“Logan has been walking my dog twice weekly for about a month now. My dog is very skiddish and slow to warm up to people, but Logan has respected that and allowed my dog to get to know him over time. Logan brings a slip lead when he walks my dog because she is too scared to allow someone to harness her regularly. I’m hoping as time goes on my dog might allow Logan to leash her up properly but for now I’m glad that Logan is continuing to allow her the space to learn that she’s safe.”

About: I've been taking care of my household pets since I was about 10 years old. I love animals of all types, and I am especially partial to big dogs. Currently my schedule is very open. I do theatre in the evening, but I can be up and taking care of pets as early as is necessary. I live in an apartment that has plenty of space for all types of pets. About: I've been caring for friend's and neighbor's pets since I was a teen, and I would love to come give your pets some affection and exercise while you're busy or away! I've lived with many dogs with many different personalities, and have experience working with reactive, anxious, and high-needs dogs. I adopted my (2yo) dog as a puppy and have been learning a lot about puppy training too! I practice positive reinforcement training and I'm happy to turn our walks and play time into opportunities to work on your pup's training. I'm available to come play with your dog, take them for walks, and make sure they get lots of loving attention! I currently work as a field botanist and my schedule is variable throughout the year. When I’m in town I can be available most times of day with advance notice. I try to keep my calendar updated a month or two in advance with my availability. I'm happy to follow any requests, rules, or special needs you have for your pet. I find treats to be a great way to befriend most pups- unless you have particular treats for your dog, I'll typically have treats to share! If your dog takes some time to warm up to strangers, or has trouble walking in places where they may interact with other dogs, I am more than happy to work through their needs with you and the pup.

About: Hello! My name is Brittany and I am a veterinary science graduate from the University of Arizona. I have years of veterinary medicine experience working with both exotic animals and companion animals. If your pet has any medication needs, I have plenty of experience and will notice immediately if any behavior or physical changes happen with your pet. I have 3 dogs of my own and 2 cockatoos! I currently work at an exotic animal specialty center along with volunteered at the Humane Society so I am very familiar with different breeds and temperaments. I only work 3 nights a week so I have plenty of free time that I spend with my animals and would love to have the opportunity to spend them with your furry, feathered, scaly, friend too! I am especially eager to watch all of your exotic animals from parrots, reptiles, small mammals, fish. I have experience knowing what humidity each reptile needs, toxins for parrots, and consistency of hay for small GI mammals. Message me to discuss rates for the exotics as it will be less than the rate for dogs and cats! I work only 2-3 nights a week, usually starting at about 7 or 8 pm on weekends, so I have a lot of free time. I understand what it means to leave your pet and go out of town. It is important to take all safety precautions and dedicate time to spend with them. Learning your animals wants and needs can help determine which activities are needed for their daily routine.

While I’m newer to Rover, I’ve been caring for pets like they’re family since I was young, and I always aim to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I’ll also make sure your home stays just the way you left it — plants watered, things tidy, and pets happy. I’m flexible with days and hours. I’m currently a college student, however I only have class a couple times a week. We can work something out! With a calm, caring approach, I keep pets comfy, routines intact, and homes secure. Some things I find important are feeding, walking, playtime, plant watering, and cleaning — I care for your pets and your home like they’re my own while you’re away!

We have a 1-year old very friendly dog named Alfie who would love to be a companion to your pet, as well as two 5-year old indoor only housecats named Pimmy and Olive! We have plenty of space to separate pets as needed and we can accommodate your pets for daycare and/or for overnight stays! We both work from home Monday-Friday and have plenty of time to play with & care for your pets throughout the day! We are also home most weekends as well. We have a fully fenced-in back yard with a pool (safety fencing can be put up upon request). Our very friendly pup Alfie would be more than pleased to provide companionship to your dog or cat. Alfie genuinely loves other animals and is happy to meet anyone and anything. He grew up with our two cats since he was 8 weeks old and has a healthy respect for his feline counterparts. Alfie is very nurturing and has experience taking care of litters of foster puppies with us. Our two cats spend their days lounging in their cat tree and relaxing in their favorite nooks and crannies in the house.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets all of my life. I currently have three adorable dogs that I love as if they were my children. I will be starting vet tech school this fall, animals are truly what i live for. I am currently a part-time student and my schedule allows for ample time to care for animals at your home or mine. I have a reliable car so I can travel all around the Tucson and surrounding area. I have a fully fenced large yard, with grass and a covered patio area. I can also offer crating if necessary. Pets are part of my family, and are treated like family. I never let my dogs outside without supervision. I make sure to feed on a regular schedule twice a day with clean bowls and clean fresh water always. I have no problem walking a dog, as long as temperatures are not too hot for the pup. If a ride in my car is necessary, I have a back seat dog cover with a barrier for safety. I also have experience with high anxiety dogs and know how to keep them calm and safe.
