About: I have spent a lot of time pet sitting family dogs, including powerful breeds like Pitbulls, Belgian Malinois, and German Shepherds. This hands-on experience taught me exactly how important structure and leash training are for a safe environment. Being a shorter person, I prefer to specialize in walking small dogs, medium dogs, or larger dogs who are already trained on the leash and calm when seeing others. Although I do have experience walking dogs who pull or get too excited, I want to ensure safety for your pet, myself, and others around me. However, if your larger pup is still working on their leash manners, I am more than happy to care for them entirely at home, focusing on indoor playtime, backyard fun, and tons of love! I am also a cat mom of 4 and love all types of cats. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I am able to offer open availability for your pets. Whether your pup or kitten needs a last-minute check-in, a mid-day walk or your pet requires strict, timely medication schedules, I am around to help. From Monday-Friday, I may be unavailable to do drop-in or walks until 1pm, please connect with me & I will let you know if I can! When I am in your home, safety and respect for your space are my priorities. I treat your home with care, ensuring doors are securely locked, gates are latched, and your home is left exactly as I found it. I can follow strict instructions to ensure that your pet’s needs are met. I also love sending quick photo updates with every visit, so you have total peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. My home is also equipped to handle pets safely and comfortably. I have a completely fenced backyard for secure outdoor playtime and bathroom breaks. To ensure everyone's safety, I also have a dedicated den space, allowing me to keep guest pets entirely separate from my four cats whenever needed. This setup ensures a stress free environment for both your pet and my own.
“Briana has been amazing with Ginger. She always comes on time and brings great energy every day. She’s steady and reliable when you need her to be but also can adjust and pivot if need be. Once Ginger wasn’t well and instead of her normal dog walking she offered to help me get her to the vet. She truly went above and beyond. Please don’t think twice about booking Briana!”

About: I have taken care of many dogs in my life to raising puppy’s to full growth elder dogs. I have two dogs of my own. French bulldogs and they can be a challenge but I’m always up for a challenge. I love going on walks with them and love teaching them new tricks. I am a college student who goes to school 3 times a week but schedule will be changing but any day I am off I am willing to be with animals to love and care for them I have a full fenced backyard, I make sure that when the pets outside I am outside with them and when they are in the house I make sure there are no choking hazards lying around. And when walking outside that their leash is properly secured
“Courtni was so great! She was super responsive, clearly communicated, and kept me up-to-date! I didn’t have to do any guessing or worrying. She gave me great updates along the way, and was so wonderful with my two dogs. She sent pictures and even tracked her how far they walked. Courtney was fantastic and I would highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve spent years walking and caring for dogs of all personalities, and I’ve learned that the small things make the biggest difference. I start every walk with a calm check‑in so your dog feels comfortable, then I match their pace — shy dogs get patience, energetic dogs get movement, and barky small dogs get space and calm. I pay attention to details like how your dog reacts to sounds, which side they prefer to walk on, and what helps them settle into a rhythm. I follow your instructions closely and keep communication clear so you always know how your pup did. My goal is to give your dog a safe and enjoyable walk with someone who genuinely pays attention to what makes them feel at ease. I work part‑time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks throughout the week. I keep a steady routine, so fitting in pet care is easy for me When I’m in a client’s home, I come in quietly, follow your setup, and make sure your dog feels secure before we head out. On walks, I stay aware of what’s happening around us and choose routes that avoid unnecessary stress. My focus is on keeping your dog safe, comfortable, and confident from start to finish.

About: Hi! My name is Mitzi, and I’m 24 years old. Dogs have been a huge part of my life for more than half of it, and caring for them truly comes naturally to me. I currently have two spayed Shih Tzus and a friendly Doberman, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. My dogs do great around other dogs, and I’ve also cared for family members’ and friends’ pets while they’ve been away on vacation, so I understand how important it is to have someone you can fully trust with your fur baby. I have experience with both long-haired and short-haired dogs, and I genuinely love everything that comes with caring for them. Whether it’s daily walks, potty breaks, feeding on a regular schedule, keeping up with grooming and appointments, or just giving them love and attention, I make sure every dog in my care feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, including a senior Chihuahua and a German Shepherd. More recently, my sister brought home a very energetic 2-year-old terrier mix, so I’m used to handling all kinds of personalities and energy levels! I’ve also cared for a long-haired rabbit, which gave me experience with smaller pets as well. I’m always down for a meet-and-greet so you and your pet can get to know me first. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and maybe even a little spoiled while you’re away! 🐾 I’m currently home for summer break, which means I have plenty of time and energy to spend playing with and caring for your furry friends! I’m available Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM, making it easy to fit your pet’s routine! I prefer caring for pets in their own home, where they feel most comfortable, relaxed, and safe. I’ll make sure your pet gets everything they need while you’re away, whether that’s playtime, attention, or sticking to their usual routine. I’m also happy to provide daily walks whenever needed to keep them active and happy!
About: I grew up in a household that adored our many pets. My first dog, Bandit, was a feisty mixed breed who was my constant companion and partner in crime. Now we have a gorgeous golden retriever, Waffle, who loves chasing balls and belly rubs. She is well trained and looks forward to her walks as the best part of any day. During the week my afternoons are free, so I'm available to check in on your pets or go for walks from 1:00pm - 9:00pm. However, on the weekends anytime works. Most importantly, the home should provide a safe and cozy environment for any pets. Whether in the home or on walks, I'm always aware of their location and monitoring needs such as energy level, hunger, anxiety, and other nearby pets.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
