About: I've been an animal lover since childhood. Growing up, I was the one who cared for our family pets, and I would often volunteer at the local shelter with my grandmother. Should my schedule change due to work I will update my calendar accordingly. I am currently only accepting sitting in the clients home based sitting and home visits/walks while I settle in to my new home. I believe keeping our pets schedules and routines are important. Discussion can be had on how you care for your fur babies on the daily, and as the sitter it is my goal to accommodate based on their needs. Let’s talk and see if we are a good fit 🙂

I have taken care of two litters of puppies at the same time - 16 total puppies! - so I can handle whatever is thrown my way. I am currently taking online college classes full-time and working part-time, so I have plenty of extra time to spend with your pets, whether that is going on walks or just hanging out while I do my schoolwork! I have a fenced in yard and a 3 year old doggo at home if needed to keep your pet entertained. I also have a dog park and plenty of room to go on walks or runs with your pet. About: I am flexible with pricing. I have had experience with all kinds of dogs including aggressive, dog selective, dog aggressive, anxiety, medications, and more. I take in dogs that need it and watch any and every dog I can. I have watched many breeds including cane corsos, pit bulls, labs, mixed breeds, German shepherd, chihuahua, lab mixes, Catahoula, and taken care of hundreds at a vet. I have had dogs my whole life and working at a vet for a few years and love taking care of them, giving them love, and giving them what the personally need. I love taking care of dogs the way they need. If dogs love toys more than love I will find a way to play with them and their toys, if they love training I will run through their tricks with them and teach them easy fun tricks. My husky doesn’t like attention that much but love exploring and learning things so we go to the lake and explore and my favorite trick he knows is beep beep which is back up or whose your best friend and he hits them. I watch dogs all the time and do what the owner wants and what the dog is comfortable with. If they love sleeping in their cage then I will put them in their cage but otherwise they can sleep where they want. My husky is a cage dog and will put himself in there and so is my younger dog. But my old corso sleeps with me and my husband. I work Monday Wednesday Friday. I am free all day on my days off. I’m the days I work I can watch dogs at my house but they can only be let out when I’m home. I work from 4am -5pm so my husband would have to let them out in the mornings, I can let them out at lunch and then when I get off we would usually go do something at the lake or walks or go to bomgaars. I do what my dogs are comfortable with. I feed them in the morning and then at night. Two of them sleep in the cages because they are more comfortable that way and the other one sleeps with me. My dogs are very well trained and good with people and dogs. None of my dogs react if the other dog snaps at them. My puppy is submissive so he lays down and my old dog comes to me. The husky just goes on about his business. I worked at a vet so I know how to handle a lot of situations and know what not to do.

“I am a retired teacher of 23 years. I had the pleasure having Kendra in some of my classes. She was a pleasant student. Always first to volunteer, completed all assignments on time, and was very honest. If she struggled she didn't hesitate to ask for help. My husband and I had to leave for a family emergency. Since Kendra had been to our house a couple of times and the dogs loved her, I felt comfortable in asking her to babysit. Everything went smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to have her babysit for us again.”

Tammy T.
“I needed a sitter for my fur baby for a few weeks as we were moving and Tammy was able to help me out. Tammy gave my boy all the attention and love that he normally gets without the stressful environment that comes with moving. She gave the continuous training and care for Leroy keeping to his routine with no issues. If you want you fur baby to receive all the love, attention and normalcy while you attend to life things, I highly recommend Tammy.”

Lideah M.
“Lideah is punctual, reliable, friendly and she loves animals. She will make an excellent addition to the Rover.com team. She attends college, Church regularly, works hard and is active.”

Taylor D.
“Taylor does a fantastic job as a caregiver! Her dogs are some of the most well behaved I have seen. Well cared for with lots of love AND a large fenced in back yard to play in!!”

Rebecca C.
“Becca is absolutely perfect for anyone who needs a pet sitter. She loves animals, dogs especially, and had all 4 of our pooches wrapped around her finger. With a variety of personalities, she understands how they'll react as a pack and kept them all fed, happy and pampered. We were gone for 10 days, and she even cleaned up (numerous times) after our elderly Ridgeback wasn't able to make it outside in time. The German Shepherd behaves better for her than she does for us! The Shih Tzu and the special needs Chihuahua are totally comfortable and try to get as close to her as they can whenever she's at our house. Our cat even starts looking for attention when she comes by, and will let Becca pet her. When we find we have to be gone, Becca is the first person we think of to take care of the fur babies. Absolutely trustworthy and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Becca!”

“Amanda has watched my dog before and I’ve always been super happy with the job she does. I have always felt comfortable and leaving my dog with Amanda because I know my dog will be happy and in good hands. Amanda also helped trained my dog and she was so caring and patient. I’ve seen Amanda interact with her dog, Arlo, and she does a great job. I admire how consistent and thoughtful she is with her training with Arlo.”

My other dog is a miniature dachshund who is blind. Daisee knows that she likes car rides so she takes her on short trips frequently. Both Jazzy and Minnie Mouse look forward to Daisee’s visits.”

Josie F.
“Josie took care of our Luna dog for an extended vacation we took and it was the best experience we have had with a pet sitter! She sent regular picture updates and let us know how she was doing!
