy to meet before and see how we get on! With our dog we do a big walk in the morning and late-afternoon/evening at one of our dogs many favourite spots - the park, forest or seaside. Our poodle loves the water so a swim is definitely on the cards for a hot day! Then they can cuddle up while we both work at home usually. We break the day up with games in the garden, like fetch, tug or find-it, and are always available for cuddles. We're happy to adapt to your dogs energy and requirements. We have a decent sized bungalow with a big garden and secure fence. Your dog can make themselves comfortable wherever they fancy and we will always keep an eye on them while they are settling in.
“Georgie was happy to be left with Stephanie and still happy when I collected him. He enjoyed his day with a nice walk and cuddles. He will stay again.”

“Yes Fudge seemed to really enjoy her time with Jean. She went in no bother and when we fetched her she was very happy. Would be very happy to get in touch again with her when we come back to the IOW. A lovely service. It was a very warm and glad we took her there and not Osborne House with us. Thank You Jean and Family Thank You Rover for your help. We would do it again. Carol Sanders.”

“Drew was really welcoming to our dog, the photos we got show she was relaxed and she seemed happy and calm when we collected her. Drew was happy to be flexible when we weren't too sure what day we wanted and replied to messages promptly. We would happily use her again when visiting the Isle of Wight.”

“Shadia looked after my dog, Ivy, for the day. Despite this being a last minute request from me the day before, Shadia was extremely accommodating and friendly. Shadia knows her stuff with dogs and I quickly felt confident to leave Ivy with her. Ivy had a great time! I strongly recommend her to anyone :) thanks Shadia!”

About: Both me and my partner were managers at the Pets Corners in New Milton and in Ringwood who provide classroom training on all aspects of owning a pet. I have owned 2 cats and currently have a golden retriever who is 3 years old. We are both very good at basic training and are athletic people. My partner and I work remote jobs so will be at home during the week and weekends to care for your pets around the clock. We will be able to Feed, play, walk, brush, toilet and help with basic training (if required). Loads of local fields, rivers and the beach is just a 10 minutes walk away.

“I chose Sophie for a day care stay for our beloved Maia, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we met them, they were welcoming and friendly. Maia was made to feel part of the family and enjoyed spending time with Sophie, her family, and their lovely dog Theo. It was reassuring to know she was in such a caring and safe environment while we were away. Sophie kept us updated throughout the day and when we picked Maia up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend Sophie and her family to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive dog sitter. Thank you for taking such great care of Maia!”

“Such a lovely dog sitter and so accommodating at such short notice. Roxy had the best time with lots of walks and cuddles. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Karen.”

“Rachael is amazing, you can tell she is dog obsessed and treats your doggy’s like they where her own! Love that she sends photos throughout the day to keep you updated. Highly recommend. Xx”

About: I have a genuine love for animals and share my home with my friendly 5 year old, medium size Cockapoo, Ralph, who loves having canine companions to play with 🐶🐶. Based in Burton, Christchurch, we're perfectly located near beautiful fields, farms, the forest, and the beach, providing plenty of variety for fun, enriching walks to suit every dog. Whist at home, your pet will also have access to a fully enclosed, secure rear garden where they can safely relax and play between adventures. I provide a caring, home from home environment where your dog will receive lots of attention, exercise, and affection while you're away. If your pet prefers a single pet environment, we’ve got you covered. I keep my own dog Ralph, with me every other week, which leaves plenty of space for animals that prefer no other pets around. Please ensure to include this in your enquiry and i will be able to advise the weeks this is possible. I work fully from home during the week, offering flexibility with both drop off and collection times. During the week I typically walk my dog in the morning and afternoon, but flexible to cater to your pets needs equally. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home offers a spacious downstairs area where dogs are free to relax and feel at home, along with a fully enclosed, secure rear garden for safe outdoor play and toilet breaks. I only care for a small number of dogs at a time, allowing me to give each one plenty of attention, supervision, and care. My own friendly Cockapoo, Ralph, also provides a calm and sociable companion for dogs who enjoy the company of others.

Dog owners share their Rover experiences – Lymington
Stephanie has looked after our nervous dog, Lola, extremely well and we are very grateful for her kindness. We're on holiday in Lymington and Stephanie looked after Lola for a day so we could go kayaking on the Beaulieu and visit some non dog friendly places. It's been brilliant to have her looked after so well.
