About: I've owned dogs, big and small, since I was 8 years old and can't imagine a life without a furry friend by my side. While my 4 year old mini bernedoodle, Winnie, currently receives all my love and care, I'm itching to share that same level of attention with other pups far and wide! (NOTE: Winnie does not accompany me on house sitting bookings unless explicitly requested by the owner, as she prefers to hang home with her other pet-parent) I am extremely detail oriented, responsible, and have a flexible work from home schedule so I'm happy to drop by/sit just about anytime. I've handled dogs of all temperaments and am able to tailor my care to make them feel most at ease. I am personally a very active person and have no problem providing ample exercise for the dogs I look after, but I am equally as excited to lounge around with those who prefer belly rubs over running :) Pet parents will be sure to receive a minimum of 2x daily updates as well as plenty of sweet photos of their fur-baby when in my care. I work from home and have flexible hours, therefore I can adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet's needs. I love going for long walks as exercise, so being able to bring along a furry friend is always a bonus :) I am an extremely vigilant caretaker and treat every pup I care for like they are my own. Making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable is my number one priority.

About: Growing up fostering rescue dogs from 11 hour rescue taught me patience, responsibility, and how to care for dogs with different personalities, needs, and backgrounds. I work full-time and work from home on Fridays, so I’m very flexible and available Friday through Sunday. I’d love to spend that extra time caring for your pup! I most commonly schedule extended stays with my current clientele, but daily visits/ stays are certainly services I provide. My pet sitting experience dates back to my college years, but I've acquired a more consistent clientele list over the past 5-6 years. I can accommodate specialty dietary needs and administer medications. It is important to prioritize enrichment, such as walks and playtime, to keep your pet happy. I have a vehicle equipped for safe travel, in the event that a vet appointment is scheduled. I currently do not bring pets into my home. I've found that most animals, especially anxious or high-need animals, tend to thrive best in their own homes. I can maintain their regular routines while surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells they are familiar with. I'm also just as good at lounging around as your cat is, if it needs someone to fluff around with, I'm that person too. I can hold down my own, when it comes to extra large sized animals or even the fiercest of them all- the tiny animals. Besides creating a fun environment for your animals, I'm also creating a positive active environment for myself. Nothing makes me happier than cool animals, they are great company. I am a fan of walks as it is, so to have an animal join me in my outdoor adventures sounds like the perfect day to me. I am currently in a space where I am working from home, so it's been nice to have the company from all the animals as well as a reason to get up from my desk during the daily walks. I am quite clean when it comes to animals, so wiping of the paws after entering from the outdoors is on a list of to-do's for me. They do after all, sleep in our beds and walk on our couches. I also do not like ingredients like wheat and filler, so I always make sure to have any/all treats or foods with ingredients that will elongate the life rather than cut it short. I do not actually have the space to board at this time, but I am more than accommodating to keeping animals in their home space to make sure they are in their most comfortable mental state, while their parent/parents are away.
About: Hi! I decided to take my love for animals, and specifically dogs, to Rover! Since I was born, I have always had a dog in my home, which sparked my love for animals. I am currently a college student who commutes to school, so this schedule will allow me to take care of dogs during the day, whether that be drop-in visits or walks. I also drive which helps with my schedule flexibility as well as transportation. I nanny for a family with dogs and have babysat for many families with dogs. Jonathan took care of my 10 cats for a few days while we were on a trip. He did a great job and was able to administer injections to my diabetic cat which was wonderful. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
