About: My family has had a rescue dog since she was a puppy and is now a senior dog. I have had my own 2 shelter dogs living with me full time for over 2 years so I have been exposed to dealing with separation anxiety and many different reactions. I know I will be able to exceed your pets needs and provide lots of love and attention! I am currently a stay at home mom to a 1 year old boy. My schedule is very flexible because of this and I would prefer to bring him to drop ins and keep him in a car seat but I have babysitters if you are not comfortable with that! I currently have 2 dogs and a cat on a few acres of land so they are very active outside. I used to live in an apartment and would exercise my 3 year old lab retriever for about 2 hours a day! I love playing fetch and games with our animals and am excited to entertain your pets!

About: Greetings! First - thank you for considering me and my services. I have been a pet owner all my life, and have been the proud parent of hamsters, fish, cats, dogs, and a rabbit! I'm also a responsible house sitter, having been both a homeowner and a renter, I understand the value of not just your pets, but your possessions, your mail and plants, the cozy space of your home, the relationships with your neighbors. I have provided these services for friends and families for most of my life. I have always loved animals and I have always owned pets, been a member of dog parks and puppy play groups, and I volunteered for the Champaign Humane Society for many years. I have also had pets with medication needs, so I am experienced in that area. For years I also groomed my own dogs, and I know that each pet has its own needs, preferences, and personalities. Finally, I recently lost my dog of 15 years, and although I now live somewhere that does not allow pets, I need animals in my life! From my own experience of being a Rover customer for many years, I also know how important it is to pet sit within your home with no disruption to your pet's routine or surroundings. I'm retired, so I can be flexible with your scheduling needs for both your pets and your home. I'm both an early riser and a night owl, so whatever works for you also works for me! I have been both a renter and homeowner, so I know how valuable your pets are, but also your cozy home, your plants, mail, and relationships with your neighbors. I have owned a bunny, hamsters, cats and dogs. But I also have an affinity for birds and reptiles. I have provided services for friends and family most of my life, now I just want to bring in a bit of extra cash to supplement social security. I have experience with all ages, including senior dogs needing extra patience, comfort, and medications. I’m reliable, gentle, and treat every dog like family. Whether it’s playful walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays, your pup will be safe, loved, and well-cared for with me! I also have experience in feeding, handling and caring for bearded dragons. I’m a part-time hairstylist with a flexible schedule! I’m available for overnight care after 4 PM Tuesday–Saturday, and fully open on Sundays and Mondays (my weekend). About: I started pet sitting when I worked at my first vet clinic. And, because I love animals so much, I have never stopped. I grew up with dogs, cats, ducks and every pet in between! Currently, I have 2 dogs, a Jack-Russell mix named Jake and a Beagle mix named Macy. They are extremely pet/people friendly and they love new company! Also, I worked as a veterinary assistant for a a few years, so I am very comfortable with administering medications and taking care of your pets special needs. I will provide whatever accommodations that are needed and I will make sure that your pets feel safe and comfortable. Most of all, I will always keep an open line of communication with you. I know how it feels being away form your pet and I know the importance of regular updates and pics. I currently work from home full time. This means I can fully dedicate all of my time to your fur babies and their individual needs. I will care for your pet/pets the same way every single time. And, I will always treat your pet/pets as is if he or she were my own.

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.
