I also believe that it helps a dog to stay in familiar surroundings. I offer in-home pet-sitting, not just for your convenience, but for the best interests of your dog. I’ve raised dogs all my life. Over time, my interests turned to breeding and showing. I presently have my own dogs, as well as a cat and some birds. These experiences have made me deeply aware of what a dog needs to be happy and healthy. Meet-and-greets are essential for obtaining all necessary information in advance of the sit and making sure everyone gets along well. You’re entrusting me with both your dog and your home, and I treat that responsibility with the utmost seriousness. I’ll be punctual, and will ask about everything I need to know during the sit. During the stay, I will maintain a daily diary of what your dog and I are up to, so that when you return, you’re assured we had a fantastic time. I have been showing and breeding for over 30 yrs. we had a thriving pet sitting/transport company for many years before retiring to Az. About: Ive been around dogs a lot. I have 3 of my own. One named Hope. She’s more active, and needs alot of playtime. So I’m definitely good at managing that. One name is Oakley, he likes to be babied and cuddled. Ones name is Hank, and he is just the chillest dog haha. I already have dogs so I work 24/7 with my own. I have a lot of time on my hands so I’m free whenever. Anytime you just need a break I can come help, when you’re gone. I’ll do it. I give baths, I walk them, I play ball/fetch with them. I take them potty, feed them, give them treats. I do all the things it takes to take care of a dog, the same way you would treat a baby.

About: I have had all kinds of pets since I was a kid. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, hamsters and bunnies. I see them as the family members. I’m currently working part time, so I am very flexible. I can do drop-in visits of 30min or more. I can work around your schedule. Im leaving in an apartment with my two lovely cats. I have always loved animals and always go above and beyond for my furbabies. I often foster animals in need, as well as adopt animals in need. About: I love animals of all kinds. I have had cats and dogs my whole life as well as help watch my neighbors pets while they are gone. Let me take great care of your pet while you're away! My schedule varies, sometimes I travel for work but when I am home I work from home so pet sitting is very flexible and easy for me. I can accomodate last minute bookings also. I have a large yard for pets to get excersice and I live in the country. About: One of my earliest memories was at the age of five. My mom brought my sister home from the hospital after she was born and I asked, "Can we have a kitten instead?!" Our parents started us with goldfish like most do. We then graduated to hamsters, followed by kittens. Currently, I have two dogs of my own that I consider to be my fur babies. Our pets can be much like our children, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to provide the care your animals need. My experience with animals comes from having my own as well as taking care of friends and family members pets as well. I love animals so much, I paint them on canvas as another passion of mine. I am looking forward to caring for your pet and providing whatever special needs they may have in order to make you and your animal feel comfortable while you are away. About: I have plenty of experience with both dogs and cats. I have been working in a dog/cat boarding and daycare facility for a little over a year now. At work, we are responsible for providing individual care for each animal staying with us; we are in charge of providing them with playtime, feeding them, giving meds, and more. Personally, I have had two cats going on about 15 years now, and I have had two dogs (a lab mix and a pit mix) for about five years. I also have the experience of being a dog walker volunteer at a humane society! Right now, I am on summer break and home from school, and I am currently only working a part-time job. On days I do work at my part-time job, I’m usually working from 8-230pm 3-4 days a week, so I will usually be available outside of that time period on my working days. On non-working days, I typically have open availability. Since I am around animals pretty much 24/7, caring for them is part of my usual routine, making me very passionate and comfortable around animals. Unfortunately, one of my dogs is reactive and doesn't take well to new doggy friends, so care at my house would not be possible. However, in terms of staying in the owner's home, I would bring over some toys and other things dogs love, like treats, and I could even bring a splash pad for those who like water! I would make sure the dog is my number one priority and be on top of what their daily needs are. For cats, plenty of catnip and fun will be involved!

I have an amazing little peanut who I adopted from the Champaign County Humane Society when he was three months old and he is my everything! I'm a caring and loving person, and I will give your pets the affection and attention they deserve. I love going for walks even if it's raining or snowing!! If you have any house quirks or special instructions, just let me know. For boarding and daycare services (in my home), we ask that all dogs be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and taking monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. We typically do not host pets from multiple households at the same time, but please let me know if you have more than one dog for boarding/daycare and I’ll get you a quote. For the safety of our pets and yours, we are not able to host large dogs, cats or (human) children in our home, but I’m happy to come to yours!

About: I have been dog sitting since I was 11 years old. I have taken care of all kinds of dogs, all ages and sizes. I have always grown up with a dog, so taking care of one is like second nature to me. I have looked after puppies as well as senior dogs. I have potty trained puppies in less than 2 weeks. I have been responsible for walking, feeding, entertaining/playing, and bathing services. I am a University of Illinois Student who is currently working part-time over the summer, therefore I have a flexible schedule! As as student at the University of Illinois, I have taken multiple courses in Animal Science, including Companion Animals in Society, Science of Pets and Their Care, and World Animal Resources. I walk my dog Arlo in the morning before work, and will do the same with pets that are under my care. I live on a lake and I do not have a fenced in yard, but I will walk them often. I will walk your pets around the neighborhood which you live if I am caring for them at your house. My 4 year old Husky/German Shepherd mix loves other dogs and is very friendly. My dog does not require a crate, however if that is something that your dog needs, I can accommodate! If I am watching your pets at my house, I will require proof of vaccinations to keep my dog safe as well!

About: My family has had a rescue dog since she was a puppy and is now a senior dog. I have had my own 2 shelter dogs living with me full time for over 2 years so I have been exposed to dealing with separation anxiety and many different reactions. I know I will be able to exceed your pets needs and provide lots of love and attention! I am currently working full time, in office M-F so my availability is mostly weekends. Our household has 2 young dogs so after work I will take them on a run daily for their high energy. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat on a few acres of land so they are very active outside. I used to live in an apartment and would exercise my 3 year old lab retriever for about 2 hours a day! I love playing fetch and games with our animals and am excited to entertain your pets!
