About: I’ve been a shelter volunteer for 5 years, working closely with the dogs most people struggle with the reactive ones, the jumpy ones, the bitey ones, the over-stimulated ones, and the dogs that need real structure and patience to thrive I’m used to reading body language fast and staying calm no matter what’s in front of me. About: I currently have 2 dogs that I’ve trained from puppies. I’ve pet sit for my brother for the last 5 years. A day hasn’t gone by in the last 10 years that I’m not out walking dogs. I’ve cared for senior dogs as well as puppies and love them all. I currently work 2-3 days a week with a rotating schedule but am available every morning and night as well as most weekends. My schedule is extremely flexible. I have a fenced in yard in a great neighborhood. Both my dogs are extremely friendly and always looking for another friend to play with.

About: Hello, my name is Xavier. I'm an Airforce veteran of 12 years and counting! I've taken care of dogs, cats, and other animals since I was a child. I've always grown up with both large and small dogs. Currently, I'm an owner of 3 cats and 2 golden retrievers. In my military career, I've gotten the chance to train and work with military working dogs oversees! Animals have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. As a pet owner myself, my days are built around feeding, walks, playtime, exercise, and making sure my animals get plenty of attention and companionship. I’m used to caring for multiple pets and balancing their individual needs with my daily schedule. Currently, I work 3 days a week as an RN in the ICU. Not only is my background in healthcare, I also have a military background, so being dependable, organized, and consistent with routines comes naturally to me. Whether it’s daily walks, scheduled feedings, medications, potty breaks, or simply spending quality time together, I’m comfortable incorporating each pet’s specific routine into my day. I treat the pets in my care with the same attention and responsibility that I give my own. SAFETY - Safety is one of the number one priorities for your baby. - I always ensure the tables are cleared and nothing can be easily grabbed. - If your dog goes outside, they're always visualized and monitored. - If going for a walk, the route will always be provided. Schedule/Potty Breaks - Potty breaks will always be provided every hour or if the "ques" are given. - Feeding schedules will always be honored and asked about. Environment - Safety is always the number one priority. - They will never be taken to the dog park without the owners permission. - Comfortable and relaxing environment will always be provided. - If conducting a night stay in my home, a meet and greet will always be requested to ensure there is compatibility.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and patience I have for all animals! I pay attention to each pets routine and needs throughout the day. And I will be keeping you updated with pictures and videos on how they are doing. I work from home and have all the free time in the world! And also don’t have any pets right now! So all my focus would be on your fur baby. Because I am home 24/7 they wouldn’t be allowed to be left alone or get into anything. We would have unlimited walks or play time!! Or if they are the fur baby that likes to relax it’s plenty of clean spots for them in my home ❤️

About: My first job was being the neighborhood pet sitter in high school and I instantly fell in love with getting to know and care for so many unique animals. While I’m new to the Rover family, family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors have trusted me with their pet family for over 10 years. I’ve cared for both cats and dogs and aquatics animals. Mondays and Tuesdays I have a completely free schedule to work around for your needs. Wed-Sunday I’m free from 9am-2:30pm before heading to work to walk, run, play or lounge with your pet. I am off work between 9-10 (depends on the day) and can come back to continue care. Respecting both your home and your pets boundaries is a huge priority for me. She is very good at giving Ellie all of her different medications and taking her out for several walks during the day, she pays attention to exactly how Ellie is feeling and adjusts her care accordingly. She has great advice on healthy snacks for Ellie and non toxic skin care. She truly cares for our dog and we are grateful to know she is in good hands while we are away! About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and they’ve always been a huge part of who I am. From Australian Shepherds and Pit Bulls to little Yorkies, I’ve grown up loving dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. Throughout the years, friends and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their dogs. I’ve also house-sat for family and friends while they were away, staying with their dogs and making sure they felt safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for in their own home. 🐾❤️ My love for animals started at a young age. I began volunteering at animal shelters during middle school and high school, and I’ve continued that passion ever since. For the past four years, I’ve volunteered at the Dearborn Animal Shelter, where I help with events and spend several days a week walking, caring for, and giving attention to the dogs there. I’m a nail technician and work Tuesday through Friday, but I make my own schedule, which gives me the flexibility to plan around your pup’s needs. My weekends and Mondays are my days off, so I have plenty of time to spend with your dog, whether that means going for walks, playing, giving them attention, or simply keeping them company. I’m especially available for weekend in-home dog sitting and would be happy to travel to your home and stay with your pup while you’re away.
