About: Animals have always been a part of my life. They show us so much love. Who are we not to give it back in return. Since the passing of our long time dog (Roc,15) we’ve been watching our friends and family dogs while they’re out of town. In each case the owners return with their dogs a little hesitant about wanting to return home. LOL. I work from home and I have no plans of switching to another job that would require me to go into the office. Therefore, I have plenty of time to play with your big and little babies. I also like to take walks at minimum twice a day. This is a perfect time for your fur babies to stretch their legs. After a nice long walk I clean their paws to make sure they leave the yucky stuff outside. I have a designated area where they can sleep. However, I like to keep them close to me during the day while I’m working. I think it sets them up for a positive visit. They immediately become part of the family. I also have the flexibility to take them out throughout the day. There is a highly recommended veterinarian within a two minute driving distance and maybe a ten minute walk in the event of an emergency.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have raised my own cats and dogs, including a dog with health issues. I also am a volunteer dog walker and foster for MADACC. I'm an ultra runner, so what better way to get in some miles than to run with your dog?! I work from home part-time so I have flexibility during the week. On the weekends, I just have to work around my kids' sports schedules. I have years of experience running, walking and hiking with my own dogs. I will keep your dog safely leashed/harnessed while we are getting our steps in, making sure they are comfortable and properly hydrated.

“Angelina was F A N T A S T I C. Communication was perfect, always there when we needed her, and she took SUCH good care of our Stewart, and that’s no small task because he’s kind of a dufus. But he’s our dufus, and Angelina made him feel like so happy and loved. He would absolutely lose his marbles as soon as he saw her pull into the driveway every day. We love our Angelina and can’t wait to hire her again in the future!!”

About: I recently adopted my own dog as a puppy during the pandemic and have been a proud dog mom ever since! Besides my own dog I have experience with walking extended families dogs and caring for my friends dog while they were out of town. I'm looking to use the skills and experience I have gained to care for other pets in my neighborhood! I'm currently a new grad school student at UWM (go panthers) so my schedule has a bit of flexibility to it. I have classes in the evenings at the moment and would prefer to do morning walks during the week or anytime during the weekend! While at a clients home I am very attentive to their pet and its needs and make sure to give it the same love and care as I would my own!

“My dog gets excited when she hears that her friend Daniel has arrived for their afternoon walk. He seems to enjoy his time with her as well and is very kind and communicative. I've only had positive experiences with Daniel.”

About: I absolutely love dogs and all animals! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have cared for everything from puppies to seniors, both big and small. I am available for dog walks a couple times throughout the week days or weekends. I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule, so I can adjust to accommodate your pup’s needs. We can work together on a schedule to make sure your pup gets out for potty breaks and walks. At home, I have a 7-year old English Bulldog who gets along with all dogs (she is quite a character) and I have a 6-year old Great Pyrenees who adores meeting other furry friends (except non-neutered males). We have a large backyard and live on a lake, so the dogs love to play in the yard (but we do not have a fence so I do walk my Great Pyrenees on a leash when he goes outside since he’s a wanderer). We do offer doggy day care on occasion as well. If your dog prefers a leash then I can certainly walk him/her on a leash for play time as well. :) The dogs really enjoy the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows looking outside while laying on their cozy beds indoors as well… they are our neighborhood watch crew :) . I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! I invite you and your pup to come by for a meet and greet any day of the week if being considered for doggie day care. I’m also more than happy to provide references as well. I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I can work around your pet’s needs. I’m happy to accommodate meet and greets after work hours and on weekends as well. I can typically offer up to two dog walks per day (possibly 3) if I’m coming to your home to dog walk. The main floor of my house is all hard wood floors in the kitchen, living room, foyer, and dining room… so the dogs have free range access all day and they have floor to ceiling windows to see out the backyard to watch out over the lake which they seem to enjoy (lots of birds, fish, and squirrels to watch all day). I am also happy to take your dog on walks if you’d like (my Great Pyrenees goes on at least 2-3 walks per day, but our bulldog is a bit more lazy so she doesn’t always feel like walking if it’s too hot outside). We also have a large yard for play time. :) If I’m walking your dog at your home, please provide your preferred instructions and I’m happy to accommodate. I also love to provide updates with photos so you can rest assured that your pup is well cared for when you’re away.

“Kristina communicated very well and was very patient when dealing with some technical difficulties relating to my apartment building access. My neighbors said she was pleasant and Korbin enjoyed his walks with her!”

About: Welcome to The Hardy-Berndt Ranch! Our family adopted our first dog together shortly after moving into our first home. Since then, we have adopted many more, fostered almost forty dogs together, and love having extra heartbeats in our home. We even chose our current home for its dog-friendly neighborhood, large yard with multiple fenced areas, and plenty of space for visiting dogs to settle in and feel comfortable. We appreciate dogs of all sizes, shapes, breeds, and ages with a soft spot for shy dogs, big dogs, and seniors. Our resident dogs are friendly and enjoy a good romp with well-matched playmates. Dogs who enjoy the company of other canines will be welcome to visit in our home and be with our resident pups. Having fostered several dogs with challenging behaviors and understanding how important it is for them to be safe and comfortable, we welcome dogs who may prefer to be separate from others and/or enjoy the company of humans only. For dogs working on social skills and with specific training needs, our family will gladly discuss with you and do our best to reinforce the training you are working on at home. As you will see from our photos, we do have a dedicated "rescue room" devoted to canine visitors who would prefer a little extra space. This includes a private, fenced yard area connected so visitors can be outdoors without interacting with others if needed. Our household is committed to helping your pet(s) feel comfortable and receive the best possible care while you travel. We look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets! Our home life centers around our children and pets so we are home more often than not. Visiting dogs are a welcome part of our home life and the kids love meeting new canine friends (and seeing their favorites come back again!). We primarily offer care for dogs in our home. This allows us to integrate them into our routine when it works for them and their families.

About: 🐾 Buddy’s Boarding — Where Pets Feel at Home Hi! We're Percy and Darik — two experienced pet lovers offering premium dog boarding from our home in Brown Deer. One of us is home full-time, giving us the flexibility to provide reliable, personalized care for every pup we host. 🐶 Why pet parents love Buddy’s Boarding: • Spacious fenced in yard for play and potty breaks • Flexible pick-up/drop-off times with clear communication • Convenient location — just 10 minutes from I-43 and Hwy 41 • Quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood with sidewalks and green space • Two attentive, dog-experienced sitters under one roof ✨ Our Story Buddy’s Boarding is named after the dog that started it all. At 10 years old, I found Buddy as a stray near my dad’s business and begged my mom to let us keep him. She said yes — and from that moment on, my bond with animals was sealed. That connection still fuels the love and care we give every dog who stays with us. Whether your pup is active and playful or chill and cuddly, we tailor each stay to their needs. Let us know your dog’s routine and preferences — we’re happy to accommodate. We can’t wait to welcome your dog into our home. 🐾 👉 Send us a request to get started — we’d love to meet your pup! Pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. My partner Darik works from home as a graphic designer, so there’s always someone present to supervise and care for the dogs. I work part-time as a dog handler in the mornings, which means I bring both experience and structure to our day. Between the two of us, we’re able to give pets plenty of attention, play, and potty breaks throughout the day — with flexibility for early drop-offs, midday walks, and evening wind-downs. It’s a rhythm that’s built around making dogs feel safe, happy, and at home. Safety We prioritize safety by pet-proofing our home, keeping hazardous items out of reach, and supervising pets at all times. Whether it’s backyard play or a leashed walk, we ensure dogs are always in secure, pet-friendly environments. We also tailor safety measures to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs. Trust Building trust with both pets and their people is at the heart of what we do. We take time to understand each dog’s routine and preferences, and we maintain regular communication with pet parents — sharing updates and photos so they always feel connected and confident in our care. Environment Our home is clean, cozy, and designed with dogs in mind — with plenty of space to move, comfy spots to rest, and loving attention throughout the day. We create a calm, positive environment and adjust our approach to meet each dog where they’re at. If we’re caring for pets in their home, we follow their routine closely to ensure they feel safe, secure, and comfortable in their own space.

Perseus M.

“When I needed someone to care for my two dachshunds, two cats, and even my turtle while I was out of town for a work trip, Perseus stepped up without hesitation. I was initially nervous about leaving my pets, but knowing Perseus would be watching my babies put my mind at ease. He took the time to understand each animal’s unique needs—the dachshunds' love for belly rubs and short walks, the cats' different personalities and feeding schedules, and even how to properly care for my turtle’s tank. Not only was everything spotless when I returned, but my pets seemed calm and happy, which is the ultimate testament to how well they were cared for. Perseus has a natural connection with animals and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust him again and would wholeheartedly recommend him to any pet parent looking for someone dependable, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive.”
