She was a bengal — a high energy and high level of care exotic breed — and I raised her from a kitten until she passed of old age. She was high maintenance: required a special diet and had some minor medical issues. And she was incredibly active. I leash trained her and we would go out walking around downtown. “Overall, I am so happy I found Alex and Christina. They were very accommodating to our pup. He is a bit anxious but A&C we’re very understanding and knew how to manage his behavior and make him feel comfortable. Our dog is on the smaller side and he was in a house with bigger dogs, but they all took their time before I left him to make him feel acclimated with his new daycare mates. I would definitely recommend these folks, they have a great professional demeanor and are very communicative and welcoming. Their space was clean and their dogs seemed very happy and healthy! This place is a great alternative to big chain kennels, we thought about Dogtopia- but they seemed so overcrowded and the dogs just seemed stressed out. Six stars for Alex and Christina! Thank you!”

He’s super high energy and super stubborn. Decided to give Colleen a try since she seemed to have experience with the breed. We tried a doggy day care day to make sure both he and Colleen would be okay with a whole week of boarding and it went as well as I could have hoped. He was a little bit of a problem in the begging it seemed but Colleen was able to get through to him and he had a great rest of the day with her. He came home exhausted which is also good for me! I have no doubts about my upcoming boarding with her and would recommend her highly to anyone with a similar dog. About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 13! I have had multiple dogs (all rescue) in my home that I have fed, bathed, walked, and administered medication. I have been working in dog shelters since 2021, so I am comfortable with all dogs from all backgrounds! I have a pitbull terrier mix, a semi-feral outdoor cat, fish, and two crested geckos! About: My pup is an older King Charles clavier mix and the sweetest thing ever. She just had her 12th birthday and I have had her since she was 2! I also have experience with big dogs! My boyfriend has a German shepherd and a Rottweiler who I spend lots of time around. One of my roommates at school also has a cat who lives with us!
