She sent me some nice pictures about an hour after drop off which made me feel better as I was wondering how she was interacting with the bigger dogs since she’s a small one. Also, throughout her stay she was sending me pics. My flight back came in late, but Monique stayed up to wait for my arrival and I felt that was going above & beyond! Penelope has stayed with Ashley before, and it is so clear how much they genuinely adore her — and the feeling is absolutely mutual! Ashley is incredible about sending me photos and little updates throughout the day, so I always know how Penelope is doing and what kind of fun she is getting into. There is such a difference between knowing your pet is being well cared for and knowing she is being genuinely loved while you’re away, and with Ashley, I never have to worry for a second. Her entire family is so incredibly sweet to Penelope, and she is clearly completely comfortable and happy in their home. When I picked her up today, she genuinely seemed like she would have preferred to stay with them rather than come home with me — which I suppose is the highest praise a pet sitter can receive 😂 Ashley has become someone I completely trust with Penelope, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found her. “Riley had such a great experience, and I truly can’t say enough good things. Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. I think Riley may have even found herself a new best friend 🐾”
