About: Life-long animal lover ready to take care of your little buddy like I would my own. I approach pet care with patience, respect, and love. I make it a priority to pay attention to what a pet is communicating via body language and other behaviors to ensure they are getting what they need and feel safe. I also have plenty of experience living with cats of all ages and understand their unique "language" and needs. I have raised my Westie, Clover, from 8 weeks to the spirited and adventurous little dude he is today, and I have even taught some old dogs new tricks! Can't wait to meet your little guys! I currently have plenty of flexibility in my schedule, and I don't mind early mornings if that timeframe is needed, so please don't hesitate to inquire! I have reliable transportation and my vehicle can handle some ice and snow during the winter months. During my time with your pet, I will monitor their needs and make sure they have their preferences are met and that they have plenty of time to hydrate, have meals, etc. For example, when my own dog doesn't immediately accept water, I make sure to change the water out and/or give it a clean before refilling, instead of assuming he just isn't thirsty. Time, patience, and understanding of each pet as individuals goes a long way!

About: Hi! I’m Ingrid, a mom of 4 boys ages 3-12 and a dog owner to a boy Beagle named Otis. I’ve had dogs all my life and love being with them and caring for them! (I even trained Otis from a puppy!) We have a large house in the country on 2.5 acres of land. We LOVE having other dogs stay and visit! Otis and the children are very good with other dogs! Other than taking care of the house and kids, taking care of dogs is my only other job, so your pup will get plenty of needed attention and have lots of fun with us!!! We are on a 2.5 acre property, but no fence, so outside time will be on leash only- (we have long leashes for more freedom to roam). Inside is more flexible with free roam in the main area- very large sunroom, living room, and kitchen. Overnight sleeping in crate only.

“I found Colleen on Rover after Emma's other pet sitter was not available and we needed to go out of town for a short notice weekend trip, to a memorial service out of town. Emma is friendly, playful and has lots of energy, but can also be hesitant of new situations. Colleen was easy to communicate with and I was very grateful that she could fit Emma in for a daycare day to help Emma get used to things before we boarded her the following weekend. Emma had a good time running and playing on Colleen's large property, and I appreciated very much the updates and video for both daycare and the weekend stay. It was obvious that Emma was in caring and experienced hands. We would happily have Emma stay with Colleen again! Thanks so much Colleen!”

I have a highly flexible work from home/remote job, and I am at home 7 days a week so I have ample time to take care of pets. I am available around the clock for all of their needs, and can constantly monitor and watch over them for all parts of their stay! Your pet will enjoy a spacious and extremely clean multi-floor home environment. My townhome has a front lawn, plenty of walking space and greenery spread across the neighborhood, as well as a dedicated dog park less than 100 feet away from my front door. Inside my house I have carpet and floor areas and a plastic doggie fence to optionally place on staircases. To accommodate any special request, I also have a soft doggie bed and a crate. I have metal food and water bowls - and plenty of disposable pee pads to prevent accidents.

About: You want the best for your pup and we do too! We have a large fenced yard which allows for lots of potty breaks and playtime. We live a few miles from a dog park, and are a big outdoor family. We are firmly a no bed/furniture family, and hope your dog will be happy with his/her own bed and/or crate. My husband and I both work from home, so there are plenty of potty breaks throughout the day, as well as 2x daily walks. We are happy to accommodate your dog whether he/she is crate-trained, or just needs to be in a room while we're away. We look forward to having your dog come and stay with us!! We both work from home and have flexibility. We currently do not have any pets so your pup can settle in as if it was home-2 We are a small family with a fenced yard and relaxed environment. A loving family with lots of experience with small and large pets; we’ll become their second home!

About: Hi! I’m Ayden, a student at Hood College and a lifelong animal lover. I’ve been dog sitting for 9 years and cat sitting as well, and I grew up with a dog for 14 years, so I truly understand how to care for pets like family. I’m patient, attentive, and especially good with animals who need a little extra love or reassurance. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m a student with a fairly open and flexible schedule. I don’t have another job right now, so pet sitting fits easily into my routine. I have my own transportation and can be reliable with visits and care. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment in both my home and clients’ homes. I make sure pets always feel secure and not anxious by giving them attention, playtime, and reassurance. I follow feeding instructions carefully, provide fresh water, and make sure pets get regular potty breaks or walks. I also stay attentive to their behavior and needs to ensure they are safe, active, and well cared for at all times.
