About: I grew up with dogs and have house sat my brother's dog on numerous occasions throughout the time I've been in the Champaign area. I have also house sat cats for a friend back in Indiana. I have also house sat my parents' dog on numerous occasions. Walking dogs of various sizes is no trouble for me, and I honestly just love animals in general. I love to play with them, talk to them, and love on them as if they're my own if people let me! As of right now, I have plenty of time to play with your pets! Unless I have prior commitments, I am unlikely to refuse a request. I grew up with dogs, and I've house sat cats before, as I've mentioned. They always had food, water, playtime, and plenty of love and attention as they saw fit. I treat others' pets as if they're my own

I've cared for dogs in a home environment, including feeding, walking, bathing, playing, and maintaining their daily routines. I'm also a PhD student at the University of Illinois and work from home most of the week, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout the day. I'm generally available on both weekdays and weekends for boarding, doggy day care, walks, and drop-in visits. Since I'm home so frequently, pets won't have to spend long periods of time alone, and I can easily accommodate their regular feeding, exercise, and bathroom routines. I live in a dog-friendly, first-floor apartment that provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for pets. Since I work from home most of the week, I'm able to provide regular supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I prioritize each pet's safety and comfort by following their usual routines, including feeding schedules, walks, bathroom breaks, and playtime. I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, and I'm happy to accommodate their individual preferences. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make sure to respect their space, follow all instructions carefully, and maintain their pet's normal routine. I'm also happy to provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters? I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether it’s a slow walk for an older pup or high-energy playtime for a young one, I meet animals where they are. I have two dogs of my own—Theo and Sage—so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. Beyond personal experience, I have a BA in animal science and I’m currently in the process of earning my master’s degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication, with a focus on companion animals. I also work as an assistant educator, so I bring a calm, thoughtful approach to every visit. I’m confident administering medications, caring for nervous or senior pets, and yes—I genuinely don’t mind deep-cleaning litter boxes. I treat every animal like family, with patience, care, and a whole lot of love I’m currently working full time until 3pm. However Whether it’s morning walks, meal times, or evening play sessions, I’m used to planning my day around pets’ needs. I live in a three-story townhouse with plenty of space for pets to feel comfortable—whether they want to play or have their own quiet area. My own dogs are friendly, but I can easily keep pets separate if needed. I also have some dog training experience, so I’m confident handling different temperaments and routines. Your pet will be safe, loved, and well cared for here or in your home! I do ask that your pet be crate trained and doesn't bark in the crate since I do live very close to neighbors.

About: I dog sat for many people in my town during all years of high school and first two years of college! I moved farther away from home and would love to meet new furry friends! My weekends are completely open and my Tuesdays and Thursdays only have one two hour lab working with animals! Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays I have more classes but I have breaks in between where I could check in on pets! I always understand that each situation and animal is different so I always ask that the owner tell me exactly how they care for the animal and want me to care for them. For instance, I’ve had clients with elderly dogs on multiple medications needing a chill and very safe environment from other animals, and I’ve had other clients where their animal roams throughout the house all day and their cat comes in and out! Both are completely fine I just like to know what the animals are used to!

One year in school for veterinary medicine caring for various animals and in charge of cleaning, sanitation and care for all animals boarded at the school. About: I am a proud mother of a 9yr old son and an 15 yr old daughter.. My daughter is usually at school for most of the day. However, caring for both full time I have come to notice animals stimulate both kids and teach them respect, responsibility and routine. We are excited to em"bark" on this new chapter in life and cant wait to start. Together, I believe all 3 of my family unit would not only love, but sincerely enjoy even the smallest and largest pets while their 'parents' are away or just need some attention. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.
